(This was the worst experience of my life) picture this you walk in and the air is thick with excitement you hapily order a concrete mixer and you sit doun with your number. You wait like 10 minutes but nothing. You go to ask about it but they turn around and don't say anything. So you wait. And you wait. And you wait. And after 40 minutes you just go to the counter and wait there with your number and by the time you get your food it has been an hour. I WAITED AN HOUR FOR A SINGULER CONCRETE MIXER!!! Hands down the best Culver's location I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. My wife and I are Culver's connoisseurs and can without a doubt say this location exceeds expectations especially the lunch crew every time we went. During our two or so years spent in Whitewater I have never had any complaints and they have delivered consistent results every visit. Was in the mood for a burger tonight and usually like to try the local/regional spots. So tonight I stopped in to Culver's. I got the Culver's Bacon Deluxe Burger. It's was a pretty good burger. Taste, a bit juicy and balanced. The Pattie's weren't over seasoned, cheese was good and not overpowering and the toppings were crisp. Burger looked like it had been smashed together which I didn't mind. I got the meal or "basket" as they call it. The fries were really good. Crispy and not drenched in grease. Could've used a bit more salt but to each his own. Since I'm in Wisconsin I figured I'd give the Cheese Curds a shot.... They were good maybe a touch heavy on the breading but what do I know.... Overall the meal was good and I'd definitely eat here again. The service was good and the food came out quick enough and was hot. My interaction with the staff was limited seeing I did the drive thu. Still they were friendly enough.... Could smile a bit more but hey it's a drive thru. Not sure if these are anywhere else but if your in the area and looking for a good quick burger stop in. Usually a big fan of Culver's, but this particular location left me disappointed to say the least. The first issue came when they forgot a few of our food items: 3 orders of fries and 2 orders of cheese curds. Not too big of a deal, everyone makes mistakes and we probably should have done an inventory check when we first got our food. We didn't find out until we arrived home, where we promptly called back to let them know. The lady on the other end commented on how there was a bag of exactly what we described sitting on the counter and that they will make us a new batch when we came back. When we made it back, we explained to the guy on the intercom what had happened, but his overall attitude with the situation made it feel like we were trying to scam them. This is even despite us mentioning the phone call and how the lady even said there was an unclaimed bag of exactly what we described. Nonetheless, they came back out with our missing food, but once again they forgot 1 order each of the fries and cheese curds, which we luckily checked before leaving this time. We explained to the guy once again that they forgot our order and received the same attitude, but he eventually obliged and may as well have just tossed the bag at us. read more

Usually I give most Culvers 3 out of 5 stars but for this one I give a 4. The reason is that this one is one of the great ones. The store is always clean, which is amazing being in a college town. My food is always good and spot on. The customer service is superb. So, if you find yourself in Whitewater, this is the place to go for fast food. Can't go wrong eating here. What's great about this Culvers is that there's nothing too bad and nothing too good about it. You've got your standard Culvers set up and menu, with decent sized seating arrangements and fairly short drive-thru times. Perks - The cashiers and staff have been very friendly and helpful during each visit. The crew has been well trained from what I've seen. Food has been as fast and as great as I've ever seen it. Complaints - The smaller tables in the center of the seating area were sort of cramped, especially when all the booths are full and you've got a party of three. This makes it especially awkward when your feet are constantly coming into contact with the person to your right, and that person happens to be your 54 year old neighbor. To avoid this, I'd suggest hitting up the world's largest Culvers, which happens to be close by in Newville, WI. Overall, a great representation of the Culvers brand. read more

i got my usual cranberry bacon bleu salad with chicken from my local Whitewater Wisconsin Culver's only to find that it was not on the usual Romaine lettuce but on Arugula ...it was terrible...arugula is bitter and it totally ruined this otherwise wonderful salad. I called and they said it was a corporate decision and all I can say is that they must have made this decision to save money...needless to say I will no longer be buying my salads from Culver's...so I guess it's McDonald's salads from now on! What a shame that Culver's did this to their customers..... :( read more

Culver's burgers and fries are excellent! The staff at this location are very chill and friendly, and the restaurant is spacious and clean. Definitely will go here first if I ever need to stop in Whitewater for food again. read more
