The regular sub is more than enough for two meals for me. My go to cold sub is the turkey and provolone (Mike's Way -- minus onion and vinegar.) I ordered take out from a restaurant nearby and when I arrived none of the cooks were wearing masks. So I left the food and was irritated and hangry. I walked past Jersey Mike's and looked into the large glass window and saw all the staff behind the counter properly masked, and decided to go there (even though it wasn't what I originally wanted). I had never been and was expecting it to be like Subway. I was very wrong. They slice the meat fresh to order. The toppings looked, and tasted, very fresh. The place was super clean and the staff friendly. I got the club sub. The meat didn't taste artificial or slimy (why I'm often hesitant to get subs). This is not my first time at this location. I always enjoy my food from here and the workers are polite. I usually get the Italian one, Jersey way or the chicken Philly. Today I order the Italian on gluten free bread. I'm so glad they offer gluten-free bread. Also if you have celiac's they are sure to change cutting boards and handlings. Convenient location and good subs. This is the only sub shop I frequent now because they offer Udi's GF sub bread. Generally, I am not a fan of GF bread but this particular kind is great and doesn't fall apart when attempting to eat the sub. The staff takes the making of the GF subs seriously to ensure there is no cross-contamination. Lastly, the quality of these subs overall is so much better than most other sub places. I think bad service comes from the top, that said I have been to this location twice, once ate in, it's fast food thus no linen tablecloth, for those interested in ambiance. I recently fell in love with jersey mikes, the #26 to be exact. This has been the first time I visited this location. Made an online order and was excited to get my sandwich how ever when I got there Kevin (assuming a person of authority) said I didn't have an order. I showed him my order has been made and offered my ticket number. He said he cant do anything with that. He made me feel like I was an idiot and I needed to fix the situations. After a couple moments of me standing there and staring at him to ask some one who was clearly off the clock to sign in to the computer to realize that they logged off the online ordering system. He made absolutely no effort to apologize or make me feel like my business was valued. Kevin will always make me second guess doing business with this location. I feel like some of these people are being very critical. They just opened, it is normal it run out of things and be a little disorganized. I feel like they really got it going now. I have been there a few times already and I feel like it gets better every time. The subs are always sooo good. Stacked high with whatever you want. Let me start off by saying this is my third time here, and second bad experience.....we love Jersey Mikes we would stop at the one in Shelby when we were up there and that one was always great. So of course we were ecstatic when they opened one across the street. Yeah not so great...the owner/ manager is awful!! My first bad experience was in May we had a coupon delivered in the mail and went up there to use it. Mind you there were 3 other people in line with the same coupon that had come that day...when going to pay the owner says "this coupon is expired, it's from last year." Wait what? I just received it! The other people in line also had the same coupon...they refused to honor it. Then today were in a hurry so I sent my husband to grab a sub. He brought it home I cut it up and we began to eat it. Instantly we all spit it out. It was the wrong sub!!! I called up there and told them and made the comment that it was disgusting...the owner said " we accidentally gave you the wrong sub but to call it disgusting is unnecessary." I said "could you please remake it...we're in a hurry and wanted to eat before we headed out." He demanded all the pieces including the bitten ones...that's fine I get it but really it was your mess up. We'll stick to the Shelby one when we're out that way, they are always very pleasant. read more

This place is the absolute WORST! We ordered online, payed by credit card and were informed online that the dinner would be ready in five minutes. Our home is approximately 10 minutes from the store so we left as soon as the phone order was finished. Upon arriving at the location my wife entered the store ( I am handicapped ) and I was able to see her from the car. Jersey workers were behind the counter and walking around the store but they all ignored my wife. After several long minutes I was told by my wife that the foreign individual behind the counter asked if he could help her. My wife gave him our conformation number and asked for our meals. She was told that the order was not started yet and after he finished the order he had he would assemble ours. The time would be between 10 and 15 minutes. My wife thought for a minute and decided to cancel our order, an order place on the net verified to be done in 5 minutes and now would take the 10 minutes to drive to the store but also take another 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. We left the establishment, went to Red Olive establishment and ordered an excellent meal done in less than 5-7 minutes. To add insult to injury the sub resturant charged our credit card $15.90 for the order they did not make. This establishment is a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs. read more
