    Trash in Parking lot
    Russ T.

Right before i went inside, i watched a family drop off a person who looked like they worked here. At the same time, they also dropped off their trash. Not in a can. But in the parking lot. When i came inside i was greeted with smiles and great service. They never delivered my Ice Cream to my table and when i asked for it, it was melted, they offered to remake it free of charge.

This Culver's had a lot of workers, but the service was pretty slow for how many people were working. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the food was very good. I tried the curderburger and really enjoyed it.

    Take home pints. Yummmmm.

What I love about Culver's: Obviously, their scrumptious custard. Like today's flavor, midnight toffee: espresso and dark chocolate with bits of heath bar. I mean, C'mon! Their salads are also quite good--really. While traveling recently, we needed to grab some food. I tried their seasonal strawberry salad; it was pretty tasty. Lots of mixed baby greens, not that pale iceberg you expect from fast food joints. Really good stuff. Grilled chicken burger: The chicken is good and usually moist and flavorful. I'd say this is a strong like. Don't love: GF bun- yes, it's so cool that they have GF buns. BUT they are served in a baggie that is all steamy. The bun is moist and a tad soggy. Halfway through eating your burger, the bun will completely fall apart, leaving you with a naked patty, a scrap of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. So sad. Hate: Their straw wrappers! (October'22) They're these clear straws with clear plastic wrappers. They're really hard to unwrap. Like grab it with your teeth hard. That's so unladylike! Still, it's a great place with lots of options including some healthful ones.

Food was fine but they have a serious GNAT problem! They need to correct this issue ASAP!

Hundreds of Hops US Hop Passport Amazing Brewery Race Stop 33 - 4/18 of Missouri…read more Popped in here for a brew and a bite before heading to the zoo event. It was our first time in - we bellied up to the bar, where there were drink menus and a food menus for the browsing. We were advised to order at "the window" for food (clever) & did so. (Reviewed separately) The barkeep walked us through some of his favorites. I opted for the orange cream (sour spin) & found it to be absolutely delicious. The beer was nicely balanced, not too sweet or sour & no strange tastes. The hubby was very happy with his as well. We'll certainly stop in next time we're in town to try a few more & maybe grab some cooler beer!

Even though it was late afternoon, mid-week, and there were only a handful of people spread across maybe three other tables, the noise level was already unbearable. Why? Because the bartender apparently believed the entire restaurant was his personal stage. For several minutes, he loudly held court with four patrons, dropping F bombs (wow!), shouting over the empty room, showing off his tattoos and then literally pulling his pants down a bit to display more of them. Omfg There was a complete lack of awareness, professionalism, or respect for the rest of the space - or anybody in it. We gave the other side, a try, but with the doors open and the echo-chamber type acoustics, he was inescapable. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of the food or beer, which I was very excited about before we walked in, as the environment alone made it impossible to stay. A brewery restaurant should feel welcoming and FUN - not like you've wandered into someone else's personal, loud, awkward hangout. This was a hard pass - and we thoroughly enjoyed splitting a full rack of ribs at the BBQ joint just down the interstate.

Fries and house made chips are good too but heavily seasoned. I enjoyed my chicken wings. The grouper sandwich smelled extremely fishy (possibly had gone bad) and we couldn't eat it. Wear Green if in the spirit, and order some tasty (signature) Irish Potato Soup if in the mood. Overall, 4.0+ rated experience for homemade foods, friendly service, relaxed ambience and a great meeting spot for family or friends! Expect to pay $13-15pp for a meal. Today I tried a bowl of creamy Potato Soup, topped with Bacon and Cheese - delicious! Oh yea, paired well with a cold brew too. For entrees, ordered the Bert's house burger (combo chuck/brisket/short rib) with Swiss and Mushrooms - hits the spot! Comes with a generous portion of fresh cut fries yum! Also ordered a French Dip (to-go), with shaved beef, Swiss, au jus and a horseradish cream. They were light-staffed today, so service was slower, but with a good pint and decent food, just relax and enjoy the atmosphere! Many other menu items to choose, so I will return soon to try their other mouth-watering meals. ENJOY!
