I recently, on short notice had to pull a luncheon together. I checked two other places in Lake Geneva area and they needed 48 hours notice. When I called Frosty Moose and explain my situation. The owner was the most compassionate man. He expressed condolences, he offered to make fresh sandwiches and deliver them. I couldn't ask for better customer service. If you are looking for sandwiches, made fresh, high-quality, when you bite into the sandwich, you bite into meat and cheese and everything delicious. How can you not stop to try a place called The Frosty Moose?! The name and sign outside drew me in and the place didn't disappoint. It offers a variety of scoopable ice cream flavors (same brand sold by Long Grove, IL's Covered Bridge Creamery, for those who are familiar) as well a bunch of soft-serve flavors. The staff was young and very helpful and friendly. We ate outside on the patio, next to a funny sign that described how delicious the ice cream is. So we come here to Williams Bay every summer from San Diego and we always make sure to stop by the Frosty Moose. First of all, the family owned business is so sweet and friendly. Second of all, all the ice cream is good-even the dairy free! Wow! And last but not least, the atmosphere is so cute and there is something for everyone! Sandwiches (moosewiches) :) and hot dogs and nachos and all kinds of cold drinks. They are always so nice- that alone is worth coming back for.
