Good service CONSISTENTLY! Love this location and the staff, for the most part, upholds the company's mission for good service and fresh food. Its like having the local mom and pop shop feel but it's a franchise restaurant. Anytime there may have been an issue in service, which is not often at all, it is quickly resolved by management. I will say I'd rather dine in versus the drive through experience. But all in all this is a good place to eat fresh food and the custard is great! read more

Culvers is starting to go down in Customer Service. I was in their drive-thru this weekend as were many other cars. After they took my money they kept telling me to pull over to the 'Overflow Lot' I was explaining to them I could not get around the 5 other cars in front of me. The manager was saying "WE CANNOT HOLD UP THE LINE". I explained to them once again I could not get around the other cars the way they were parked. After about 5 minutes the cars in front of me moved and I was able to get to the 'Overflow Lot'. As I was waiting for my order to come out I was watching other orders being brought to cars. Each time I saw the employees leave the car they just brought the food to and return with napkins. This is basic - napkins should always be included OR start asking if the customer wants/needs napkins when they place their order. After about 15 minutes I got my order 1 shake and 1 'malt'. Once again there was ZERO malt powder in my malt after I told them when placing my order that they always forget to add the malt, however, I am still charged more. As she handed me the shakes that were sticky, I asked for napkins, she replied that she would have to go back and get some. I just told her to forget it. Culvers need to study Chick-fil-A to see how they handle long lines. They are a well-oiled machine and do a great job serving their customers. Once again a Maricopa restaurant is failing because they figure they do not have to try hard because there is not another Culver's close by. DO BETTER!!! read more

First time here at Culver's and it surprised me because I thought it was just another mediocre fast food joint with fatty food but I was wrong. The food is super delicious! I ordered the deluxe butter burger, the deluxe butter burger with bacon, and a strawberry fields salad. The meat on the burgers was cooked to perfection with the right ratio combination of melted cheese, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. the salad was fresh and crispy as it is made when you order. The restaurant is super clean and comfortable... as if you're eating at a hotel or somewhere fancy. I think this place is one of the better places to eat in town. Will be back soon! read more

We usually go here at least once a week. And the last few times have been so bad. Always a bunch of kids working and fooling around. This is the 3rd time our food was wrong. My husband ordered the pot roast dinner,he got pot roast on a roll. We said we ordered a dinner,the kid was so mad,it even said it on our receipt. My in laws and husband and 9 month old daughter came in for the first time to try the place out. The gal that was in the front was decently helpful with rec thing to us. However it got a little over the top and insulting for her to keep going on about how big, chunky, or fat my 9 month old. I understand she thinks it as or able but enough was enough. I absolutely love this place! I eat here more than I should haha. The staff is extremely friendly and the lobby is always clean. They truly strive to please the customer. They bring you your food to your table and will even hold your ice cream order and make the ice cream only when you are ready to eat it. They have a fireplace outside which makes sitting out side even more pleasurable. The custard and ice cream are phenomenal and the food is always great. I highly recommend this Culver's! Ps. I'm visiting my Mother in law. My husband and I visited Culver's for the first time and it was tasty. We had to wait awhile because they dropped our tenders but the person let us know what happened and that it would be a while longer. After we had several negative experiences while living in Bradenton we finally went to the Culver's in Maricopa. What a difference a few thousand miles can make. Friendly staff, nice ambience and great food. We both had the Atlantic cod meal and it was close to perfect., juicy and fresh. We will definitively be back and have more. Wish they would serve it on china with silverware instead on and with plastic ware. But I guess you can't have it all. read more

I just moved to AZ, never heard of Culver's, & honestly maybe would have gone once for convenience if the service were okay. The service is SO good here, I think I go once a week. This is one happy girl! Culver's is in Maricopa, AZ. None of the other custard resturants really understand real custard. The restaurant in Maricopa is large with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is clean and the staff even though this restaurant is new are well trained. This is a surprise but this is the worst experience I've had. My order was taken incorrectly and I was in the drive thru at 8:13pm and finally drove off at 8:51pm. Not only my order at least 15 other people didn't get their order in a timely manner. I was given coupon to come back but when I got home. 2 out 6 items was what I ordered. Very happy I decided to try Culver's! Took my granddaughter out for dinner and decided to try Culver's. We're relatively new to Maricopa and want to try all the places along the strip. Granddaughter's Kids Burger was a big hit with her and salad was very tasty. Scored a big hit.....as we were getting ready to go up to the counter for her Kids Meal come, a young worker brought over a Special Cone of the Day and asked her if she wanted it...it was an extra made by mistake! We will often go to Culver's when we cook something but want french fries/ family size with it. Each and every time I go I ask for mayo or ketchup packets and for the size of the family fries, I would think they would be a little bit more generous with the mayo or ketchup packets but they never are. It's a shame they are so petty with the quantity of mayo or ketchup. I got 2 packets of mayo for a family fry size. Not too happy considering it happens each and every time I go. I will learn to speak up next time but I feel I shouldn't have to say anything with the size of the family fries. read more

