I had ordered their Chocolate Brownie Delight concrete, put gummy bears in it, put sprinkles on the whipped cream, and left the cherry on top. I thought to myself, did I just make a promotional item? Their custard is always great, but how cool would it be if they did a promotion with Scott Cawthon for the new release of Five Night's at Freddy's the Movie? Has anyone thought of this yet? Maybe keep the restaurant open until 6 a.m. offering food in the morning until the premiere of the movie to be released on 10/27 of this year?

The restaurant floor was dirty and most tables still had crumbs, residue left from previous customers. The men's room had no air dryer and the towel dispenser was broken. I could hear employees talking amongst themselves, and I felt like I was barely acknowledged. When they handed me my order, it was done without much interaction--no thank you, no greeting, nothing. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I understand that everyone has busy moments, but this visit was far below the experience I've had at Schlotzsky's in the past.
