I am a regular customer. Everything is expensive nowadays. Paying more and getting bad food is commonplace. Culvers is one of the few restaurants left maintaining high standards for food quality and service. Their burgers are the really good. The fish dinner is the best I have ever had and the portions are huge. I can accept paying more. Food cost and wages are very high. I expect the food to be good. Culver's is/was my go to place for a hamburger so I went today to get lunch, food came out fast because it was around 2:30 . I was expecting my usual delicious hot burgers and fries, but no. Not today! I even went inside to order and I was greeted very friendly with the usual welcome to Culver's cook fresh! Well maybe it was fresh at 11:00!!! I had a craving fir their famous butter burger but no cheese. I ordered their basket which came with crinkle fries and also ordered a root beer. The food was very good and the root beer was very refreshing and flavorful. The drive thru staff were very friendly and when we said thank you they replied my pleasure with a genuine smile. Disrespected me in front of my 80 year old mother and then made me wait 45 mins for my food which I never received. The BEST fast food burger I've ever had! I'm originally from Michigan, and they have a bunch of locations there, but the first time I've ever eaten there was in Lehigh Acres. Restaurant was clean, food was a little pricey for fast food, but worth the extra price. Not some pre-formed patties, and they had an ample amount of toppings! I also, as a diabetic absolutely LOVE their diet root beer! I have been here twice in less than a month... I'll go more often when I crave a burger! read more

Great food and service. I have to say I was shocked when I used the bathroom in the Lehigh store that there's a used needle dispenser in the ladies room. I don't know what I don't know I don't know but maybe an employee emptied the bathroom trash and got stuck with a dirty needle??? This world is crazy and I have never seen this before anywhere else. My hats to your owner if you have done this to protect your employees. We can't take the usage of drugs out of society but we can take steps to protect the ones that choose a different path in life. This is the ONLY fast food company that knows how to train their employees. You're greeted upon arrival, the employees are always respectful and polite, and the food is wonderful. If you have any issue they correct it instantly even if it was your own mistake. I always buy a bunch of gift cards at Christmas and they give your a coupon for a free meal with every $30 in gift cards you buy. I accidentally let my coupons expire and they still accepted them. The store and restrooms are always clean. I can't say enough good things about this chain. Every store we've ever stopped at all over the US, we always receive the same good service, polite employees, good food and clean stores. Keep it up, Culvers!! read more

I have been there 5 times in the last few months. 3 times they forgot something in my drive thru order and when I got home I did not have my daughters dinner twice and mine once. On my most recent visit 8/13/21 they gave my order to someone else in the drive thru wait line and I finally asked what was taking so long as the cars that were behind me were getting their food. They said I could wait while they did my order again or get a refund. I had to wait as I had nothing to cook at home. I was there waiting for a half hour. Also, I had asked to speak to a manager and that person never came out to talk as I could not go inside because I had at this point a very unruly 2 year old in my car. When I first saw the Culver's sign I cringed. My experience on the other side of the state was less than par. I was very hungry tonight and had to choose between Culver's or Wendy's. I chose Culver's and I'm glad I did. Their power went out just as I was at the speaker. The manager sent out one of the workers to tell us to drive around. We were asked if we'd like to come in and make our order. I said yes and was escorted in. There was a long line. Then I saw that they had run out of vanilla ice cream right in the middle of an order after they took it. And the man got very angry. The manager handled it extremely well. She offered several other solutions that was agreeable to the man. When she took my order she had a smile on her face. Even though there was a lot of chaos going on. My leg hurts so bad in the cold weather. I went and sat down in the booth after they had closed. No one asked me to leave. Instead the manager had them break down the back of the store and leave the front part open. I commend her for excellent service I commend Culver's for excellent butter burgers. And I'll be back again I'm certain. I also told her that she should be training the treasure Coast. Not trying to send any shots but I would rather eat at culvers than Wendy's across the street on any given day. Today I had two meals and one was a butter burger cheese with fries and the other was a sourdough melt with fries and we both had sweet tea. The customer service is good and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. And There is no other place that can get a fish sandwich right that is also a fast food place except for Captain D. But the point is, this is a burger place that's making the best burgers in the area. We wait for them to be made. Thats how fresh they are. Are they grass fed? Probably not.
