You list your business hours as you're open until 10:00. But twice now between 8:30 and 8:45 I have been told the grill is down and we only have fried food. If the pandemic has cost you a lack of employees and you need to shut the kitchen down early to clean then just close the restaurant early. You are known for butter burgers and you don't sell them for the last two hours you're open. I drove out of your drive through and went across the street to Sonic. Do you have any idea how disgusting sonic is? I ate 1/2 of it and threw it away. Thank you Culver's. read more

Well they rushed out my concrete mixer which was melted by the time I got my food, when I received my food the French fries were Luke warm. Ive been waiting 15 minutes for my new French fries, I am greatly disappointed. I have been a proud Culver's fan for years and unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had. read more

My husband and I have dinner from around 20 bucks and get the tastiest burgers and fries everything is fresh we just love it! Even if we get a double burger eat we usually end up getting seconds. This location is closer to my home than the Jupiter location so I was really looking forward to the opening of this location. I love Culver's burgers, fries, and custard. I think this location needs to get their feet under them as they are missing something that the Jupiter location has. I do prefer to go to Jupiter for the Concrete. They put a nice amount of the toppings in the concrete. They did not do this in Lake Park so it felt like a rip off - skimpy with the mix-ins read more

First time at this location. The chicken fingers doesn't taste like chicken at all not sure the substance looks more like a fish stick. The hamburger my daughter order was super greasy. We went ahead and ordered our dessert for after the meal. When we were done we went up to get them to fix it for us. Not knowing they already did and stuck it in a little freezer halfway melted already. Normally when I go to the next closest location they fix it fresh. Definitely better than your average fast food burger. This was our first visit to a Culver's. We found a clean restaurant that was busy, but still had our order to us in about 5 minutes. We tried a little of everything, including fries, cheese curds, and onion rings, which were all crispy and well-seasoned. Tried Culvers for the first time. Ordered one butterburger deluxe with fries and a second with onion rings. Couple of Lemonades to wash 'em down. The food was hot and fresh, even after the 2 mile drive home. The burgers, presented in a box and tucked into a 3/4 sleeve, look as good in real life as in the marketing photos. The sleeve makes for a very convenient food delivery system. Definite points for that idea. The flavorful beef patties, just right melted Wisconsin cheddar and soft bun-combined with fresh lettuce, tomato. red onion and pickles make these burgers much better than the average chain fare. The beef is cooked with a flat spatula, giving the edges a pleasant crispiness. They go light on the condiments, which I greatly appreciate, there's nothing worse than mayonnaise dripping out everywhere. They use just the right amount. The crinkle cut fries are surprisingly tasty and fresh, with that lovely golden brown and slightly crispy outside and hot and tender inside. Most other fast food fries turn into cardboard within minutes of coming out of the fryer basket, but not so these. They held their delicious flavor and texture until the last had been consumed. Pros: Fantastic burger and fries. Like I want to go back and get another one right now fantastic. Drive up menu easy to navigate and select from. The comm system doesn't force you to shout. The order taker was courteous and professional, and offered to answer any questions. Cons: -We ordered onion rings with one of the burgers and instead got two orders of FF. Since the fries are so great, we quickly got over it. -The lemonade is very average, and as such disappointing. If you're going to offer it, it should be as good as the best item on the menu. I was starving, looking for a place to eat and guess what place popped up? Culver's did and it looked nice in the outside. The inside was better since it had a variety of meals from burgers, sandwiches, fish, and delicious desserts. I got a burger and a sundae and the wait was alright. but the best part is how good the first bite is. The employees are also really nice and in my opinion, culver's is one of the best fast food restaurants to go to. read more

This store is always immaculate and certainly complies with all COVID-19 safety protocol. The food is delicious and fresh. I want to especially give a shout out to our cashier, Kaitlyn. If I could give this Culver's a zero I most definitely would. I've had some unpleasant experiences there but today was the icing on the cake. I ordered four single burgers and I got four double burgers. I get to work after waiting 20 minutes and a half hour drive. I called them they said they would give me the difference in price. Then I get there and they said I was supposed to bring them back. Really? Then they gave me a hard time about giving me my money back. All the managers there were so rude to me. I will never ever go back to that location. I love Culver's food but I will not be treated that way. I would suggest not going to that one and going to the one in Jupiter. read more

Today was my 3rd visit. I had bragged to my friend how good it was previously. Today I was embarrassed I had said that. On the 2nd visit, the burger was cold and so were the fries, but because of how awesome the 1st visit was, I let that part go. Today was just plain bad. The woman taking orders told me twice the sauces that come with chicken tenders, neither time I could understand her. She didn't seem to know what she was doing either. When I asked for my receipt, she told me it would be on the tray, but what I got was a piece of paper soaked in grease to the point you couldn't read it. Somehow I got sweet and sour sauce with my chicken tenders, which was the grossest sauce ever. After flagging him down, I asked a manager for another sauce, he brought ranch dipping sauce and he brought me another receipt, along with that nasty grease filled receipt back also. I can't believe a manager would present a customer with a receipt that you cant even read, due to all the grease soaked into it. Not worth getting a free scoop of ice cream, I would have preferred a clean table, tray, and food to that! You started out great, Culver's, but what the heck has happened? Don't blow it. I got the shrimp dinner platter. The shrimp was great. My onion rings were stone cold though, they gave me the wrong amount of shrimp. There was literally something missing or wrong with all 4 of our meals. The custard was very good though. read more

We've tried this locations several times The ice cream experience isn't great. I check the flavor of the day almost daily as I like the custard but when you order it it never seems to look like it does in the ad. Last nights 'small' portion was so small that I asked about it. My husband ordered a sea salt caramel something which ended up being a glass of caramel sauce and hardly any custard. As far as we are concerned there are many ice cream options, like across the street from Culvers, and this location seems cheap on portions and unskilled making custard creations. My husband threw his away, $5 later, my 1/2 a scoop was $3. BAD. read more
