Really good burger and fast food restaurant! Easily accessible off Highway 79 in Round Rock, Texas. Plenty of parking, clean establishment with friendly service. Great variety of foods! I highly recommend the fried cheese curds! The hamburgers are fantastic too! They taste like real old fashioned hamburgers. I tried Culver's for the first time recently with my wife and kids. We ordered and 2 of the 4 orders were totally wrong. Manager apologized and explained that they were understaffed. She didn't do anything to make it up other than correct the order. After dinner all 4 of us ordered custard. 2 of those were wrong too :( That should have been my last trip there but they had a Facebook add for a buy one get one concrete on "national custard day." We went and ordered just to find that they don't honor coupons at this location. Now I definitely won't be back. Too many better places that actually care in the area. read more

If I could give zero stars I word. First off we went there through the drive-through window I ordered the fish dinner. When I got home the fish dinner was not fully cooked. I did not want to complain on their website. I thought I would give them a call just to let the manager know. When I called I had someone on the phone that said that they were The owner's wife her name was Jen she sounded like she was probably 20 but the fact of the matter is when I told her about my situation and she was rude showed no empathy do not want to help me she only said that she would check the temperature of the fryers and get back to me. she did not apologize she did not show empathy and I know she was not the owner's wife I cannot believe I got this type of service when I called in to talk to a manager. She could've said she was the shift leader the manager of the day but she did not have to say she was the owners wife then she did not have to call me bud or dude I cannot believe the poor customer service I received from culvers today not to mention my fish still was not fully cooked very disappointed read more

Culver's has become "my go to place". It's incredible. The salads are fresh. None of that "take it out of a bag" and serve it. I have always loved curds and was astounded to find it on a menu. Their custards are yum, yum great. I went with my family and everyone tried something different and was very happy with their food. I have been here twice now and I normally never review anything but the first experience was pretty bad they didn't have the ability/wanting to do the my choice of frozen custard, so I just took the food and then left and went down the road...today on the other hand I did want a concrete and they were able to make it no issues they tell me after paying that my order will be brought to me but they forgot to give the number so asked the runner for it. Some child came out with an attitude handed it to me and said "here since you forgot it"...I wasn't handed it I didn't forget it...anyways then they bring the order one of the concretes are split on the cup and they forgot spoons...when the kid returned after saying he will fix it the cup was just put inside another cup...not fixed!! I think the Culver Butterburger, with one patty, cheese and the works, is really a great burger (you can get up to three patties). The store is generous with ingredients and they include a couple of fried cheese curds in with the French fries. And if you are interested in custard-style ice cream, theirs is truly good! I got a generous free scoop with a coupon and it contained whole salted pecans, generous swirls of good caramel and big chunks of chocolate. There was a big rush (it was Saturday and an event was happening at near-by Dell Diamond) when I was last there with a big crowd in the pleasant, but unremarkable, dining room, but the young staff kept on being courteous and smiling. For the price you'd expect a more full burger with more toppings or add ons that you paid for and tastier cheese curds "straight from Wisconsin." Was just refused service in the drive through. Was waiting for 10 minutes in line prior to 10pm. Colin the Manager was rude and not interested in proving Customer Service. The only thing he was good at was repeating himself refusing to provide service. This was the second day that they were open and already providing terrible customer service. Called the corporate office to let them know of this horrible franchise and was informed that this would a be a good training opportunity. Visited this new location and was so impressed. Staff was polite and attentive. Noticed management and staff encouraging each other - happy workers = good food! Food was fresh and made to order. Culver's always delivers great tasting fresh food. They have a large variety of options that many fast food restaurants do not offer like meatloaf, pot roast, butterfly shrimp, soup varieties, cheese curds, and more. Their custard is delicious and they don't skimp out on the mix-ins. My fav is chocolate custard with heath bar and peanut butter sauce! Yum!! Their butter burgers are mouthwateringly delicious and the Kringle cut fries are crisp and deliver on that craving for the perfect fry. They always have SUPER energetic and charismatic employees on the drive thru line. I go to the Braker location most often. