It had been years since we had been here and we decided to give it another try. We arrived on a Sunday around 6:30 7 o'clock and there was barely anybody in the location. We chose to sit at the bar area and we were greeted by the bartender and an overwhelming smell. We thought perhaps it was coming from an order that was just brought out, but we quickly found out that was not the case . It definitely seems like their drains are not being cleaned out properly throughout the entirety of the location. My husband got the pepperoni pizza Detroit style and said it was really good and he loved that it was a little spicy in the sauce. I got the turkey avocado club and it was a basic sandwich. Hands down, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and I had no complaints at all on that front. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. I ordered a medium ribeye with grilled vegetables, but the steak came out well done, and the vegetables were mostly peppers and zucchini when I was expecting a more typical mix like broccoli or some sort. The spaghetti and meatballs were just okay and nothing to rave about. The lobster rolls, which I was most excited to try, really missed the mark. They lacked flavor and did not come with butter on the side, which would have made a big difference. UNOs hits the spot when I'm in the mood for Chicago deep dish pizza! This location is in Winter Garden Village. Lately I've been visiting this UNOs location for a non profit organization meeting spot. They've been accommodating for our group on the weeknights that we've been. It's a fairly large restaurant. They've have some nice areas to accommodate groups with various areas with tables or booths. There is an outdoors patio but I would only recommend this during cooler months. I've tried a variety of things on the menu, from the pasta to wings to pizza. The pizza is hands down the best thing to order here! If you are looking for a somewhat healthier option they have a cauliflower crust that's a couple dollars extra. As of June 2025, on Thursday nights, their pasta dishes are cheaper so ask about this discount. Service has been good on the visits. Staff are friendly and fast! Make sure you check your bill before you checkout to make sure your discounts or promotions are applied. read more

My partner and I absolutely love this place. This is the only UNO we will go to in Orlando. It's sad to go and see no one there! The website has a deal for 2 where you get 2 personal pizza's, an appetizer or salad and 2 bottled drinks. When I ordered it said it would be ready at 5:59. When I got there I checked in as I was early. It was very close to 5:59 when the order came out and let me tell you... it was piping hot!!! You can tell they just came out of the oven. For what you received and from the yummy Uno's the deal price was very well worth it. I would definitely recommend looking at the meal deals if placing a Togo order. We had not been to an Unos in years and my partner was craving deep dish pizza so we decided to try this location. It was almost completely empty, which was a bit shocking, even for a weekday. For drinks I tried the pumpkin pie martini and my partner tried an old fashioned (his fav). Both were not great. For an app I got the pumpkin soup and it was just ok, not great either. For meals, he got the personal size deep dish and I got their special chicken piccata. The chicken was definitely not piccata but I thought it was very good. The pizza however looked very dry, not very cheesy or very saucy, and honestly smaller than expected. He was very disappointed since it didn't live up to his memory. It's been sometime since last review so instead of food delivery we went to eat in person. We went with a special lobster pizza, watermelon salad, numero uno individual, shrimp crab dip, and an Oreo pie. We were trying to reduce the amount of take home food but failed miserably. The lobster pizza was excellent and compares favorably to the OG we experienced in Key West. The numero uno was as good as remembered and crab dip and watermelon salad were solid choices they no longer have the self pay kiosks on the table but that is a plus in my book. This place is underrated. In the past 3 weeks, I've eaten there 3 times and taken out TWICE...guess that explains the 2 lbs I'm up even with the workouts. We've tried the deep dish, thin crust and, because of multiple recommendations from servers, the Detroit crust (what we got for the first time tonight). They're all made with very good ingredients. Beware of the detroit and deep dish if you don't want to make up for the calories for the next week, but they are REALLLY rich and good. Wonder if I could ask for less butter??? PRO TIP: You can do the smaller size pizzas...from someone who likes food, it will be plenty! 3 sauces: There's a marinara (a bit sweeter) and made in-house. I actually prefer this one. The deep dish sauce seems like it's basically good quality stewed tomatoes some some added flavor. The Detroit sauce is something in the middle, but with a really mild kick from red pepper. All are good...that said, my personal preference is a mix of the deep dish and marinara. Other things we've tried... Side salad is a great size. If you like balsamic, they have 2. I actually preferred the one without honey, but both are good. Chicken spinacholi (don't make my mistake and eat the whole thing yourself in one sitting...it's a LOT of flavor...good quality products) Wings weren't bad (not the best ever, but not bad). Chicken parmesan (they call it Romano-crusted chicken parmesan) - Good, not the best ever again, but pretty good and yup, would get again. Service has been mostly decent, but it was excellent tonight. Management is proactive and genuine. Tonight, we met Joe. I've spoken with Trish. BIG plus to have management that cares! The decor is something like Gordon Biersch meets Bennigan's. It feels well-maintained and clean, but could use attention from the Uno Pizzeria mother ship in terms of a remodel. The decor is fun, but the place just needs some de-aging. BOTTOM LINE: HUGE menu, good products, fun place and again, underrated! I have not found better pizza in quite a while. read more

