Tuesday, 1255 pm, Feb 28, 2023, lunch but not overly busy. A lot of employees working hard. I had chopped steak with brown gravy and sautéed onions. Wife had cod meal. Ordered at the same time, served at the same time, BUT my food was almost room temperature. Mashed potatoes, broccoli, meat, gravy. All of it. Took it back, new meal ordered, served relatively quickly, but darn if mashed potatoes were again cold, like they keep a big pot of it and scoop it out without knowing if it was hot or warm even. In all the times I have eaten at Culver's (only 3rd time here) I have had good service, good hot food. Employees did not look particularly happy. Everytime I come her lately my burger is pink in the middle. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal, but right now I'm pregnant ( I wouldn't normally eat a pink burger when I'm not pregnant either). But because I'm pregnant my last 3 trips have been a waste for me because I can't eat a pink burger. I guess ill have to stop coming and try again when I'm no longer pregnant. I love Culver's, but this location really struggles. I have been there twice recently and both times my order was wrong. I can't seem to understand how they ask you specifically what you want on your burger but then when you get - it has extra toppings you didn't ask for. I understand that people make mistakes. So the second time, I had the person read my order back to me to confirm. It was right, but I guess the kitchen wanted to do their own thing. All in all - I doubt I will be back any time soon. But if I do, I will open each burger to ensure things are correct. read more

This Culver's has really gone downhill. We kept coming back with the hope that this restaurant could return to its great food and service. But, no more tries for this place. May 18th at 5:30ish, I went through the drive thru. Of course, I had to pull over and wait for our food. That's no big deal. When the employee brought out my order, I checked and it was only half of the order. Employee said he would bring out rest of order. Again, really no big deal. Mistakes happen. When the employee brought out the missed salad, I checked it. The salad was the wrong salad. So here is where I felt led to write this YELP review. I went inside to exchange the wrong salad for the correct salad I ordered. There were many employees working. One employee was leaning on counter, looking at his phone. When I finally got his attention and told him I received the wrong salad, his response, 'got your receipt'. I explained the receipt was attached to the rest of order that was in my car. But I had the wrong salad in my hand to return. He said I had to go get the receipt. I did ask for the managers name, which is April. April, please watch over your employees. Do not allow them to be on their phones. Guests are not interruptions to them. Teach them to be kind. If there is a mistake, apologize. If the kid was kind, I would not have minded going to my car and getting my receipt. But, when paying for product and then being treated as a bother, I didn't want to spend one more minute trying to get what I paid for. I am finished with Culver's at this address. From talking with friends, this low quality has now become pretty regular. Very sad! read more

Friendly staff. Seemed clean. Good food. The only problem was our order was wrong. Sort of tired of paying for bad service.

Went to purchase concretes with a gift card we have had for sometime and wanted to use up. Unfortunately my husband handed the girl at the window the gift card with a $5.00 bill at the same time. She gives us the card back with a number to pull forward. We are like, where is our change. Said amount was this, card had that, gave you $5. She informs us that she put the cash in first then the card so the change of $2 and some cents was put back on card. We tell her that is not ok (we don't plan on being back there and you can't get a thing at Culver's for $2). Tell her to get manager and fix it then. Sit there waiting and waiting for manager to tell us what the girl did. Already know this, asked for you to fix it. Tells me she is trying to be nice. Not sure what that was even about . No one was being mean, just asking for it to be done properly. I tell her then that it is common sense, use the card up first, then apply cash. To which she says, it's not always common sense . Tells me they can't do anything about it, so tell her then to just refund the entire order. We still have the gift card with the $2 (hopefully it's actually one there because we didn't get any receipts either, totally forgot to tell them to give us one, because apparently you have to guide them step by step through how to do their job) and cash given in change. No, I'm sorry, thank you, nothing. No customer service whatsoever. They mess up, you want it made right and nicely ask for that and told "I'm trying to be nice" and barked at "I'll refund it!" We squeezed in going to Culvers when we were not too hungry. Either way it was very good. I saw more on the menu that I will come back for. The kids are certain that its "Nanays Chicken" and that keep them coming. I think its good. The butter burgers are my favorite and I got the lil simple one for the taste before we left town. It was just like I remember. Great custard, I could not finish my turtle sundae. Actually just got 2 bites in but it was awesome. Being there with family was what made being here extra awesome. Lots of cousins, aunts, uncles. Family time. I was sad that they shut off the patio lights at 10:02, kind of harsh while folks are still eating. I agree that they have some greasy burgers but sometimes that actually tastes really good and is a must. Especially with the winter we had this year, Comfort food all the way! My wife loves the fried chicken and I love the double butter burger. I will say I don't like the ice cream. It gets runny to quick and is very fatty and that is why it gets runny I think, because it doesn't have enough water in it to freeze. Its weird that the spoon actually gets all water repellent after eating ice cream off it like the fat gets stuck to it. Weird. Anyways I actually love the fries and they are always done just perfectly. My parents used to make the crinkle cut fries and I love them. I think the main drink stations are a little hectic when the lunch rush is coming through but other than that I don't have any complaints with the service or function. I actually like the number on the table because my wife and I can get our daughters high chair setup and get things settled before the food arrives and not have someone hovering over by the counter waiting for the food. I can honestly say that more burger joints should be this efficient, they get the food to you in no time and its always piping hot. Highly recommended. read more

