Went to Culver's for the first time on Broadway in Littleton, CO. Asked for ketchup after waiting 15 minutes for food we ordered at the drive thru. The employee "Kiara" handed me the food and said "well did your ASK for ketchup?" like we inconvenienced her. She made no offer to get us ketchup and walked away. So I returned to the drive thru, which I should not have had to do, and asked Kiara for ketchup. She handed me some ketchup and said in the most rude sarcastic voice, "have a blessed dayyyyy!" I asked for her name and she proudly pointed to her name tag, clearly not caring. I asked to speak to the manager, and she laughed and said, "well, I AM the manager!" I said I will call corporate then and she laughed again and rudely with joy responded, "I don't work for corporate!" I drove off and she leaned all the way out the window and yelled at the top of her lungs "BYYYYE!!!" with a dismissive "NEEEEXXXXXXXT!!" Absolutely appalling experience and I will never go back again. Kiara should not be a manager, if she really is, let alone have any job in customer service. All because of this experience I will NEVER go to another Culver's. read more

we got ourselves all worked up over Culvers and it turned out to be a disappointment. we ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches. They weren't grilled, no grill markings at all, no seasoning, just blah!. I will never go back there for a chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A from now on! read more

We discovered Culver's while we were vacationing in AZ. The food was delicious and their service was awesome so we went there 5 times in 4 weeks. Today, we made the long trip from our home in Pine all the way to Culver's on South Broadway in Littleton, CO to enjoy a delicious meal along with some yummy ice cream. My husband ordered a salad that was large which came with one small tub of salad dressing but after noticing the dressing was not enough for the amount of salad he had he asked for another tub of salad dressing but he was told he would have to pay .60 cents. We were so shocked and mad that he ate the rest of his salad dry and we left without getting any ice cream. We will never eat at this fast food restaurant again nor will we recommend them. I guess making sure their patrons enjoy their meal and a willingness to please isn't a high priority but squeezing an additional .60 out of the pockets of their customers is. Food is ok. But just had a very creepy experience with the grown man that delivered my food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and pretzel bites and kept seeing cars behind me get their order. I was annoyed and about to go inside to complain when I see the guy coming to my car, he just stared at me. I say "do you have a chicken sandwich and pretzel bites", he says yes. Then I grab my bag and he proceeded to just stare at me. I called the location and complained but I'm never going back. Not to mention the cheese curds I got the time before gave me the worst stomach ache. I feel bad for the teenagers that have to work with adults like this. Total creep! read more

Not sure if I had a normal burger but mine was way over cooked and had a crisp not juicy (almost burnt) consistency

This Culver's started off good but last 3 times I went I've spent $27 on burgers and shakes and the burgers are as cold as the shakes. The burger patties are not hot then they put cold cheese and cold toppings on the burger and it's a disaster. I always eat in my car in the parking lot to maximize heat and freshness and this last time was the worst. Both burgers I ordered were COLD not even like warm and I waited in line, I just don't get it they are suppose to be made to order. Anyways I have given this location 3 tries and they struck out everytime. read more

We came to Culver's tonight to celebrate my daughters kindergarten graduation. Makenna brought us our food and really went the extra mile to make her feel special! After hearing so much about Culver's and how fresh and delicious their burgers are, you can only imagine my shock at eating what can be easily be said, "That was the worst hamburger I have ever had!' We waited for over 20 minutes, my burger was overcooked, dry, and didn't even taste like a hamburger. Plus, I feel I was greatly overcharged for such a lousy product. If I could have posted 0 stars, that's what I would have done. Last night's experience there was an absolute nightmare. We are in town for a month from San Diego helping our daughter with her preemie twins and just wanted to bring the new parents a treat. If we hadn't been in the same industry for 15 years, being the owners of 4 Heidi's Frogen Yozurt/Swensen's Ice Cream stores throughout the San Diego area, we may not have realized how poorly this place is run. We paid our bill of 4 small servings of frozen custard at 9:03 and waited and waited. Finally one of us went up to the counter after 15 minutes and asked where our order was (which should have taken no longer than about 3 minutes to fill) and the manager snapped, "Sir, it's only been 15 minutes." No apologies; nothing. Fifteen minutes for our order? Then I went up and said it's now been 20 minutes and clearly the staff's attention was on the drive-thru rather than the customers standing in front of them. I have never ever since such poor customer service. I finally just said we need to go and asked for our money back and the woman reimbursing us never apologized or bothered to look up at us and she claimed to be the owner/operator. If that was so, she should NOT be in the service industry since she has zero people skills. And the manager she hired, Dan has the same lack of people skills. While I understand that we're all in business to make money, establishing relationships with your valued customers is what allows you to succeed. This place is has only been open 3 weeks and I give them 3 more days. DO NOT waste your time going here!!!!!! Our local friends said there are many frozen custard places in the area with great product and customer service so I will pass that on to all of our local friends/family. On a positive note, the young lady who took our order, Casey, was the most professional staff member and was clearly upset when our order was delayed. Dessert places are supposed to be a happy experience. If our customers are not happy, we will ALWAYS make sure they leave happy, either with free product or a gift certificate for a future purpose. As huge Culver's fans, my family and I had been looking forward to this location opening for months. I finally had the chance to eat here with a friend yesterday, and while the food was as good as ever, I couldn't have been more disappointed with the dining experience. It was absolutely frigid inside, to the point where we were shivering upon entry. The temperature was comparable to the refrigerator section of Costco. After placing my order, I asked if the air conditioning could be turned down a little, and the girl at the counter said, "It was already turned down, sorry." Another guy behind the counter added, "I must be asked that about 30 times a day," with a laugh. I can only wonder why nothing is done about how cold it is when that question comes up that many times. We had to eat quickly because the food could get cold fast otherwise. I'm sad that if I ever go here again, there is no choice but to buy from drive-through. read more