Let me start off by saying I'm a huge fan of pizza and placed an order to go at this restaurant. The ambiance and interior appeared to be clean and decorated as expected. The service could have been better. There was a cost discrepancy and the two women overseeing the front couldn't help. One of them was standing behind a food preview station and to be honest I didn't understand what she actually was doing there. Anyways the manager came out and was able to assist. As far as the food I ordered it was 2 pizza - 1 Detroit style and the other deep dish. Surprisingly I enjoyed the Detroit style however the deep dish I wasn't too impressed. The bottom was soft, ingredients not spread evenly and I felt like it could have been cooked a little bit longer. Overall not an amazing experience but nothing that couldn't be fixed. read more

The good thing about Uno is the variety of the menu, everybody in the dinner party can order what they want without being stuck with one particular type of food. The bad is that the service is very slow. We had to flag down the hostess to find our waiter many times. We ordered and soup and salad and an entree. We waited over thirty minutes-to get the soup and salad and we were doing so much hand waving to try to get the waiters attention it was like being in school. We finally got the soup and salad and our entree, pizza while we were still eating the soup and salad. I will have to thank the hostess, if it wasn't for her we would have walked out. Onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, hamburger, pepperoni, sums usage and cheese blend of mozzarella, cheddar and Romano. Their pizza is delicious. Crust was crisp on the bottom and soft in the middle. My daughter had the Boneless chicken bites with sweet red chili sauce. It tasted great, but way too much of the flavor sauce on the bites. It was drenched. I suggest to either ask for it on the side or have them put it on light. We had ice tea which was a little bit watered down. Restaurant was clean. So, it has been a little while since I went to Uno here in Winter Garden. This time around was under the same pretense as the last time I was here... a long day running around Disney to be finished off with a pizza and some wings at Uno before the two hour drive home. This time around I got to listen to a couple of women sitting at the bar cackling about utter nonsense while some sort of sportsball game was playing on the monitors. Fortunately I had my book along with me to read while I had my wings and a deep-pan sausage pizza. The wings were tasty and very nice, but the pizza. It just didn't have the same flair as the one I had previously. It just wasn't... there. I don't know what was wrong, but I have a feeling it was just me not being in the mood for it or something. Don't get thin crust pizza here, and don't ask for a BBQ Chicken pizza. That is way too complicated. It came out wrong again. The person who brought our pizza came out with the wrong pizza - buffalo chicken thin crust pizza instead of BBQ chicken pizza. I should have known by looking at it and seeing the bubbles in the pizza that it was not a true Chicago thin crust cracker thin pizza. We got our BBQ chicken pizza, and nope we didn't like it at all. There was no taste whatsoever. Our server was nice but it wasn't her fault that others were not able to read the ticket where we requested extra bbq sauce, sauce on side and extra crispy.