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with an extra order of fries. When I got to my destination, I noticed the top bun missing. I called and ask to speak with the manager. After our conversation she said, they will only be replacing the sandwich and not the combo. I asked her why? Her response was the bun was the only thing that was wrong with the order. I then said the order was not complete, so replacing the combo seems more fair tgan just tge sandwich and also for the inconvenience. She refused to reason. She said, no because the top bun was the ONLY thing missing. She then asked me for my address so she can mailed me a coupon for just a spicy chicken sandwich. Customer service for sure is all thumbs down for not seeing that a finished and complete order is when everything that you have ordered is all their and nothing missing. What a shame to not make this right to the fullness of the combo order that I purchased. I know when I eat a sandwich, I prefer fires or chips with my sandwich, and something to wash it down with. Well I guess this is not the way things are done at this place. They only compensated for what was missing or wrong. Nothing more. Check your order before leaving. My first mistake and last. I really had high hopes for this place but I was seriously let down. While the desserts and blended drinks here are great, the food I ordered was lacking. I got the 4 chicken finger basket. When I received my food, two of the chicken fingers had cold spots where it was apparent that the chicken was frozen and didn't get cooked all the way. The staff promptly took care of it and I was personally brought fresh ones by the manager. She explained to me that was she believed happened was that one of the cooks put too many fingers in one of the fryer baskets, and they were therefore not cooked all the way. What happened to my food would've been excusable if I actually enjoyed the food. But I did not. I will say that they had a clean and nice atmosphere here. The staff was very friendly and patient. I just was not impressed with the food and that really put me off. If I come back to this restaurant again, I will most likely try one of the butter burgers that seemed more promising. I would have given them '5' stars but!!!!!! Their food is excellent, combined with the smiling faces always delivering the order to your ca, and in my opinion, they are great. But!!!!! And this is the big "But." Culverassociate of an error, but when food is delivered to the ca's has an issue assuring, making sure, your item is correct and complete when delivering the food to the car. Not sure if this is the same when you are inside ordering, seeing and able to immediately tell the car, one should not have to take their hands, open the bag, look around inside and make sure their order is complete and correct. I don't know about you, but with COVID killing so many or hospitalizing so many, I do not want to touch my food packaging until home. Then, when arriving, it is placed in the oven. When ready to eat, I microwave or place it in the oven to heat in my attempt to kill any bacteria/virus. So, to find food missing, food prepared incorrectly, or having to keep foil in the car to place over an open-topped beverage, is quite concerning. To add injury to insult, when calling back to inform them of the error, I am told to get the missing food, to get the correct order, to get any semblance of correction, I must return to the location that day (But, for me, because they are such good people) they will allow me until the next day to return to correct their mistake! Now, I live 20 mins, one way, from the restaurant. I work 10 mins away. So, after work, I drive there more than 3 times a week, to indulge myself in the main thing I love, their shrimp. It is moist, flaky on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and fresher than any I have ever purchased from a restaurant, upscale or fast food. And believe me, I have perused the entire Pensacola area to find great shrimp. So, when I have driven 10 mins or 20 minutes, I have no desire to drive back to get an error in my order corrected that day!!! Maybe you should offer me an additional reduction on my next visit to compensate for the 'fuel' cost to return there. Let's see, they do not even offer any tidbit to make the return trip better. They simply ask you to return, at their convenience, to get the missed items, the correct item, or the order replaced. Now, I was told they would replace the missing items................ I did not get it. How are you going to replace it! But this faux pas was not discussed. Anyway, if you want great food, visit Culver's but be prepared to get a missing item when arriving home an erroneous order, or whatever. And by the way, when I did send my son back to get my missed order, the next manager refused to comply with the manager's offer from the night before! Culver's, if you are reading this, you are about to lose a valuable patron. I am not going to go on. I think you get the picture. We were excited Bc they owned a location in ROund Rock, just down the road from us. I got chick strips for my 6 year old and she wouldn't eat them...even with ketchup. They had fried fish as a special that night and I believe they fried in the same grease. My husband and I tried the hamburger steak - it was not good...at all. Even the sides were not good.
