I love their double deluxe cheeseburger. Especially when I have a coupon buy one get one free. The fries are better than McDonalds.

I like it. I don't love that they ALWAYS make me pull ahead to wait for my order but that means it's made-to-order and fresh, right? I gave 4 of 5 starts because the last 2 times I asked for no tomatoes or pickles and I got tomatoes and pickles. I love their custard. It's hands down the best. I typically go just to get the custard. I wish Siouxland still had a TCBY (the the business even exist anymore?) but Culver's has the best alternative. I almost always get their 1 patty burger with cheese, lettuce, and ketchup. Wow. So, so good. Fries are kinda mushy a lot. I can't stand mushy fries. Sadly the last 2 times my burger was fully loaded and I had to go home and scrape my burger to my liking. read more

My wife and I stopped at Culver's yesterday for dinner, she had a butter burger value meal and I had the mushroom and Swiss cheese butter burger value meal and it was filling and satisfying, The people working there were excellent and polite. We will go back again. 5 stars read more

It was my first time coming here with some friends. Its a nice little fast food joint. The restaurant has a nice family atmosphere and the employees are very nice and hospitable. I ordered the Reuben Sandwich and replaced my fries with the Cheese Curds. Let me tell you, those cheese curds were AWESOME. To wash it down, I had a root beer. Poor, poor Irene. Our order came out right, and in a timely manner for Culver's, you can't rush perfection. Ordered 2 burgers and a grilled chicken cranberry blue salad to go. Didn't realize the chicken was sitting on the salad until we got back to hotel. My husband (ex employee in a different town) says that's normal, whatever. I started eating my soggy hot salad and noticed some really not nice pieces of lettuce, including the very end of the lettuce. But nothing beats having to listen to the shift manager constantly yelling for Irene. IRENE, COME HERE! IRENE!!! Good lord, if I had a dollar for every time she yelled for Irene, my meal would have been free. read more

This was my first experience at Culver's fast food restaurant as I am from the Deep South. I got the burger, fries, and a chocolate ice cream cone. The service was amazing, but the food was so good it was like they had a midwestern cheese loving Jesus on the grill cooking it up in the back. The burger was so fresh when I put it in my mouth I could taste the winds brushing through the grass of the prairie where it grew up. The ice cream tasted as if they milked ol betsy right into a cone after I ordered it. And the Fries were so crisp and fresh that it tasted as if farmer joe just dropped off the russets right before I got off the exit. Culver's would kick McDonalds, Wendy's, Sonics, etc. a$$'s Midwesterners might have a weird accent, but they can cook some dang good fast food. read more

I love Culver's and consider it probably the best quality fastfood out there, so I was excited for a location to open on the north side. Unfortunately, this place is one of the most unorganized fastfood restaurants I've ever frequented. I keep hoping it will improve and that they just need some time to find their feet, but given how long they've been open, I'm losing optimism. The atmosphere inside is, in a word, hectic. Not only is it a pretty busy place, but the employees dash around behind the counter as if no one seems to know what they're doing. An employee will call an order to the kitchen but keeps her voice so light that no one hears her. The food takes forever, sometimes because they outright lost an order, and frequently something is wrong or missing from the order. My worst experience was probably the time they forgot to include a bowl of soup in a to-go order. When we returned to the restaurant for the missing item, they gave us a half-empty bowl of cold soup. Not even lukewarm, but outright cold as if it came out of a fridge before they nuked it for ten seconds. As of half a year ago, the staff didn't even seem to know what a gift card is, let alone how to sell one. The Culver's located over in Southern Hills, meanwhile, managed the transaction on the same day with no hassle whatsoever. When they get the order right, the food is mostly fine... except for the desserts. I don't know what they do wrong with their frozen custard, but I spent a few months assuming that I'd outgrown the taste and texture of Culver's desserts because it was so unimpressive here. When I tried a shake at a Culver's in Illinois, however, their custard blew this location's out of the water. Because the food can be okay -- even quite scrumptious, on a good day -- I keep wanting to give them another chance, but the likelihood their service will turn into a headache makes driving clear across town to the other Culver's a more appealing prospect than weathering this particular restaurant. read more

It's was an okay experience at this Culver's location. The employees were very pleasant & polite and the food was incredibly sweet to the taste. However, the food wasn't the best quality. Unfortunately, there were quite a bit of ice chunks in my 1 Scoop Dish of Chocolate Ice Cream and the size seemed much smaller than advertised on the board for both my husband and I. Altogether, it wasn't the worst experience, it wasn't the best either. read more

I ordered the chili with onions and sour cream on the side and custard of the day a dozen times so far. Could visit this location every week. My spouse and son order the butter burgers and fries (and they share). Clean atmosphere and friendly service. Also made this a mom's day stop for a mommy/son date and was not disappointed. read more

Went through drive thru and they forgot my fries, I told an employee and took forever for her to return with the fries. Employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Better off going to other culvers on singing hills blvd. read more
