The Staff is very nice, fast, polite, and they don't mind special orders/request as I do order mine a special way with extra of my favorite stuff. Even even when they are packed busy, they are still very prompt to get your order and get you on your way or sitting down enjoying your ice cream. I am a Lawrence resident that is from to West Coast where Baskin-Robbins are everywhere and I have missed Baskin-Robbins for so long and I am so happy that we have one and we have a great one. I would definitely recommend going and treating yourself or taking the family and getting your favorite ice cream because it is so good, it's better than any ice cream in the store in my opinion. I was fine with a regular vegan chocolate chunk for my second one, but somehow they were completely out of that. This was at 10 pm, 3 full hours before closing; I'm not sure what is 'insomnia' about that. The cherry on top was realizing that I ended up paying full price for half of a cookie (it literally looked like they had sliced it in half to serve another). As someone who has worked food service, I'm not sure how this was served in confidence (we also started closing at closing time, not half a shift before it).
