The salads arrived after the dinner was served. By then we were pretty annoyed and it got worse. Our steaks were problematic - mine was rare and thick as ordered. My boyfriend's medium rare steak was a thin piece of meat too overcooked to be called well done. Our waitress arrived, viewed the overdone steak, remarked "bad on them" when she didn't see our salads and left. We grabbed another server and him hunt down the manager. He agreed the steak was not what was ordered. He did offer to fire up another but we explained we were in a rush now and had to head out to tend to our dogs. He offered to comp our meals since either of us ate them and just have us pay for our drinks. We agreed and stressed we really needed the bill - we needed to leave. We did leave after 15 minutes when we still had no bill and the waitstaff were nowhere to be found (on a busy Saturday night).
