I always come to this restaurant and today I came in and ordered my usual grilled chicken sandwich meal. Halfway through it was rubbery. I took it to the manager Brandon and he said because I ate 75%. He could only give me a coupon for a single scoop. I told him that it was good until the half cooked part and he was unprofessional and rude. So needless to say I will not be coming back and letting everyone who will listen know . The counter help might have well bee robots. Robots disregarding service to the customer. They had no worries about helping the single person taking orders eleven when 10 or more waiting in line. On top of that, order was wrong! Won't return. read more

Great fries, burgers, cod, and ice cream. Service is quick and done by young people who seem to enjoy working there. We don't usually go to fast food places. At least, not recently. However, Culver's is worth the trip. For us, twenty miles. More variety of sandwiches than most fast food places. I have to try them all. We have not found anything we did not like. read more

Always good food and service. Over the past two years I have enjoyed the occasional cheeseburger here and the young people working have been kind and responsive. Tonight, I tried the fish platter. It was as good a basket of fish and chips as it gets. The tarter sauce and slaw was very good. The roll was cold, but not really needed. Good place for fried white fish. read more

Every time we come here, the staff are SO friendly. The first time we came, I had to call the manager after we left and express how positive our experience here was. The fries were really good. Same with the Mint shake (a bit too sweet for my liking, but I am assuming most Americans like it extremely sweet, so it's okay). I honestly cannot believe this restaurant has only 3-1/2 stars. Are you kidding me? This is clean food people! I mean healthy food! Everything is tasty and prepared right! The staff is so friendly! Yes it's a chain but a good one with food sourced from quality farms. We were there late one night and I was noticing how the gals cleaned the restaurant. There were at least three different gals cleaning and one would clean the table and another would come along and clean the wall or the seats or the bottom of table! Yes! The bottom of the table! This way of cleaning I am sure is to better sanitize objects instead of having one filthy rag cleaning everything with it. If there was a window in that booth, it was cleaned. Honestly I have worked in restaurants and I have never seen any employees do this good at cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed. So come on people give them more stars. We have been here three times. The service is always friendly. They are extremely busy which is always good to see at any business. I have yet to get a bad meal. Not sure why all the complaints. I always get a double bbutter burger and it has always been tasty. The fish is delicious and the roast beef is just delightful. I am happy to return. It is only an hour drive for us. read more

I like Culver's... the food is normally decent, but it's priced a little higher than it should be. What I can't stand is they don't hand the food to your food at the drive through window, even if they're not busy... you have to drive up and pull off to a spot, at first this doesn't seem like a big deal, but what happens 100% of the time, they forget condiments, you get 1 or 2 napkins at most... and the person hands you over the food before you have time to check it and they snatch your number off your car, now you realize that your order is half wrong... Not impressed! I had tried a Culver's in Wisconsin many years ago and wasn't impressed then, so I really wasn't surprised. The deluxe burger was tasteless. Also the patties were very thin, I had a double and it was thinner than a quarter pounder. I had to salt and pepper it to get any flavor. This particular Culivers is outstanding. Always friendly fast customer service. I recommend most of the menu. I am trying to eat my way through it. Everything that I have eaten was sooooo good. Best burgers in town. Since this place opened, it's hard to get a parking spot and the line is long to order food, but it's worrhbthe wait. The food is made to order, they bring it to your table. Very disappointing service and a rude and unresponsive manager named Frank. I ordered a dish of chocolate ice cream and a sundae. They brought to my table two sundaes. I sent the one back indicating that was not what I ordered. The girl never came back with the ice cream, so I went to the counter and said I was waiting on a dish of choc ic. The cashier rang it up again and held out her hand for the money. I explained that I had already paid, just had not received the choc ic. She called the manager over and I explained to him I had sent a sundae back and not received the ic. He looked at my receipt and said I ordered two sundaes. The other cashier said she took my order and heard me order the choc ic, that it must have been rung up incorrectly. He STILL refused to give me the ice cream or refund my money.