I will preface this review with the fact that this is a relatively new store. This was the worst fast food experience I ever had. They forgot my salad, messed up the 2 burgers and chareged me ~$28 for the whole mess. The food is overpriced and the small burgers were overcooked. We have Good Times here, I have no clue how Culver's can possibly stay in business. On a positive note the overpriced chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and tasted good. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Same great food as you get at any Culver's, but horrendous staff. They forget all of your order, and then when you ask them to make it right, the answer is: "unless you call the day you didn't receive all of your food, then we don't give you the missing items. It's policy." The attitude from the young woman at the drive thru window was nothing short of ugly and arrogant, as well disrespectful. Mocking customers is not acceptable. I'm not sure where this owner is finding their employees; quality is clearly not a value. The "manager" came over in a combative tone and essentially said that, even though I had my receipt, because I didn't know of their policy for their mistakes, he couldn't do anything for my kids (who had missed out on their ice cream from our order). I told him I would be spending some of my time calling corporate. Corporate apologized and sent me coupons for free ice cream, and they said they'll talk to this franchise, but since each franchise is individually operated, there wasn't much more they can do. So, here's my "policy": I will never go to this Culver's again. So, good job with your policy. So foolish. read more

Went for the first time to try the cod sandwich and the pork tenderloin "porky" sandwich. Buns toasted nicely and protein crispy on both, however there was virtually no tartar sauce on the cod and tiny drips of mustard only on the pork creating bone dry sandwiches. Why so stingy with the sauce? I'll try again and ask for extra tartar and Mayo just in case. On a positive note, The "porky" is very large cut of protein overflowing the large bun. Since this incident I spoke with the Regional Manager who also happens to work at this store. He was extremely apologetic and said that he would be retraining staff and the manager involved. I have since returned and had no problem calling ahead with orders and having my transport driver run in and pick them up. read more

I went to the CULVER'S on South Broadway in Littleton on Sunday October 13th 2018 and used the drive thru. I ordered the Shrimp Meal with 2 sides, one was supposed to be mashed potatoes, the other, coleslaw. After I got home, I opened the bag to serve my elderly mother her lunch and it only had mashed potatoes. I looked at the receipt and it did state the 2 sides. I go to this location every Sunday for lunch, so I thought it would be appropriate to just tell them on my next visit, think again. Per this locations policies, I should of returned that day? No! Or called them and they would of sent me something in the mail. I guess I should study every establishments policies before I patronize them, so when their employees make a mistake, I will know my responsibilities on how they expect me to fix it. To make things worse, we asked for a comment card, the "manager" went in back to look for one, returned without one and said there is a website on the bottom of our receipt we will get when our food is delivered or we could speak to the owner. I declined speaking to the owner because he was made aware of our concerns and remained hiding behind a wall, unless we wanted to make a bigger scene. As luck would have it, our tray of food had NO RECEIPT on it, how ironic. This is my first complaint ever on a public forum, but this CULVER'S needs to go back to CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL. I'm from WI and am so excited to finally have a Culver's nearby! The quality of the burgers is so much better than most fast food places. Plus they have cheese curds! And I love their custard Concretes for dessert. High quality food at quality prices with good old fashioned service. What could be better?!? read more

Tonight I stopped by Culver's to pick up my dinner that I called in for in advance. My transport driver went into pick it up for me and behind her a woman walked in without a mask on. The woman without the mask was immediately asked to leave and return with a mask. The woman stormed out of the store upset that she had to wear a mask. I applaud the staff of Culver's for enforcing a requirement of a mask which is now mandatory in Arapahoe county. We need to get ahead of covid-19 and the only way we're going to do that is if we all work together and wear masks for as long as they're needed. What's so hard about protecting yourself and others from a disease that can potentially kill you? You wear shoes to protect your feet, you wear clothes to protect your body, you wear a coat in the winter to keep you warm - a mask is only going to protect you so stop being stupid America! The place looks inviting inside and out, but the gastronomic experience is hostile to the tongue. I had the worst burned burger with only two flakes of mushrooms, boxy mashed potatoes, though the chicken gravy was good. My friend pushed some onion rings my way, but where's the onion? All batter. This place should boost McDonald's and Burger King's business especially since they are so much cheaper. Only the atmosphere is better here. read more
