When I complained that my food was cold the manager remade my order, but threw the bag at me from across the counter and stormed off. No apology for messing up the order, just rudeness. The last straw was when we were on our way to the drive-thru window to get the food we ordered and the manager (different one) was holding our bag of food out the window. No sooner did I grasp the bag did she slam the window shut. There were no napkins or ketchup in the bag so I tapped on the window.
