Came here at 630 on a Wednesday night. The drive through was moving really slow so we finally pulled off to go in after waiting 10 mins. The dinning was just as bad with a line to the door. They had like 7 employees all making custard and one cashier taking orders. The inside of the restaurant was also discusting. Not a single clean table and stuff all over the floor. Finally found a table I had to clean myself. We waited for a god 20 mins for our food. Finally ate it and went up for custard and same thing. 6 employees working around the custard and same single cashier with line to the door. Took 15 minutes to get to the register. When I go up there it just so happened to be that two managers were standing there waiting to take a till. So I said "do you realize this kid has been by himself with long lines most of the night". Her reply was "sorry we are short staffed". Um no you are a poor manager. Instead of chatting with the other manger why don't u get on a register and help. Or delegate a custard person to the register. Not rocket science! read more

None of our food was hot the only thing that was hot was the fries. My parents burger was cold and so was her chili. The one thing that we both found weird was if you call and complain they have to let the owners decide if you can get a free meal or not. read more

Just went and ordered two Turtle sundaes. More than $10 later, I ended up with two cups of vanilla custard and some pecans. I order turtle sundaes often so I know that it varies on how much hot fudge and caramel you get but this was out of control. I think we each had, at most, one bite of hot fudge and caramel in the whole sundae. I guess the Culver's motto is "Screw the Customer!" read more

Great news for vegetarians... this Culver's has a veggie burger! :) It's really good, too. It's something new they're trying out so it's not available at every location (call first if you go to a different location). I didn't see it on the menu but they have it if you ask. The drive-thru gets really busy which is one drawback. But, the line seemed to move really fast. Great alternative to McDonald's which isn't veggie friendly. read more

It is a busy Culvers and sometimes the wait is longer than I like for fast food. The prices are a little high but the quality is good.

I went to grab something for dinner tonight & ordered thru the drive thru. It was VERY busy but despite that the line moved along a lot faster than I expected. I tried something different tonight & had the Beef Pot Roast Basket. It was good but it wasn't great, but for over $7 for the basket I thought it was a little too much for fast food. I'm not sure if I'll get it again unless I really have a craving for it. The Fries though were great & Culver's has one of the best Fries around as far as I'm concerned. read more

Was very disappointed with the service here last night. We both ordered a meal and the girl we had was very pleasant. We went back and ordered a scoop of custard and had the most unfriendly young man, was short with us then proceeded to slide the custard to us and then turned to talk to his friends. Employees you are there to work not for the fun, your employer is paying you for good service!! read more

i have literally never posted a single review in my life but today marks the first!! i went to culver's today after not having anything else to eat that morning. i ordered a chicken tender basket with fries and a coke. the usual. but an hour or two later i start getting these excoriating stomach pains. sharp pains. nothing to be alarmed about until i could barley sit up (i'm still unable to as it hurts too much.) hours later, probably about 6-7 hours, i get up to use the bathroom and i have the sudden urge to vomit. i never puke, i never get the flu, stomach bugs, etc. TW!!: i threw up about 6-7 times and all of my food had came up. again, ive had no experience like this at any other restaurant, or in general. i don't have a sensitive stomach and i never throw up for that matter. my question is what was in that food that caused me to violently throw up? and what's causing these awful stomach pains? i'm just disappointed and of course i feel sick to my stomach even after throwing up several times. won't be returning read more

This has to be worst Culver's I've ever been to. I come here frequently because it's only 10 min from my house but today I feel compelled to express my views on this location. 50% of the time they get my order wrong. I usually open my bag to check my order when I go through the drive through. I normally find something wrong and then I have to go in so they can make it right. By this time, the rest of my food is cold. I also will give them the benefit of the doubt and drive away without checking. I drive all the way home only to open my bag and find my burger with the wrong toppings or a missing French fry. I have never been offered anything for my inconvenience other than an apology. I would like to add that some of workers are friendly but mostly inept. This is fast food. Getting an order right is not that hard. I can see mistakes happening from time to time but this is over the top. I will drive to different location from now on. read more

The girl there doesn't know how to make shakes. She called me an ingrate and when I cried she laughed and threw fries at me. Very dissapointed with the service. However, that day was a wake up call. I ended up graduating from Harvard and buying culvers . Then I fired the girl. God is good. read more

Awful, the custard is awful. I've loved this Culver's since I was a little kid, however the quality has vastly gone down starting about a year ago. So about the custard, the custard tastes great and has lots of interesting daily flavors to try, however the custard is extremely greasy and after eating just one spoon full, it will leave a layer of fat on the top of your mouth. Utterly disgusting, clean the custard machine once and a while! I suggest firing the current manager and hiring one that get those high schools kids to clean out that wretched custard machine once and awhile, it is sad seeing a business I have loved for most of my life go on a dive into the trash. Until this Culver's can get their crap straight I suggest going to kopps, oscars, another nearby Culver's, or heck you could even go to a McDonald's and get better desert then this grease filled worthless trash. Love this Culver's! I've never been disappointed with anything I have ordered at any Culver's I have been to. This one happens to be most convenient to my house, so I've been here many times. Last night we drove over in a snow storm to get a couple of turtle sundaes. Favorite burger here is a double deluxe...and fries, of course. Favorite mixer is the salted caramel pumpkin, YUM! The service has always been very good when I have been here. read more
