We found this gem on Yelp, thank you fellow yelpers! Parking was a breeze, but we came early, before music, not sure how it is later. All staff we came in contact with was super helpful. Our table server brought our dog a huge bowl of water. (yes, dogs are allowed on the patio, this is July and the patio is nice with a breeze). If you bring your pup, just walk right through the restaurant, and, of course, clean up after them. The food and beverages were just what we wanted, bourbon burger with fries, yum and farmer's burger with veggies, actually good veggies. Good wine, great beer. I was really starting to like this place until my recent experience. Kind of a petty issue but it's how they handled themselves hiding a small charge. I ordered a sandwich which it clearly says it comes with a side. My bill showed a $2.00 charge for that side. She explained that the one side I ordered showed a 2 next to it. If I were the owner and I wanted to be honest anyone who chose that side would be shown the extra charge. I felt after she explained the up charge that they hide it. She sure didn't apologize and didn't seem to care how it effected me, a customer. read more

Came here to watch the Texas/OU game. Had it playing on 4 of the 5 screens. Not a bad seat in the house. The bartender wasn't the friendliest however the other staff were great and helpful. Great beer on tap selection and lots of other choices of you aren't a beer person. We just had fries which were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The beers on tap have something for everyone and the ones we tried #28 and #29 were dark and tasty. We indulged in the fish fry that they have every Friday. Catfish was delicious and so were the hush puppies and slaw. However I only have one complaint....they had No Tartar sauce. How can you serve fried fish every week with no sauce. We were on a small roadtrip from DFW up to Denison and discovered this new establishment. It has quite the diverse selection of Craft Brews as well as some good food on the menu. Food is great especially the tots but beer selection is limited even though they have 40 taps! ONE brown ONE porter NO stouts. Got a band in whose audio was muffled and way TOO LOUD. Amber is the worst bartender I've ever had but she's cute and has THE fattest ass. Highly recommend come watching her work. Neat place, bad service. First time here, ordered a drink & some chips/queso, waited for the server to come back to take our food order but she never did. My husband's drink has been empty for a while but it doesn't appear he'll be getting another one. Enjoyed our visit to GG. Really large tap list, primarily regional. A nice display of TV's as well. Did not eat, but menu looked decent. My one complaint was with their dishwashing- they didn't rinse out the glasses used for tasters after washing and every beer I tried as a taster was terrible and tasted like the soap. When you actually got the beer in a full pour in a normal glass- totally fine. Fortunately my friend told me their detergent wasn't harmful unrinsed but could cause some GI issues. Nonetheless, a good place to grab a beer and watch a game. read more

We had a creative meeting at the TryIncubator last night after sampling the amazing Asian Shui eggrolls, I stopped at the Green Growler to see what they were about. The bar host, Simon, had such an easy, welcoming manner, and not only told us about some cool upcoming events at the bar, but recommended some of his favorite menu items from eateries inside the incubators and also let us sample one of their craft beers. Owner Dan McCabe was more than friendly as well, offering to help our community organization and expressing his appreciation for the arts.
