It is not that hard to read an order ticket and make the food. A double sourdough melt means 2 patties NOT 1. Then when you get home to find your order is wrong (15 minutes later) and at your dinner table they expect you to get back in your car drive 15 minutes to replace your food instead of just being able to get it the next time you are near their restaurant. Yes we go there a lot... but it's far from perfect. The food is great and good quality. We almost always have something missing from our order and have to go back to get it fixed. It always gets fixed, but no apology for the inconvenience. I waited for food one day and watched who seemed to be a supervisor, running food out to cars, touching door of building, scratching her head and not changing gloves. We decided to try this place on a whim, and I loved the appetizers more than the actual hamburgers! The cheese curds are SO addicting. I got the chicken sandwich and the breading was so thick on the chicken, it was difficult to get through. I'm usually able to finish a whole sandwich but I chose not to finish this one because it just wasn't good enough to keep eating. The frozen custards are amazing! I will definitely be back to get more appetizers and try new custard flavours, but probably won't order any more hamburgers. read more

The employees were so welcoming and friendly at this location!! We stopped to eat before heading to a funeral, having arrived from out of town. The employees helping us at the counter offered kind condolences and made us feel cared about. Our food was brought to our table promptly and just as we ordered. Definitely a uniquely pleasant fast food experience, enough to warrant time to leave a review (which I rarely do)!! read more

I don't know what happened, but I'm so disappointed. Im not sure if it's due to the change in staff or what, but quality has consistently been going down the last few months. I wanted to give it more than enough time to bounce back, but the food has gotten so bad that my family is simply no longer interested in eating at this location. It's very disappointing because we ate here wayyyy too much when we first moved into the area because it was that good! I seriously ate here almost every day for a month straight because I was so shocked and excited about the quality. I thought it would get old, but it never did. Went to the drive thru. Placed my order. Had to pull to their walk up delivery. They brought out my meal without my drink (A shake) then he runs back in to get my shake which they had forgot. Then forgets the straw for my shake. Has to run back and get that. I leave. I get back to my hotel to realize there is no ketchup for fries. They never even asked if I wanted ketchup or anything. And then find out they gave me the wrong shake also!!! Paying over $14 for a sandwich, fries and a shake when the customer service is absolutely terrible is ridiculous. Came Here For late lunch with wife and son. My wife was craving chili and ordered the large size with onions, cheese and sour cream, along with large iced tea. My son got the Bacon Cheeseburger Deluxe with fries and large coke. I ordered the Swiss Mushroom burger along with chili and large coke. My son loved the burger and fries and even liked the tomatoes on it, which he usually hates. I enjoyed my burger and chili but had to wait 15 minutes to get the chili which was cold. What the heck happened to this location...cold food, not what we ordered and dirty.I think once people have to go back to work the employer will have a better choice of employees, but until then the franchise owner should oversee this place. No plans on returning my word. The only that was warm was my onion rings. Culvers used to have buttery melted cheese burgers if my bun had been buttered it was done than set off to the side to assemble. Did not even bother to try custard, the sidewalks have not been cleaned And lot is an oil covered , I guess no one cleans parking lots or sidewalks in Casa Grande....
