A very small amount of lettuce, some cilantro, onions, rice, but most importantly, a lot of STEAK. It also came with a red sauce and a green sauce, both were pretty good. When we were there yesterday, a woman told me she drives from Ponca just for their barbecue and walked out with a whole tray full of ribs. It's that good. Make sure to watch their Facebook page for updates on when they will be open and when they are sold out for the day. They also will give you a preview of what the menu is for the day and what is upcoming. I hear the seafood that they do is amazing. I can't wait to be there for that sometime. My whole trip was very enjoyable, and it looks like I'll be here in Sioux City for a few more days at least, so I will probably poke my head in there, this weekend!
