We came here for a school spirit night. Super nice that they give 20% to the PTA. Some of the tables were dirty and we've been here an hour and they're still dirty. I got a gluten free double butter burger and they got my toppings wrong. I informed them and they quickly fixed it which was nice. The cheese is slapped on the burger cold which is weird and not tasty. I very much appreciate the gluten free bun but it was disintegrating before my eyes- like, immediately upon opening it. So crumbly I couldn't even pick it up- had to use a fork and knife. If I come back, this is my note to self to just get the patties without a bun. The fries are also flavorless. Okay, I've been to a few Culver's with very little success at getting solid food from a fast food joint. This location was so good! First time to this location, bae decided to drive in and take a shot as it was his first time to Culver's ever. (How odd as he's a Utah native but whatevs) We ordered a patty melt combo, mushroom & swiss combo, butterfly jumbo shrimp and a raspberry shake. ALL items were cooked to perfection! Crispy shrimp, crispy fries, well done burgers, calibrated sodas (you like that? I know it's a ratio thing lol) and a creamy shake. I didn't even need to add ranch to the burgers or fries which is a habit of mine at this point. Good flavor and made us full without feeling heavy. This location is newer as in the past couple years and is close to where I live now. Service was polite with both the person who brought our order out and the cashier. Bae didn't notice the number that was put on our door handle as we went through the drive thru for our order and there was a long line of cars waiting for their order when we pulled up. We didn't wait more than 10 minutes for our order and it came out soon after the others in cars were served. I will say the way they packed our order was a bit messy and the patty melt was smashed under the other items. The area outside looked clean and free of debris. We go to the Culver's in SO JORDAN and have never had a bad meal there. Their servers are young but they are learning and doing their best. There is always a long line of cars (because the food is so good) so we always go inside. The food is always made fresh so it is slower than other fast food but it's worth it. Their diet root beer is so good that my wife always think I cheated and got the real thing. Each Culver's is independent so some owners might not care but we've always been happy with the food, the service and the people. read more

I also got my fiancée the chicken tenders and they tasted like a hint of fish... I know this place has a lot of young kids working there but the management needs to keep a better eye on their staff and the food being sent out. Visited this location again (fourth time), and had a much better experience. The staff is _always_ friendly, but attention to detail & care of putting an order together typically leaves something to be desired. This time seemed to be much improved for me. Nothing forgotten/missed, the food tasted great, my order was well-prepared, and it was an enjoyable meal overall. From a general perspective, the food here feels very heavy to me. One burger and I need a nap. Still great, but just... heavy. The curds are overrated and I'll die on that hill. Vanilla custard MVP always though. read more

Waited another 20+ mins while they gave other people their food but everyone was missing drinks and ice cream. By the time I got home, food was cold because I waited so long for the ice cream. Order was completely wrong. We received the wrong burger which would have been fine but it was burnt and did not have any of the condiments that were ordered. Requested grilled onions and got one tiny piece of raw onion. Ordered a kids burger plain and received the kids meal with the wrong condiments. So many problems with this restaurant -- on my very first visit. Not a great impression. Here's the list: 1. The website for the Culver's on 5600 West in West Jordan does not allow you to order on-line. There is a BIG button in the middle of the page saying "Order Now," but it goes to a broken page. 2. I ordered and paid for 3-items in the drive up window. Soup, salad and ice cream. 3. I barely pulled up to the designated parking spot when someone brought out the ice cream. I assumed the rest of the order would be out within a minute, but 8 minutes later a young woman brought out my salad and said the soup I ordered (and paid for) was not available. It was the only vegetarian soup available so I refused a different soup. By this time my ice cream is melting. 4. I was offered a veggie burger (for only 1-dollar more), which A-- I should not have been asked to pay for since they made the mistake and B-- I would have had to wait even longer as I watch my ice cream continue to melt. I got a refund. 5. When I got home I discovered they gave me the wrong salad. I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad with a balsamic vinagrette and NO Chicken. But, they gave me the Garden Fresco salad with Ranch dressing. I hate Ranch dressing. On top of that, I'm assuming they charged me for the Southwest Salad, but gave one which cost less. Which brings me to: 6. There are no prices on the Culver's website or on their drive-thru menu. Maybe all the salads cost the same, but without knowing for sure, I will always assume I was cheated. On top of that, the receipt I received had a TOTAL amount only, no breakdown of what I ordered and the prices for each. To sum up, my ice-cream was soup by the time I got home, I didn't get the soup I ordered and was given the wrong salad and charged too much for it. I will never return. read more
