They have an assortment but long lines and the food was not that great for the money just ok, not interested in going again.

I have only been to this chain of restaurants twice (this being my second time) and i have to say i had a complete different experience then the first time in winter garden. I order the original culver's deluxe but was no comparison to the mouth rewarding piece of heaven i got before. The pattys of the burger were a bit on the dry side as compared to the juicy ones i know that have.They also forgot the pickle which to me and others is a big part of the overall taste. Best fast food in Clermont! The prices are a little pricy compared to McDonalds but the quality of the food is so much better and very much worth it. I would have to recommend the chicken and cheese curds for someone trying it for the first time :) Also their milkshakes are great! read more

First of all, terrible parking lot... They should have thought this out better, traffic jams the way they have it set up. I've gone through the drive thru and they tell you to pull up... huh? so I did... you wait in a line of other cars, then someone walks out from the restaurant with your ice cream..so, they walk past all the people and then outside, by the time you get your cone, it's dripping down the persons hand, in addition to any bugs flying around... So I wend a 2nd time, (the 1st visit must have been a crazy day, right) No... same thing...only this time, the person running in and out of the restaurant, was looking for a "different number" than what I was assigned, so here's my ice cream, melting down this person's hands, with mosquitos on it...Forget it! read more

I am so disappointed with my order. My fiancé and I ordered two concrete mixers, I ordered Oreos with fudge and somehow got brownies with nuts. My fiancé's concrete mixer had PLASTIC in it. I feel disrespected, this is completely unacceptable. He shouldn't have to worry about his safety over FOOD and I shouldn't have my order messed up. read more

Didn't see any advantage in taste over some other burger shop chains that are cheaper. Slow and expensive burgers cooked on hot hot surface for crispy burnt edges that people who don't cook seem to enjoy and perhaps be over enthusiastic about. It's crispy because the edges are burnt-simples. It's juicy because it has high fat content in the meat-simples. Why people pay premium for it??? I have no clue. Personally, don't see it. I'll pay less for same quality in other shops. Meh for me. read more

If you are looking for an amazing freshly prepared burger you will not be disappointed by the freshness of this burger. We came here on a busy Friday and had a very difficult time finding parking and finding a table while there. Once we ordered our food and finally found an open table it took about 10 minutes to get the food to our table. Busy Friday this is to be expected. We received our food it was very hot and fresh. The fries are crinkle and very bland. The bacon cheddar burger came without bacon. I went to the counter and they were able to quickly resolve this by giving me a basket of bacon. The burger was very greasy but pretty unremarkable. Bland. Again it was hot and fresh and a step up from say McDonald's. Overall the restaurant was decently clean for a busy Friday. The food was bland and unremarkable. I can't speak to anything on else on the menu except burger and fries. Please check out other reviews like my wife's for other items. She seemed to like it. Go for cheese curds. We lost our A&W a few years ago and this place takes care of those cravings for me. The concretes are ok. When we just want custard, we'll stick with Ritter's, though. The service is great and the staff is friendly here. I saw a little boy drop his cone and a nice lady made him a new one. I just wish they would add a veggie burger to the menu. It's available at a corporate level it's just not offered by this franchise. I'll keep going every once in a while for the curds in the meantime and if you decide to get a veggie burger, I'll be a loyal customer. read more

Great variety of flavors and decent price, is like a DQ with a better attitude. The place is clean and friendly staff, only issue that we encountered was that the cashier was still learning about the flavors and was a little nervous. read more

Received an email for a free small ice cream sundae for my birthday since I am on their email list. I went in to redeem it tonight was told "sorry we can't honor that coupon you will have to go print it out and come back some other day." I opened the email with the coupon on my cell phone to show them the bar code and was told, sorry that they do not possess a bar code reader so they still can't honor the birthday coupon that they sent to me in the first place! A huge inconvenience and a 40 minute drive there and back through a construction zone. Word of advice is to avoid this place if you get emails with coupons, odds are unless they are printed out and a poor tree has to be destroyed for them or they will not honor it. I can assure you after today I will no longer be subscribing to their false advertising emails! Very bad business practices Culver's.....very bad. read more

I love this place! New to the area, and everyone was talking about this place. My husband took me and I was shocked at the menu it has so many different burgers and sandwiches. I love their grilled chicken sandwich. I tried fried cheese curds for the first time :) :) :) My favorite is their rootbeer floats. Definitely a place you can bring your family too and it wont hurt your bank account, and it's fast food but better definitely a step up. We love Culver's. We have eaten at Culvers in Tampa; Greenville, SC; Charlotte, NC and now this one in Clermont. Great food, great ice cream, great service and it's always clean. Culvers is definitely a great model for how to operate a restaurant. read more

Very surprised how nice and clean this place is. Cleanliness really shows they put in the effort. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger and Cheese Curds. Burger was great. Cheese curds are different. The GF got a chicken sandwich was definitely was a frozen breaded breast. I would eat here again for their burgers. Ice Cream was great. Came on a Sunday and the place was packed. Very impressed. Also has a drive through. I would compare this place to DQ or Steak N Shake but nicer. read more

