This was our first time at a Culver's. We kept hearing about it and finally tried it. Super busy, but they were fast and very friendly. We came with coupons and they let us use all of them. Most places only let you use one. This saved us a ton! We got the bacon burger combos and some cheese curds. It was a huge greasy burger, but was soooo good! I don't know how I ate the whole thing. It filled me up and I took my fries to go. We weren't impressed with the cheese curds after hearing so much about them, but their fries were great and tasted like the oil they use was fresh. We also tried their custard. We got their chocolate as well as their special of the day which was dark chocolate. Both were great, but the dark chocolate was better! My dad has been raving about this place and I enjoy a good burger so we went. It did not disappoint. The menu is large and the place is very clean! It's set up like a typical fast food joint - you order and they give you a number and you sit or you can drive thru. They make everything to order so it takes a little bit longer but not too long at all! On my visit I decided on a patty melt. I asked for a single but they recommended a double because the patties are thin. It was delicious! The crinkle fries were cooked perfectly and they had all of the condiments to bring them up a notch! The custard desserts look amazing! There are so many varieties of flavors and toppings! I was too full to partake but the kids slurped them all up! I hate having to give reviews like this, but I have to. This is the least efficient Culver's I have EVER been to. We have done the drive through maybe two times for their custard. The line is always extremely long. We figured that Culver's and other locations sometimes gets super busy so we understand. Well, yesterday I went inside and experienced their sit down service. Now, I disagree that it's necessarily that it is extremely busy, but how inefficient the staff is. Where to start... we walked in and there was three young ladies at three of their registers. One girl was working hard with a larger family. There were two other registers that had two other girls who never even acknowledged us. We just stood there. When we ordered the girl who took our order set the mood for our experience there. My daughter, who just turned 6, was super excited and was telling me what she wanted. As I'm asking her to calm down cause I understand how rude it is, I saw the girl at the registers eyes which seemed annoyed. The only reason we even went to that location was cause our daughter begged us. Now, I'm not saying the girl at the register is not entitled to feel annoyed, but you work customer service. I'm sure you've seen worse considering I myself have worked customer service. If children being excited annoys you, don't work customer service especially at a fast food/family friendly establishment. After my husband paid this same girl walked away leaving my husband confused. He waited there thinking maybe she's printing the receipt out. Someone else comes over to ask my husband if he needed help. My husbands response was "no, I wasn't sure if I needed a receipt or if my order was done and completed". So then the other person had to explain the receipt situation that had just occurred. My husband is an extremely patient man, but this young lady who helped us really was making him Impatient. First the reaction towards a kid secondly the no acknowledgements that aren't being made when we first waited and then after. We finally sat down and waited. Waited. Waited and waited some more. It took our food 25 minutes to come to our table. The location wasn't busy at all. Their drive thru wasn't even that bad. We sat there and watched several workers behind the register. So it wasn't like there was a lack of workers. The only thing that personally made me give this two stars is that we as a family enjoy Culver's and the food was the only thing that was worth rating at this location. I don't have any Culver's where I live, but every time I am in the Orlando area (which is every few months) I defInitely stop in at Culver's. Similar to other burger places, Culver's is a step above in my opinion. The burgers are just delicious and cooked fresh to order. Alright so I just moved down here from Wisconsin where I was born and raised (and where Culver's began). Overall the service was great and extremely quick! I got my usual butter burger deluxe and this is the main reason I'm not giving it 5 stars... all though I could tell it was made to order as they are supposed to be, it was insanely greasy. Like a puddle of grease when I opened the box... I have never had a butter burger that been greasy... ever so I'm not sure what's going on there. I also got the cheese curds because well I'm a cheesehead and they were better than I was expecting them to be being so far from Wisconsin, so good job and keeping up with the Culver's curd standard. My absolute most favorite burger place ever! I'm so happy one opened right near my house. One of my favorite unique things about Culver's is their greeting. "Welcome to Culver's, what can I make fresh for you today?" That says it all. I'm always sold on the Bacon Butterburger w/Cheese Double. The burger is perfect. They ask what toppings you want such as ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. I just get the works, extra pickle/onion. They also have tons of other items like pot roast!! What?? We sat by the door I suggest you don't because you have people constantly walking so close by your table. I had someone walk by and cough and it REALLY gross me out so don't sit by the door. It actually reminded me of the kind you would by frozen in the grocery store. But I guess I can say try it because you may love it like everyone else does it just wasn't my thing. I dont know if you have gone to one of these yet. But the menu is very confusing. I ordered a meal for $4.19 and when i received the bill was charged $5.89. I showed the cashier and was like well you wanted onion rings instead of fries. I was like yes and you charged another $1 for that. Well i wasnt getting anywhere with him. Told him can i see manager. It happens they have two meals same thing except on gets a large drinking instead of small. I say $1.70 more for large drink forget it i dont even want that big a drink. She says will pay me back the difference. Shes like here is $1.29 I was like w/o tax should be 1.70 with tax $1.80 refund she said your getting $1.29 i didnt care at this point. I am not sure but dont think certain people that deal with money cant add or subtract change, even managers. Its not that hard when you looks at the receipts. Anyway the burger had an awful after taste like freddies has. I think they both try to immulate steak and shake and fail. As always this location as great customer service and food is always the best. We were at this location on Sunday 06/21/2019. My husband always gets a plain cheeseburger with ketchup and I get a cheeseburger with everything on it. I upgraded to the Cheese Curds which are great since it's fried cheese and I ordered the cheese dipping sauce just to try it out. It was a cheese overload!!! Very tasty and would defiantly do it again. The burgers are made to order and are the thin patty's so they're juicy and have the nice crisp edges.
