Best ice cream shop you can find in the Lehigh area. They offer a little food menu like hot dogs and warm pretzels. They have soft and hard ice creams as well as banana boats. My favorite is their rainbow sherbet hard ice cream it reminds me of my childhood when my dad used to buy the large bucket from ShopRite in Jersey. I love it. I been here plenty of times and I always get the rum raisin because that's just my favorite ice cream flavor. But this was an impromptu visit so I decided to try something different and went with the blueberry cheesecake. I love coming to this place because if you look at the pictures, this is what they define as "one scoop" obviously that's a lot. Also I want to point out that they give you a healthy sample size amount. I have been to other ice cream places and you barely get enough of a sample size to make a decision. After waiting for almost 15 min in the drive thru. I ordered a mango and pineapple smoothie. Drove off . After taking the first sip , noticed they also put coconut in it. I am somewhat allergic to coconut. Called multiple times and of course no answer. I had to throw the smoothie straight in the trash right alongside the money I paid for it ! The menu offers cones, soft serve sundaes, smoothies, coffee, milkshakes, and so much more; there'a an option for everyone. The staff members can get your order out within a minute after ordering, even when the shop is pretty busy. Also, the drive thru makes it super easy to order ice cream on the go. They have a bunch of unique flavors, including orange pineapple and cotton candy. I rarely write reviews but I'm in shock over the experience I had tonight as a patron of 20+ years. The drive thru was down the street so I decided to go inside since it was relatively empty (clearly everyone else knows what I now know). I (for the third time out of hundreds of visits) walked inside and ordered a Strawberry Ice Cream Soda but the girl that went to make it didn't actually know how. I watched her with my own eyes ask her coworkers for help 4-5 times in the process of making it. When she put ice cream in it, the only person there above the age of 17 told her that it had too much ice cream in it. He took it, poured some out, and immediately put it in front of me with its contents all over the lid and dripping down the side. I could not believe he thought it was acceptable to give that to a customer and I wonder what about me gave him the impression it was okay to provide me with subpar service. I would've moved on however I tasted it and there was no carbonation. I was trying to get another worker's attention, but the man asked me if I needed something and I very politely asked him to remake it because it didn't taste proper. He decided to argue that she only added extra ice cream to it (which would still mean it was made incorrectly). After I (again) asked him to just remake it, he grabbed the cup like it owed him money and threw a silent temper tantrum in remaking me one. I heard him ask the young girl about how she made it and she admitted to making it incorrectly but you think Benjamin Button ever thought it wise to apologize to me?? I laughed. I think this grown man has clearly spent too much time with his teenage coworkers because in typical petty-teen fashion, he gave it to me filled to the brim with no lid. I was very appalled at this behavior but laughed as someone who looked twice my age was acting half it. I won't be patronizing for a while, but I hope when I do, I have a more positive experience and will update this review at that time. read more

Im a customer on this icream place for 12 years already, I only order banana split and a strawberry cheesecake shake with heath on it, well lately the kids that are working there are very hostile and twice already can't get my order right charging me for something that they never put on my I shake , the pieces of cheese cake are rotten and they forgot one more time to put my heath chovolate that I been charge, "The Manager " witch doesn't have any customer service skill is very rude and hang up the phoneI call again and they pick it up a leave hanging HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! BEST ICE CREAM W/THE WORST SERVICE The countryside ice cream store has been my go to ice cream place since I was a kid. But after today, I'm not sure that I can say the same. The ice cream of course stays DELICIOUS but the customer service is not so great! The manager on duty today had THE WORST customer service I've seen in a while. When I called to let them know that the $9 worth of "slush" I had just bought was completely watered down and was nothing but a cup of syrup. She proceeded to tell me that the machine wasnt working properly. So when I asked her why didn't she tell me at the window? She argue with me that it was MY FAULT for ordering too many flavors and that she was being "nice" for not charging me extra for flavors. not sure what that had to do with anything. But mind you I have been ordering this same exact item for months now FROM THE SAME LOCATION AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. Not sure why but a lot of the girls that work the window always have attitudes.