Three stars because my husband loved his. I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries. I have never been to a culvers before. This was basically a McDonald's hamburger with less condiments. There literally was a squirt of mustard in the center of one side of the bread no ketchup no mayonnaise and no offer to provide it on the side. The french fries were just average. I did like with the new Covid set up that you place your order and go take a seat and a number and they bring the food to you and then if you and ask if you need any other condiments at that point. It would be nice if they asked at the time you placed your order so it came with it and you didn't have to wait. I told the person that recommended it to me and told him I experience and she said, oh I don't go for hamburgers I go for the shrimp! I wouldn't go to an In-N-Out Burger and order shrimp. read more

I'm a burger lover from New York living now in Maricopa. Didn't know what Culvers was but thank God they finally opened the best restaurant in Maricopa. Everyone from different country men and women love the cheddar butter burger meal. 63 yrs old and not crazy! Eating them fresh in the restaurant best burger I ever ate with everything on it. Consistent every time. First bite and you tell yourself ummm as you start liking you fingers. When you take them out they lose a little flavor as they cool off so it's worth sitting and eating in a super clean ultra friendly restaurant that to top it off puts out coupons ranging from free to $1 to $10 per person in the local papers. I died and went to hamburger heaven. I'm sure everything is delicious but I am addicted to that one perfect burger lovers burger. Just say everything on it who cares what everything is take it it's perfect from the first bite. The fries don't need ketchup even though I love and eat it with ketchup. Fries perfect every time. The all you can drink and mix your own flavors taste like the sodas from old times syrup taste no water down. This place is heaven on earth. My wife from the Caribbean loves them and her 93 yr old mother loves them and the fries. I love the onion rings they say too salty. That's the only disagreement between us. Usually go once a week or once every 2 weeks but this is the go to place other than the MEXICAN by ups Fry's shopping center which was number one till Culver's came to town. $20 -$21 for 2 meals without coupons. I first want to start out with the food is amazing here. Me and my family relocated from New Mexico in October. So therefore Culver's Is new to us and since the day we moved here we have loved Culver's. My review is solely on my interactions with the management after I order food in the drive through. This started 3 weeks ago when I ordered 2 baskets and 3 kids meals. After requesting one burger to be plain and dry and the other to have only ketchup and pickles. I got home to feed my hungry family to find only two orders were incorrect and were fully loaded with everything on them. To say the least this ruined dinner for my family. Since Culver's is not cheep I called the location to tell them what happened. They took my information and said they will send me something in the mail to replace my meals I was satisfied because we like Culver's and hey everyone is human mistake happen. Fast forward a week I get a letter in the mail with two cards that read double burger and single burger. I thought to myself weird you would think it we state that it was the meal, but I thought maybe at the store maybe they just know to make it a meal. Today July 16, 2019, I walk in to the store ask to speak with the manager to make sure when I order I don't run into issues cause the last thing I want to do is be in the middle of ordering and have an issue. Jose T the general manager comes to talk to me and states he is only able to replace the burgers. After I explain it makes no sense for just the burgers to be replaced but the meals seeing that my whole meal was ruined. I could see if I was in the store and just needed a burger fixed no big deal. Keep in mind I ended up having to make dinner for two of my family members after they were ruined. Jose T continues to say the owners wouldn't permit anything else to be provided. I then point out that by not trying to fix this matter Culver's is now making a second negative experience for me. Jose agreed and said only the owners make decisions like that. I then told him I am going to yelp and to social media and to the BBB. This is only after I asked for Jose to contact the owner as my advocate to right this wrong. At this point I am pursuing this out of principle. Again the food is good and expensive and I truly believe you pay for what you get. I am shocked the general manager isn't empowered to make executive decisions like this. Why have the title of general manager his title should otherwise be more like lead.
