Food is advertised to be made to order. 20 fry's were made up ahead of time, what's worse is that one of the servers picked up and ate a French fry that had dropped out of package while still in the bin. I'm not sure what happened to Culver's burgers but the pictures of them are greatly exaggerated! While the toppings on the burgers were fresh, the size of the meat is very small and obscenely flat. The cheese was not melted on the burger but almost put on as a last minute addition. Why not melt the cheese? I should have taken pictures but I was hungry! The restaurant itself is in need of a thorough cleaning!! Dust and cobwebs everywhere along with a ketchup bar that needs to be cleaned and looks like it wasn't touched since yesterday, and they just opened. The doors to the bathrooms haven't been cleaned for months and of course the inside was bad as well. This has been the case here for a while. The manager should be embarrassed at the least and fired at worst. No one is cleaning. The funny thing is there is a cleaning bucket with a towel in it right above the garbage cans as you exit the store. My husband and I visited this location 3 times. There is usually a line of cars waiting to order. Once you order, they have you pull up to a spot with a number on your car. The wait can be a while though. We ordered the first time and waited 8 minutes for our food. The wait is not the worst thing, especially when the burgers always taste fresh. The burgers taste real, and much better than Mcdonald's burgers. The fries are delicious with the cheese sauce, but they do add a lot of salt to them. Every time we have ordered, we always have a super nice worker that comes to the window. I will say you should check the bag first because I did the first time and saw that one of the cheese sauces I purchased was missing! Overall, this is a great fast food option. read more

Drive- thru tonight and boy did I regret it! I ordered a Double Bacon Burger with mayo, grilled onion and no bun. I received a burger that was overcooked and dry, with no mayo, no onions, and the bacon was burnt. I called the store to complain to the manager, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was looking for dinner, I run across a lady doing a review on Wendy's chili vs Culver's chili. One of the things I hate the most is when people lie, and this was a total lie. Culver's chili taste a mix of national Coney Island and Wendy's. I even got the cheese and onions. What a terrible mistake. Purple onions were too big and there's hardly any cheese. Now the fish sandwich was decent, but it was cold. I don't like cold food by the way I had to heat up the chili too.the french fries I specifically asked for fresh hot fries. The lady says sure. Absolutely the worst customer service by the MANAGER MARIO ... I had to go out of my way after getting a drive through strawberry malt...to go back to the establishment of Culver's to return the product bc it was not made correctly. In my experience at Culver's elsewhere...a strawberry malt should have the flavor of strawberry and malt...both of which were undetectable. I returned to this particular Culver's and waited in line AGAIN to then be told by MARIO that he would only make a small replacement strawberry malt bc I had eaten half of the medium malt I was returning. The food is always great! The service is a little bit slow. As it took 15 minutes to wait for drive thru. I didn't expect to wait this long for my food. The building is pretty big and the bathroom is a decent size. But overall the restaurant is good it's just the wait is too long. Personally I think they should have 2 people running out to give the people their food for the drive thru. They also NEED more people for working night time! Our first bad experience at any Culver's and we eat at Culver's quite regularly. We waited 24 minutes for our two concretes. After being patient for 20 minutes watching people come and go we caught the woman bringing out the orders. She wouldn't even stop walking to talk to us and just said extremely rudely we're behind. We asked her to check on our order and she did not do that. We went back through the drive thru asking for our money back and they were standing around with no one in line. Clearly something happened to our order. Misplaced, forgotten something. Things happen we get it. They gave us our money back and didn't seem concerned at all about the situation. I have been here on a few occasions and the staff there is outstanding! They are all very friendly and dedicated to customer service which is rare at times. Culver's frozen custard is awesome. The kid at the front register was embarrassed that I had to first bring my frozen salad back up for a fresh salad and then had to bring my sourdough melt back 2x and it was never right. Both times came out super greasy and not toasted but way over cooked - the bread was like jelly both times it was so slopped with whatever they toast with. My daughter got a butter burger and it was cooked to order and the fries were good. They did not give me my money back after I told them about the yucky burger. They did remake the salad and the 2nd one was well made. We ordered dessert and it was delicious. They just clearly need a new cook or better training. read more

This place is amazing. Great staff. Though they do have a lot of new people so they do mess up sometimes. They still always deliver great food and even if they don't they're always happy to refund, make new, or give you something else if something is wrong. Very clean I have seen the employees cleaning around all the time to make sure it stays clean. However i placed an order and waited for my food as anyone would and as a former fast food employee and line cook i know for a fact that 1 burger and one chicken sandwich doesn't take a whole 45 minutes. And as if that wasn't enough during the time i was waiting two people who ordered after me got there food before i did. I went here today to get Dark chocolate decadence custard and their walleye. The walleye was awesome. However, when I got my custard I was a little shocked. It was plain chocolate layered with the thick dark chocolate goop they use to make dark chocolate decadence. I walked up to the counter with it. The guy making it said something like he couldn't mix it and that's just how it is. I looked at the other employees and they just shrugged their shoulders. How this is ranked 2 stars is just not correct. If youve never had a butterburger, you are missing out. The only complaint i can think of is once in a while they can be a little greasy, but that does not affect how i feel about this place. The burgers are outstanding. The fries and onion rings are perfect. Im pretty much a butterburger lover, so i honestly have not tried anything else on the menu, so maybe they can be ranked lower for other things i dont know, but my honest opinion is that they make a killer burger. Kinda pissed with the service. I go order two mixers both chocolate. One came out vanilla and I politely asked for them to remake it with chocolate. All they did was add chocolate syrup! It came out soupy and had no chocolate flavor. It would've taken 1 minute to remake the mixer ti make it right. This is absolutely ridiculous I'm heavily disappointed with the work being done here.
