I was handed a cup of cream. I asked for a bit more coffee (the coffee looked like a glass of milk) & the manager told me no! I I will never stop at this location again. I have been in customer service my entire life and would never speak to a customer that way. Never. She wasn't even trying to be nice. Don't stop at this location if traveling.

I sat for 5 another minutes until the group of 5 workers who were outside smoking when I entered decided to work again and came inside. I understand taking breaks, but for all 5 workers to leave the restaurant at the same time while the restaurant is open is wild. About a year ago, I wrote a very critical review because, in my opinion, the restaurant had fallen far below the standard that made it a Green Lake favorite. That review has since been removed because it no longer reflects today's experience. With new ownership, strong leadership, and a renewed focus on quality and service, Norton's has made an impressive comeback. If you had a disappointing experience over the past year or so, I encourage you to give it another try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
