I used to really like this location. I generally like Culver's. When this one first opened it was pretty much picturesque, fresh good quality and worth the short wait. I've been twice in the last 6 weeks and both times were somewhat disappointing. Burger was sloppy and falling apart. Meat was good and probably the best part. Some bites were just meat some were meat and bun. Some with cheese some without, some super dry. Sauce wasn't distributed well. Got a patty melt. Nothing but a pile of onions even though I asked for easy onions. Maybe my fault I'll just say no onions next time. They told me I could add anything but opted not to but not sauce or ketchup was probably a mistake. I don't hold it against them but the whole burger was completely saturated in grease, the paper see thru. The bread which was supposed to be toasted sourdough but just a soggy mess and did not hold up. Was hoping for toasted and crispy but it was soft and soggy. Fries super soggy and limp. Also got a mixer and by the time it was brought out to me was already melting. Not the best show from Culver's. Maybe try another location. read more

From the juicy patty to the gooey cheese and the crispy French fries there is no why you can not try Culver's famous butter burgers. How this "beef" started was my boyfriend and I went to culvers for ice cream, he got a mini concrete mixer w oreo cookie dough and brownie I got cookie dough and Oreo. We got to the window and she said "this one is cookie dough" so I said it was wrong etc and she got aggravated because it was wrong. She caught an attitude, our order was fixed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe something bad happened that day. Fast forwarding to the next time we came to get the same deserts. She said our order very rudely, had an attitude, and still messed up the order again. Now the third time we went my boyfriend little sister came and she got cookie dough and Oreo. I got just Oreo this time. Gabby game out to the car and as she was saying the orders she got them wrong.. again. She brought out two cookie dough and Oreo. She was clenching her fists as she dealt with us and our wrong order, mind we were being very respectful throughout this entire thing, all three times. She had then said very slowly "I'll be right back" grabbed the ice cream started walking back to the store and THREW the ICE CREAM ON THE GROUND then she proceeded to SWING OPEN THE DOOR to culvers with like full force. She got a supervisor to come out with her as they were coming out my boyfriend stated "there is a mess on the ground" gabby rudely said "I see it!" The supervisor said "I got it", the supervisor gave us the ice cream, correctly, and apologized. Gabby makes me not want to come here. Ordered Deluxe Culver burger, cheddar burger, lg.onion rings, sweet tea, and chocolate shake. Burgers were good hot and fresh. Onion rings tasted good but were lukewarm and a bit greasy. I remember passing by this place and thinking, a new burger place? Man I was wrong. It's actually really good fast food. The fries were crispy and fluffy potato goodness on the inside. The burger itself is pretty flavorful and the ingredients are as fresh as in and out. Not even joking. The service is out of this world for a fast food joint. Only reason I don't give it a five is because I didn't really see something unique such as a different sauce or a special sauce. Something so small like a sauce can really bring this a long way. Everything about my experience was great! Was greeted after walking inside, cashier was friendly and helpful, my food was fresh and order was perfect. French fries were hot and crispy. I also got a scoop of chocolate custard which is so good! The only thing I thought could use a change is the "brand new" inside menu board that just changed the day I went. It looks too cluttered and not clear as to what is what. Since it's a fast food place and are kind of pressured to make a decision it was difficult to make a new decision and just got what I normally get without looking at the menu board. Three of us went to lunch here today and we all agreed it's quite good. We had cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, fried Wisconsin cheese curds, and custard shakes (this was not a lunch for dieters ). I had read that Culver's is big on good customer service, and our order taker behind the counter could not have been sweeter or more patient with our questions as first-timers. In fact, on learning that it was my friend's birthday, she insisted on buying her a small custard dessert! It is not a regular thing, so please don't ask, but it was a lovely spur-of-the-moment gesture from this young woman to my older female friend. The reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because