Inside, it's generally okay, but I do think they could improve on sanitary practices, especially with how some of the food items are kept out and displayed. A little more attention to food safety setup would make the environment feel cleaner and more inviting. 2. Service Experience I normally order online, but sometimes I go in person. In my experience, the staff is generally nice and patient, which makes the ordering process smooth. 3. My Most Recent Visit On my last order, everything was on point. I got a Philly Cheese with chipotle sauce and extra chipotle sauce -- and they actually made sure to give me the extra, which I appreciated. The sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and not dry at all. Everything tasted fresh, and the balance of toppings made it one of the better sandwiches I've had from here. I also ordered cookies, and they were soft, fresh, and delicious. The entire order was correct, which isn't always the case with many fast-food chains, so that was a plus. 4. Pricing & Portions Prices aren't too bad for what you get, but I do feel like the meat portions could be a little more generous, especially considering the amount of bread. Increasing the protein slightly would give a better overall bite and balance to the sandwich. 5. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered an online order through their website. Ordered two meals and both came without the drinks or chips. I called the number they provided which connected me to subway and the guy told me they would not send out the chips and drinks because the delivery person was the one who forgot to pick up the rest of the order. I asked if they could do anything or be able to accommodate since I tipped the driver and paid for delivery fee. He stated the best thing he could do is print my receipt and I could come pick it up. So I paid for delivery and the best way he could accommodate me is have me come pick up my order that I paid to have delivered to me. When I asked for a refund for the drinks and chips the guy told me " I'm not going to give a refund just for chips and drinks". So yeah bad experience and never eating there again. read more

Atmosphere - Pretty simple. They are located in the big shopping center with Bashas' on the north side. I did not spend much time as I ordered online. I walked in and found the free food rack. I found my food on the A - H shelf, as that was the only shelf with food. Paul does not fit that, S for my last name does not fit that. Food - I am all about the Italian meat subs. They have a #23 Spicy Italian. I upped the game and switched out their cheese with pepper jack. Did not matter the spicy pepperonis and pepper jack cheese were overpowered by the jalapenos. Service - Some of this scoring is because of the corporate system, but this is this is the hazards/bonus of being a franchise. I placed the order online. I finished my wife's sub order and was like why so much. I started at the top again and noticed I order a 12" sub instead of a 6". My changing the bread size pretty much deletes that sub. They do warn you before hand but I do not want a foot long. Why can you not change the size without loose the sub you just built virtually. FAIL!! The bag with my subs was clearly labeled Paul S. When I got home to pull out the subs I could not tell which one was which as there was no indication which one was the Roast Beef versus the Spicy Italian until you unwrapped them. Ordered a tuna sandwich and what I received was disgusting. I am so disappointed because this sandwich is always been consistently delicious. Worst experience ever at a subway. Kids at the front refused to add toppings. I've never been told I can't have more of a topping at a subway in over 20 years but at this location watch out. I love their salads and the fact that they have so many options. Their ham and turkey salad is one of my favorites here. The vegetables are always fresh, and the deli meat is always up to par. One of the reasons why I keep coming here, is the temperament of the staff. When they are out of specific containers, they improvise, and have a great sense of humor. I used to dislike subway a lot. I'd only go if it was the last option or only option for quick eating. However, since moving here to Maricopa I absolutely love Subway! The veggies here are always fresh, they don't skimp on the toppings, and 9/10 times is the service is quick. I prefer ordering from my app so I can go pick it up when it's ready. My family and I came in tonight and had the pleasure of being served by Tiera, Sharon, Miles and Bianca. When we walked in they were swamped but you could tell the staff was ready to handle anything they were kind patient with smiles on their faces ( under their masks ofcorse) . The handled the line with ease and had great customer service. 5 stars I'd give 20 if I could've... The Dr Pepper was out and Bianca quickly came tot he aid and handled it fast and efficiently. First impressions are everything. This was my first time at this location and it was not a welcoming nor pleasant experience. The staff did not greet me at all, instead she looked me in the eyes and turned around to go back into the kitchen. Once she came to the counter I was looking at the menu and still no greeting, no smile. I said hello and start my order for a sandwich called the Subway Melt back in WI, and it's been so long I had to look up exactly was on it. The lady misunderstood me so now she was clearly irritated not sure how we got confused, I apologized . I don't go to Subway often, but occasionally I like to go in for a veggie sub. You'd think that when ordering A VEGGIE sub that the employees would know to change gloves after handling meat, but they do not. I am not shy, so I always ask if I see that they haven't. One time the girl had just finished handling steak and her gloves were dripping with juice... I'm not sure why anyone would think that was ok whether the next sandwich was vegetarian or not. Secondly, a veggie sub has only veggies... Yet they skimp on them. 3 small tomato rounds and 4 small pieces of pickle on a footlong sub is not enough. Constantly asking for more, more, more gets irritating especially when they give you attitude. I've never had this problem with any other Subway locations. They load up the sandwiches with vegetables appropriately without having to beg for them. This was our first visit to this Subway. Neither sandwich we ordered on the website was made correctly. If you can't get a sandwich right, I see little hope for your future. Secondly, there did not appear any Coronavirus safeguards. The employees were not wearing masks. They did not bring your food out to you, nor did they limit the number of people who could come into the store. If we had known this, we would have not ordered in advance. Every single time we go here they mess up something. Today I order 2 subs and they are both completely wrong. Missing toppings, cooked wrong, ect. I call to talk to a manager and they ask me to call back because their busy.... Never had that happen before. Fast forward to me calling back over the next 3 hours and they don't answer the phone... so I guess down to subway I go. They need someone to do some type of quality control over there or something. I went to Subway last night after the gym. I ordered a footling sub, double meat. The guy who checked me out was the same individual who out the toppings on my sandwich. As we are checking out I see dog hair all over his shirt. I immediately became sick to my stomach and said to him, "Do you have a dog??" He said, "Yes!!" However, I felt compelled to do this one, but I had a great experience at Subways which is a rarity in the fast food venue. I came to this one on a Wednesday late evening. The Preparer appeared to be new, and I believe his name was/is Martin. What I liked about him at Subways was he was learning, but making sure he was doing everything right, you could see the EFFORT, also he sparked good conversation during the process. Honestly, wouldn't even give one star. My father, brother, and I just went shooting and are super exhausted from being in the heat for hours. We went to go eat in a super good mood from the fun we just had, just end up dealing with CAELEY!!! Now, CAELEY is EXTREMELY rude and disgusting. Worst meal ever! Ordered the special were you buy 2 and received 3rd for free.Ordered foot-long turkey with bacon on white. The sandwich maker dropped one entire sandwich in condiments and tried to slap it back together. I refused it, then he wiped his nose after sneezing and continued making sandwiches. Tamara is the absolute WORST employee they have. God forbid they mess up your order & she's the one replacing it for you. I went in there & purchased a sub. When I got home & opened it, I found the bread to be hard as a rock. I called & spoke with a gentleman who informed me to come back a couple days later & they would replace it. Soooooo... I went back the following Monday after work. Tamara was HORRIBLE! The staff is so friendly, and I really hate to write a negative review, but there are a few things that need addressed. First, the sandwiches are made with the cut facing up making all of your meet and cheese on one side and all your condiments on the cut, so they spill out when you try to eat it. Meet and cheese goes on one side, condiments on the other, put together sandwich and everything is spread evenly. Second, the bread is most always hard and doesn't taste fresh compared to other subways. Lastly, we were in today and the young man preparing our sandwiches made them, touched keypad and computer, took our cash, gave our change, and cut and wrapped our sandwiches so sloppily without taking off or changing gloves.