I don't get the hype or the excitement. It's just a burger place, overall the food was good. But the price was a bit to much for a burger place. Not your run-of-the-mill burger place. Very good menu choices. Love their Double Mushroom, Swiss burger and their Pot Roast sandwich. The food is cooked to order, NOT pre-cooked and dried out, very fresh. Friendly staff, always ready to make your experience with them better. Their fries could be cooked a little longer to give them a crunchier outer surface and still keep the inside soft, but overall good food, great experience !!!! read more

Guys, I'm from Wisconsin and love Culvers. I wanted this place to be that good but it's not. The burgers are burnt every time I've been there. I always hope it was a fluke but seriously--every time. Fries, custard, cheese curds are always good. Please keep trying. read more

This place is a mess. They gave me two cheeseburgers instead of a reuben and steak sandwich. The guy confirmed my order to me as he handed it to me, I saw two sandwich boxes inside, so I drove home. Even though I'd paid $20 for the wrong food, we decided to just eat the burgers rather than drive 25 minutes round trip and wait another 15 for the food. The burgers were gross. Clearly this place has some kind of following but I'd take ANY other burger over this. It looked good and looked fresh, but it had absolutely no flavor and was dripping with grease. It was like a Five Guys burger, but with 3 times the grease and absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. Considering 90% of everything else on their menu is fried, I would say that the theme of this place is "grease". I don't know if all of their burgers are "butter" burgers, or what these burgers were as I did not order them, but if the grease was supposed to taste like butter, it did not. There was no taste. Some of the grease was white, so I'm supposing it had mixed with mayonnaise, but I couldn't taste it. Nothing worse than food that is THIS bad for you and STILL incredibly bland. read more

I had never had frozen custard before coming to Culver's and I really like it. I could go for a concrete every night but then I'd need to buy bigger jeans. I also tried the butter burger with fried cheese curds and those two items were really tasty as well. Culver's food is something worth having at least once. read more

First time at a Culver's and I was impressed. The place was very busy but they were quick to serve. The menu had a lot of variety but when I saw "Pork Tenderloin Sandwich" on the sign, I knew what I wanted to try. I was with my family and two of us ordered the Pork Tenderloin Basket and one ordered the Butter Burger Basket. The brought the food to the table piping hot! The Pork Tenderloin was way bigger than the bun and stuck out at least an inch or more all the way around. It was delicious and melted in my mouth. The fries were hot and fresh made too. The Butter Burger was nearly as big as the pork and more than covered the bun. This place puts the regular burger joints to shame! I only wish we had one near us as this one was found during our travels. read more

Worst Milk shake I have ever had in my life. It had the consistency and taste of nestle quik chocklate milk. Went to return it but they had just closed. The manager came out and said they would replace it the next day. No problem. She then told me that i had ordered a "sub-milkshake, and next time I should ask for a "classic shake" I explained that I had just asked for the menu item, it didn't say "sub-milkshake. When I jokingly said, I'll be sure to not order a sub-standard shake next time, she got upset, and asked us to leave the property. This was my first visit and I was not impressed at all. The staff was very friendly, but I ordered a "value basket" Cod fish fries and drink $10.19!! WHAT??? OMG and the sandwich was the size of a tender. I was told it has cheddar cheese, well no it was shredded and you can actually count it about 10 pieces. I will review a few things about this restaurant: Location: Poorly thought through construction the parking lot is a nightmare, good luck getting a parking. The drive-thru was placed in the wrong area where it does not allow for proper traffic flow. You will have a difficult time exiting this parking lot. Restaurant interior: Seating area is small and the aisles are tight. The ordering area is disorganized with no line, just someone directing you to an available register. There are a lot of employees delivering food to the tables and it felt overwhelming to have so many people walking back and forth over us while we were eating. It wasn't a peaceful experience. Ordering: What a mess! I expect there to be some issues but not to the extent that I encountered. The girl at the register had no clue how much anything cost. Mostly anything added to the meal was extra. She asked me if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, the tomatoes were not included. She asked if I wanted a shake ( I expected it to be extra, I'm not cheap ) in place of a drink, she charged for the biggest one without asking what size I'd like. I only noticed how much extra when I went through the charges, before paying. I felt nickel and dimed. That meal that started at $7.75 added up to $11.00, too much I think for a fast food restaurant. I also told her that I'd like to pick up all of the ice creams and shakes after we ate the meal, one shake and the concrete was delivered even before our meal was brought to the table. After the meal I went to pick up the remaining shake and ice cream's. The lady at the register was rude and insisted that all shakes and concretes are brought out prior to the meal being served and she asked me if I was sure that my shake was not brought out at the same time as the other shake and concrete. I told her that I specifically said that I wanted them all at the end of the meal and that it was rude that they had brought out the concrete and one shake against my wishes. She said that is not how they do things. She said If I wanted the shake I would have to pay for it because she would have to reorder it and put it back in the system. So much for customer service. When the ice cream's where brought out, I explained to one of the servers that I did not receive a milkshake and she was nice enough and brought it to us. Food: We ordered the butterburger, chicken fingers and chicken sandwich and we all agreed that everything was bland and tasteless. The shredded iceberg lettuce were wilted and didn't taste fresh. The hamburger bun was not of good quality. The fries were ok, nothing special and they served so little of them, I wouldn't be surprised if they counted them. The custard was so sweet it was like eating a spoonful of sugar, I did not even taste the vanilla. Overall the experience at this restaurant was poor and I would not return. read more
