Overpriced and the food isn't great. The location is fantastic with it being right across from the mall. The facility is super clean too.

Fresh food, nice and mannerly employees. Wait is not bad considering food is always fresh. We will continue to go here.

I use the drive thru at this location at least once a week and while the food is always good, the wait time is super slow, leaving me with barely any time for my lunch break, I've actually left there twice to eat somewhere else because I've waited 10 minutes just to have my order taken read more

If you want to find the best burgers, I suggest going to Culver's. Culver's the best! I would consider going there everyday! On March 14th I visited this location around 8pm. When ordering I had gotten a deluxe burger with extra bacon, whenever I ordered this it didn't seem to be an issue but she was a little confused. Then when I got to the drive-thru window to pay I was mortified by what I was hearing. Unbeknownst to the five employees on the other side of the glass but I could hear everything that they were saying. Since I had ordered extra bacon I was called "extra", "dramatic", and other various names. After being ripped apart for about five minutes I finally paid, and was directed to my parking spot. I had said "you know if adding extra bacon was an issue you could've told me and I would've said it to worry about it" all I got in response was " no she got it". Well she did not "got it" because I didn't receive my extra bacon but everything else was excellent!! I will probably not return to this Culver's for a while which is very disappointing since I look forward to stoping whenever I make my occasional commute from Statesboro to I-96. read more

Everything about Culver's makes me happy, thinking back on my first visit. It's clean and there is an outdoor patio. You walk in and are greeted by the great staff. Then there is the huge menu! It isn't only burgers! They have Rubens, soup, salad, all sorts of sides, and their awesome custard that they make there FRESH each day. Tons of combos, too. I got the Ruben and fries with their cheese sauce, my fiance got a Swiss burger I think... My sandwich was so juicy and flavorful! That rye bread was buttery toasted. His burger tasted fresh and homemade with so much flavor. The crinkle fries were good, but add that cheese sauce and they were sooo yummy. I was expecting a nacho cheese flavor, but no, that cheese sauce I could eat on everything. Then we split just a plain mix of vanilla and chocolate custard which is so creamy and perfect. We will definitely be back to try more. Or I can just stop by and grab a pint of their custard to take home with me! read more

I was extremely happy to learn that we would be getting a Culver's in Pooler. This is one of our favorite restaurants to visit while travelling to see family in the Midwest. Culver's to me is like the Chick-fil-a of burger joints. They seems to consistently excel in all respects and (so far) we have not been to one that is poorly run. The Pooler one is off to a good start. The food was tasty, the service was friendly and the restaurant was spotless. My wife and I had hamburgers and our kids had corn dogs. Been to this location twice. The staff is very friendly always seem to be doing something. The burgers on the other hand is the issue. How can you have fresh not frozen meat and still have dried out burgers. They either press them too long or cook them entirely too long. Definitely not juicy like it should be. I had 2 visits since its opening just so I could go back and get the fish.The Burgers are good, the fish is good, thick and flaky. Nice staff. HOWEVER, the cheese on my fish sandwich was SO thin I couldn't taste it and all it could do was crumble into tiny pieces. Also no seasoning. Very disappointing- I asked for cheese twice at the drive thru to make sure they didn't forget it but it was like I didn't have cheese at all. Can something be thinner than paper? Prices higher than other fast food places in the area so be prepared. The cheese curds taste exactly like mozzarella cheese sticks. You may start craving some marinara sauce. I just wish it was hot and the cheese melted. The fries in my opinion have a weird flavor. Maybe it's the oil its fried in. I love Culver's, BUT this one is a disaster. First off I ordered a chocolate malt. There was not one employee that knew what malt was. Instead, they made a chocolate shake with marshmallow. When I took it back up to have it made right, they really didn't have a clue what to do. Malt is on the menu board. Where's the training? Next, 2 employees were playing a game of tag in the dining room. I'm talking like running and hiding behind things. Where's the manager. I contacted them about my experience the next day and 3 weeks later, not a sole has returned my call to discuss what the problems were. I think it all points to poor management which is a shame because Culver's are typically very well run. read more

I had never heard of this chain before this location was built. The burgers are very good, the onion rings are great. I have enjoyed the meals I have gotten here. Only downside I have is it seems the staff doesn't really know anything about the menu and they could stand to be a little more friendly. Over all, I will continue to eat here. read more

First time experience here and it was good! Didn't have dinner or any burger, but we came for the ice cream experience and it was great! They have several different custard flavors and several things you can mix in. We had the concrete mixers: hubby had Reece's and butterfinger and I had cookie dough and Heath both with vanilla custard. What is not to like about this place, five stars all around. The people there are super friendly, from the lady taking my order, to the guy that brought me my food to the lady who offered to take my tray when I was done eating. The food is great, I had a pub burger on a pretzel bun, Krinkle fries, and a soda, very reasonably priced, in fact pretty cheap. They also have a variety of ice cream treats and custards. Poor food, even poorer service. Went today for the second time after a disappointing fort time, trying to give it another chance. After a lengthy wait I was instructed to pull to the side to wait for my food. I HATE when drive through restaurants make you do this. What is the point of the drive through then? Also I ordered a hamburger, not sure why they wouldn't have one those ready. After another lengthy wait I informed a employee that I had been waiting for quite some time and she was extremely rude in her response. When the food came out she didn't say a word to me and just handed me the bag. I had no chance to ask for anything else with it. The burger was poor at best. Was also supposed to come with ketchup and grilled onions. There was maybe one molecule of ketchup and a 1/2" piece of onion. PASS!! read more

I love Culver's. This location only opened up a few months ago but I've been many, many times and I've never had a bad meal here. Everytime the food is consistently good and made to order. My favorite is the buffalo chicken tenders and french fries, but the burgers are also really good and much more elevated than at other fast food joints. Their ice cream is also really good and everytime you make a purchase you get a code on your receipt to do a survey and on your next purchase you can get a little ice cream, which I usually do and have tried many delicious flavors of the day. Everything I've tried at Culver's has been amazing and in such a short time it has become one of my favorite spots! I highly recommend. read more

Went here after a long day of working and then outlet shopping. Wanting to try the famous Butter burger and custard and fries (I love potatoes) I went with a kids meal. For $6.09 (after taxes) it was a lot of food! It was the normal sized Butter burger. It was good, but I was expecting better and more buttery. Also the cheese wasn't very melty and there wasn't enough meat for the toasted, buttery bun. But the fries, however, were delicious! I'm usually not really a big fan of crinkle cut, but these were crispy! And it was a decent portion for a kids serving. Lastly, I got the custard because one single scoop comes with a kids meal! I had my choice between vanilla, chocolate, or the flavor of the day (turtle cheesecake). Obviously I got the turtle cheesecake and it was also just okay. Lots of cheesecake pieces, chocolate chunks, caramel, and a tiny sprinkling of pecans. Overall, a ton of food for a kid, designed more for an adult.