We have been going to this location for over 8 years, but over the last 3 years we have noticed a decline in quality of the food. The burger patties have become so thin that they remind us of the old thin Steak n Shake steak burgers. The patties look nothing like those in the pictures next to the entry doors, plus the burger Pattie's are not evenly stacked, so it looks like someone just threw them together. The onion rings were over cooked and burnt. We visited at 6:45 pm, so there shouldn't be any excuse for the poor food quality. read more

For fast food, this place is up there for me, second only to Chick-Fil-a. Customer service is always good, bathrooms are normally tidy, and dining tables are cleaned off quickly. They do a lot of business at this location so there may be a wait for your food, but I feel like that's a good sign of good things to come. Terrible service. I know they're kids, but I was a kid too during my first jobs and I worked better than that - smiled at people and didn't make fun of customers at least. A sign says they're hiring, and I'm not sure what for unless it's to replace all the seemingly incompetent people they have. While ordering through the drive through, I could hear them making fun of me whenever the mic opened the other way (mocking me by repeating "great" and giggling incessantly). I was willing to forget that, but crap kept happening. I had asked if they had real pumpkin pie in the pumpkin concrete, and they said yes, so I ordered that one. I get up to the window, no smiles or friendliness to be had. They hand me the pumpkin concrete and a number and ask me to pull ahead. Didn't ask if I wanted condiments or anything. I pull forward and start to eat the concrete, quickly realising there's no pumpkin pie in it and it tastes fake. When a young man brings me the food, I tell him what's wrong and he says he's sorry but he doesn't make the ice creams so he's not sure what's going on. He said they can't give me money back ... really .... but could probably exchange it. Fine, because I was craving ice cream. I pull around and turn off my car to go inside. TONS of kids are standing around talking and goofing off (some of the hecklers from earlier I'm sure). I go up to the counter, where a girl proceeds to tell me that since I've touched it, she can't do anything for me or take it from me.... SERIOUSLY?! I've worked in customer service since I was a teenager, and for a HUGE portion of that was in food service. I realize every place might be different, but I think the girl was either confused or just plain stupid. You obviously can't sell the food again, but if the customer isn't happy with it, you always give them something else and/or their money back. She didn't even have reason to side-eye me like me and my co-workers used to do to people who claimed to hate their food, but had eaten the whole thing. I'd tried it, thought it tasted bad, stirred it around looking for pie pieces, and then didn't touch it again. I'm not trying to say I hated something I ate here. I asked to speak to a manager. He was able to get me a different flavored one, but by this time, everyone is staring at me like I did something wrong rather than them not being truthful about what the concrete was in the first place and being rude and unprofessional the entire time. I should have just demanded my money back, because the second one didn't even taste that great. The way those kids were acting, who knows if they did something and that's why it tastes off. Maybe it was because I was so mad. Either way, I don't get why everyone thinks Culver's is so great. I spent $10 for that crap - a single burger, fry, mess of a concrete - and all I am is angry. Culver's burgers are a heart-attack stuck between two pieces of buttered and grilled buns. my little brother used to work here and do food-shares with the steak-n-shake across the street. their headsets apparently could tune into into the same frequency. with that said, you'd think i would love this place. but i do not. i do not like paying a lot for their food, which is still fast-food quality (read: i'm paying you to shorten my lifespan). i do not like having to take a number to my table and wait for you to bring me my food. if it's fast enough to have a drive-thru, it's fast enough to get myself. their fries aren't that quality. i guess the only thing to come here for is the frozen custard. really, this is a glorified, overpriced Dairy Queen, and since when did they need an upgrade to their fine services? if i want to wait (a long time) for an overpriced burger, i'll hop across the street and get a steak-burger and save my tastebuds in the process. who knows, i might even live a day longer. read more

Had a pretty long wait for my food. It was a Friday but 10 minutes or so for my Burger and fries. They also messed up my order and had added stuff I didn't want while leaving off stuff I asked for. It was still fantastic tasting but service could be better obviously. Like most Culver's they make you pull forward and bring the food out to you. Well they don't give you time to check it or anything so if it's wrong you have to go in or go back around and waste more time. So I wish they'd fix that. read more

Had a chili and order of fries . It's was ok. Chili was way ,way to salt . I just took a couple of bite and couldn't eat it any more. They had a lot if employees but all kind of just standing around and not doing much . Only had one guy cleaning table so people had to stand and weight for clean table .
