I have been wanting to try the lemon pepper wings, I am more of a saucy girl. I orders the wings and things with lemon pepper wings and nuclear chicken fingers. The wings were good and seasoned well. The fingers were tossed well not sure if it was actually nuclear bc it wasn't very spicy. I would like to try the lemon pepper chicken fingers next time. I always enjoy the fries when I come here. I went through the drive thru and had no issues with the service. I didn't have to wait too long for my food. I will be back. read more

Soooo Zaxby's got our business purely by default. Tbell, Mickey Ds, and Sonic all had 10+ cars in their drive thru and we had two very tired kids who were over running errands and getting hangry! The chicken there was actually very good for fast food chicken tenders. Very juicy and great portions. My sandwich was super messy, but I loved the Buffalo sauce and garlic toast. I got a side teriyaki sauce for dipping and it was delicious! My wife's chicken was also very good and I really like their fries. Would I come here again? Sure, but I don't think I'll have a craving for Zaxby's like I do for my fave Taco Bell. read more

Have experienced friendly, patient, and welcoming service here, as well as fresh food. Current favorite are the chicken finger meal, large enough or my wife and I to share. A generous amount of food for the money. The chicken has always been delivered hot, crispy, and fresh. All employees that I've encountered are polite, helpful, and the restaurant seems clean. I would like to update my previous review : Dan a manager called on Saturday to get card information to extend credit for the meal that was trashed. Gave him the information and he said since it is Saturday please give the bank a couple days to clear the transaction. Today is Thursday 1/13 and still no refund on the card. read more

In the battle between Zaxby's and Chi-Fil-A it's hard to say who would come out the winner. I do hope to keep trying to figure it out, with lots and lots of testing. Zaxby's really does have some great Chicken, with lots of nice chicken related meal items. You can get your chicken on bread, or your chicken with bread, or your chicken with chicken.. and Zalads I guess. There are only three shake choices (Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate), but they are quite good. If you are looking for a fast food Chicken option, check it out. read more

I'll just start by saying that even just mentioning the word: 'Zaxby' makes my mouth water. I love their chicken, the flavoring, the great fries that are actually potato and dashed with good seasoning, and the Zax Sauce... OH MY, the Zax Sauce. The wife normally doesn't like Zaxby's at all, and even she was impressed by her chicken salad today. Best menu items are the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich meal, the Chicken Finger Platter, or the wife's pick, Chicken Salad. Drive thru stop on a road trip. Zaxby's is one of my favorite chicken chains because of the hot sauces. This visit, I chose the five finger plate with tongue torch on the side and ranch sauce. The dive thru was fast and efficient and the employee was friendly. My chicken fingers were hot, tender, and the outsides were crispy. The slaw was cold and crunchy. The toast was golden brown. The fries were good (but I'm not much of a fan of crinkle cut fries so I'm not going to rave about Zaxby's fries). The restaurant is located a little further off of the interstate than other restaurants, but it was worth it. read more

This location sux! Went through the drive through tonight (2/4/19). I thought Zaxby's always claimed food was cooked to order, well not at this location. Toast was burnt, chicken was barely warm. Don't go through the drive through, you get whatever is in their bin. This is what you get when you hire kids to run your establishment. I'll never go back to this location again. read more

As 1st time guest my family found this location to be nice, clean and inviting! The cashier was extremely helpful with helping us sort thru the flavors and picking just the right meals. I gave a 4 out of 5 because our toast was a little too toasted and although our cashier was super nice she kept playing with her hair and since she wasn't preparing the food felt it wasn't bad enough to address with management. Worst zaxbys ever. I usually go to chick fil a but decided to give zaxbys another try. terrible costumer service, chicken was raw, bag was ripped, no sauces, and my friends salad had no dressing. we asked the worker for some more zax sauce and she turned her head and said "there's some in there" and walked away. We open the bag to find out there was not a single zaxby sauce. I have never had such terrible costumer service and reading the other reviews just solidifies the fact that this zaxbys needs some new management. Absolutely outrageous. read more

Customer Service is total crap. Went through the drive through and the individual taking the order was incredibly rude. Out of all the Zaxby's I've been too this has been the worst experience for me. So I went to this location today for a quick bite to eat..... I usually stay away because something is usually wrong with my orders..... the drive through attendant hands my beverage..... I grab the cup and he quickly turns his back to the window..... as I catch the cup the top goes flying off and so does the drink all in my car and clothes.... mind you I have a meeting to go to after..... he takes his time turning around as I notice other employees looking at me and him smiling as if it was a joke ...... he turns around after some times and says oh I'm sorry this has been happening all day .... he points to another car in the parking lot with a woman soaked in 20 Degree weather trying to clean herself and her car..... he offered a few napkins and that was about it ..... I work in the food industry so I get it "not trying to be that crazy lady in the restaurant" ..... I chalk it up and keep it pushing only to notice my order was wrong ...... ok, I think this is a clear sign to stay away from this location!!!!! My reviews are usually positive but damn...... I know it's hard to retain good people but change your approach maybe your employees want set up customers that will not return ..... thats your bottom line!!!!!!! read more

This location of Zaxbys is disappointing. The food is often cold or obviously old. My last visit was the worst however. I understand that the pandemic is challenging for us all, however if you continue to remain open, one would expect the food to be good. It was not. My fries were ice cold. Not lukewarm. Ice. Cold. As if they had been sitting on the table for hours. There was no seasoning on them and they tasted like old grease. My chicken wings were lukewarm but not crisp in any way and were smothered in what had to be an entire bottle of sauce. I could wipe it off with a napkin and there was still sauce on it. I think that they had been reheated possibly and the sauce was an attempt to disguise that fact. It was truly disgusting. I threw the entire meal away. I had already made it home before I discovered this or I would have returned it to the restaurant. I did complete the survey however to tell them how gross my experience was. Overall this location is wildly inconsistent. I have gotten some good things but I have never had an experience where every thing was right either. My last experience was so gross however that I have not returned to that location. I hope they get it together. read more

I live right up the street from this location and every time I go through the drive thru the person taking my order is rude to me. One time I asked for a big Zack snack meal and they told me they were out of zax sauce which I understand I've worked in two restaurants sometimes the truck supplies don't last until the next truck so I changed my order to just a basket of fries because I didn't want the chicken without the sauce and I overheard another employee THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER say rudely oh now she just wants a basket of fries?!? Like excuse me? Tonight I went to get some dinner and I asked if they still had milkshakes because my mother wanted one and the girl taking my order once again very rudely said "we stopped selling those 3 years ago" it's just ridiculous at this point. Then when I said okay nevermind I went around to the window and the girl never said a word just a total so I handed her my card and then she shoved it back into my hand after she swiped it. THEN she had me wait for 10 minutes just to hand me my food not saying a single word and slammed her door shut and I open the box of food to find old cold fries with no seasoning. I could understand if I was rude when I was ordering but I am literally a soft spoken sweet young girl. I just don't understand. Someone needs to get the zax sauce out of there underwear. read more

Have only served 2 cars. This is the slowest service ever. I promised my son Zaxby's but NEVER again. Chic Fil A drive thru is lightning fast compared to this and I always thought they were slow. Zaxby's- your food isn't good enough to justify this wait. Yep I'm still in line have not even ordered!!!!!!! What - just ordered $9.81 for 2 basic chicken sandwiches! Are you kidding me!!?? I always order the house salad grilled or cob salad grilled, never once disappointed. The salad is always mixed with freshly cleaned/spun romaine lettuce and fresh ingredients.
