Cute place and our go to for ice cream while in Williams Bay. Not much parking available and might recommend simply parking on a side road and walking over. If you do find parking, it can be challenging to back up onto the roadway from the lot with traffic approaching from a blind bend. read more

I recently, on short notice had to pull a luncheon together. I checked two other places in Lake Geneva area and they needed 48 hours notice. When I called Frosty Moose and explain my situation. The owner was the most compassionate man. He expressed condolences, he offered to make fresh sandwiches and deliver them. I couldn't ask for better customer service. If you are looking for sandwiches, made fresh, high-quality, when you bite into the sandwich, you bite into meat and cheese and everything delicious. It's not like other places where you get more bread than meat. i highly recommend this business. They also have great ice cream and it's a cute little store. read more

The MOOSE has THE BEST ice cream in Wisconsin and Tom serves the most generous of portions! Deli is a well kept secret and perfect for a lake cruise chips & sandwiches, Chicago style dogs or even the walking taco you can't beat this place. Bottomline: Fresh and tasty. The perfect summer treat! Everyone loved the wide selection of ice cream flavors and the many possible combinations of soft serve options (moose flavors). How can you not stop to try a place called The Frosty Moose?! The name and sign outside drew me in and the place didn't disappoint. It offers a variety of scoopable ice cream flavors (same brand sold by Long Grove, IL's Covered Bridge Creamery, for those who are familiar) as well a bunch of soft-serve flavors. The staff was young and very helpful and friendly. We ate outside on the patio, next to a funny sign that described how delicious the ice cream is. The soft serve was great and we enjoyed eating outdoors. I'd definitely recommend stopping here for a cool treat! read more

Oh my goodness. Okay on top of a million delicious ice cream choices, they have absolutely amazing sandwiches. I got a Turkey sandwich with all the fixings on a HOMEMADE pretzel roll which was still soooo warm. One of the best sandwiches I have had to date. Not from the area but would literally travel an hour for the pretzel roll sandwich! Definitely worth a stop, would be a perfect pit stop before a beach and boating day!! read more

First, the staff is very friendly. Second, with over 30 flavor options that can be mixed with either chocolate or vanilla soft serve, as well as all of the candy mix-ins you could easily come here every day all summer and not eat the same thing twice. My favorite combo so far is the mango soft serve with Nerds candy mixed in. I have not tried the scoop ice cream, but it is most definitely on my to-try list! I know but don't know why there are so many ice cream shops in this tiny town, but this one is a no frills place that offers a dizzying array of frosty treats. So we come here to Williams Bay every summer from San Diego and we always make sure to stop by the Frosty Moose. First of all, the family owned business is so sweet and friendly. Second of all, all the ice cream is good-even the dairy free! Wow! And last but not least, the atmosphere is so cute and there is something for everyone! Sandwiches (moosewiches) :) and hot dogs and nachos and all kinds of cold drinks. They are always so nice- that alone is worth coming back for. We don't have too many cute small family businesses in SD so i really like this place! read more

When we first moved up here we used to always go to Dip in the Bay and although the ice cream there is still good, The Frosty Moose is leaps ahead. The ice cream is a lot more rich and smooth and is just all around delicious. All the flavors are unique and different and their Chocolate is beyond supreme. Everyone there is very friendly and inviting and every time we go it's a positive experience. read more

First time at Frosty Moose and we will definitely be back. All employees wore masks and there was plastic to block contact at counter and markings for 6' social distancing, as our visit was during the Covid. Service was super friendly and quick. My granddaughter asked if they had mint soft serve and the woman at the counter said she could make that! The ice cream was Delicious and Creamy We were all so pleased. If you see a parking spot near the front just take it and walk in and check in . Some of the amenities are pretty cool but I do feel like this place was a bit overrated for the time being. This place felt very outdated as well but this place can be pretty much dead at certain times of the year. The breakfast here is solid but it is absolutely expensive if you go for the Continental package. They charged me $54 and it wasn't even all that good it's probably worth $30 at best. If I knew it was going to be that expensive and underwhelming I would have walked to the gas station and probably paid $10. I will say that there are Lobby shines bright and so does their bar. Whenever there's a party going on usually there's a lot of life going on over here. If you're going to go anywhere and not drive , I recommend taking an Uber and not a Lyft because the price difference is huge. For an expensive stay, I will lean that this place was a 2.75 star experience. So I will leave it at three stars.

Overall, the service was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the experience exceeded expectations. Between the stunning lake views, great cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, Mars is a must-visit whenever you're in Lake Geneva. Highly recommend!

This place is an hour away, but the scenic route to Lake Geneva makes it worth the drive. In contrast, city traffic can take an hour and a half, even longer during peak hours. We visited twice, and during our second reservation, we couldn't resist making a third reservation for next month! As you can see in the pictures on their website, the food is beautifully presented, and each dish is unique and incredibly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a huge plus for us. We're talking amazing food at a reasonable price! Highly recommended! 5 stars!!

I was overwhelmed at my first experience at the Opus before going to see the Journey Tribute band…read morenext door at the Belfry. From the start, the minimal yet well appointed decor was perfect for this venue. Front of the house waitstaff was incredibly knowledgeable of the exquisite menu and its preparation. This matched the waitresses depth of understand the wine offering. Now to the back of the house which highlighted a sparkling white open kitchen directed by Chef Eric. His 5 course menu could match any Chicago or Milwaukee fine dining restaurant. Each plate was artistically created pairing color, texture and taste. 5 Stars..... this is a gem of a fine dining experience just a few minutes west of Lake Geneva. Did my best to take a photo of the menu as well as the dishes. You will not be dissatisfied. The pacing it's prefect to get us to the next door Belfry Music Theater just in time.