my food wasn't hot enough. That's often a pet peeve of mine, but I was surprised anyway as the food comes out fairly quickly (about 6 or 7 minutes maybe after ordering). The burger was lukewarm and the cheese was NOT melted. The fries weren't hot either. However, the food all tasted good. Good enough that I didn't complain or send it back. The onion rings were thinner than those gross fat things served at some big fast-food chains, and the fried cheese curds are as good as you'd expect any fried cheese to be. My guy friend said the burger had more flavor than he's used to. As for the chocolate custard shakes -- I mean, come on. Delicious. Oh! They gave away my food to another driver. Their drive thru system is terrible. Whatever you do don't pull forward to the first spot. The person who runs out the food will forget about you and give it to the person behind you. It happened to me twice! They left me sitting for a half an hour after asking the runner twice what happened to my food. They said they would check on it but they never did because they already knew they gave it to someone else. Next time I'll go across the street to Sonic, enough with this location. I have lived for 15 years in Illinois where there is a Culver's on every corner practically. This is the worst Culver's I have ever been to. I am here visiting my aunt who has never been to Culver's so we went there on day one, we ordered one double hamburger one medium hamburger basket 2 custards and one drink. We received two cheeseburgers two orders of fries which we sent back. They made it right so no big deal. The next visit the hamburgers had the wrong topping. So again it goes back to a choruses of "I'm sorry" Today, I ordered their seasonal pumpkin caramel concrete and they put a scoop of pumpkin in vanilla custard and mixed it up and gave it to me. What the fuck? When they are advertising their seasonal pumpkin concrete everywhere imaginable, then in what universe would someone come in and order a scoop of pumpkin mixed in with vanilla custard? Of course they apologize profusely AGAIN and someone who I assume was the manager or possibly the owner since it wasn't in uniform told me that I should check the screen to make sure it's right. I did not know it was my job to make sure the nitwits that are taking my order do it right. Maybe if they weren't wearing masks so I could understand a single word they say or if they weren't standing behind a plexiglass screen so they could hear me it might be different. I am tired of hearing them apologize, get it right! Don't say I'm sorry get it right!!!!! I have never gotten an incorrect order at any Culver's nationwide other than this franchise disaster IN THE LAST FIFTEEN YEARS. Culver's should really consider yanking the franchise until they learn what they're supposed to be doing and stop apologizing for their total incompetence. Mind you, we've NEVER had an issue here before. That is until last night. We visited your drive through (Monday evening) approximately 6:40 pm. Upon arrival at the speaker, we asked what the flavor of the day was. After she told us, my husband said 'okay, we'll take that, 2 scoops each, one with hot fudge and one with caramel and pecan.' We pulled up to the window. She (no name tag) told us it was $10.04, hubby handed her a credit card, she handed us the sundaes. I looked at mine, leaned over and asked her if this was the 'flavor of the day?' She responded 'no, you didn't ask for that.' Both my husband and I said at the same time, 'yes, we did.' Sadly, no name started to get an an attitude, and said 'what do you want me to do?' She then took the sundaes back, closed the window and walked away. At that point, we should have just left, but I wanted a sundae. We sat there waiting for another minute or two. When she (no name) came back she said 'so you want 3 sundaes?' We were like 'no, we want 2 flavor of the day sundaes, one with hot fudge, one with caramel and pecans.' At that point Taylor came to the window and I'm assuming did her thing. A minute or two went by when Taylor opened the window and handed us a # ticket, no 'pull up' or anything else. My husband asked her for a receipt and I leaned over and said 'do you want us to pull up?' She said 'yes' and closed the window. Now almost 10 minutes passed since this all started. We pulled around the building. The receipt was marked 6:50. Now it's 6:59 and still no sundaes when my husband decides to go inside and find out what's going on. Inside, he asks to speak to a manager, however, she's talking to someone else. In the meantime, the original girl came out and handed me the sundaes saying 'I added more toppings on these.' All said and done, thank you for doing so, but what could possibly have taken 20 minutes to get 2 sundaes.
