After being asked to pull forward and waiting over 10 minutes, I noticed multiple cars that arrived after me receive their orders and leave first. When I went inside to ask about my order, I was told they were still waiting on Bo Rounds, even though I could clearly see them being placed into bags for other customers to keep the drive-thru line moving.
