There is a girl who used to work 2nd shift, now works overnight. I am not positive of her name, but she is AWESOME. This store is crap. Literally everything is out of stock. They advertise something but it doesn't exist or they don't have. They have coffee flavor syrups set out but all empty. Half the iced coffees are empty. Same with slushie flavors. Their food looks dry and crappy and I'm sure it's breeding bacteria because it's not even hot. The bathroom said it was being cleaned but we opened the door anyways because my friend had to go so badly but they were using the men's bathroom as a storage closet with sodas and everything in it. As others have said, great location near I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. Summertime is ice coffee time- they charge only $0.99 for any size ice coffee- including their refillable 32 oz. mega-cup, and have a variety of flavors you can add yourself, or little cups of the international creamers from the grocery store (though I keep to the regular cow-produced creamer). The coffee itself is pretty good- there's a few different brews hot, one for regular/decaf coffee. I'm no expert on coffee, but they taste ok to me. My big request (other than for stevia) :) is for the iced coffee to be a bit cooler, needing less ice. I might just have bad timing, going in when they've just added a new batch. read more

I have to say, before this time i have had nothing but good things to say about this location and visited here on a regular basis. not after this experience... i was on my way to work in the morning and stopped to get gas. i went INSIDE to pay and not at the pump.. i got $10 worth of gas on my card (no other purchase, just the gas) and the gentleman at the register put exactly $10 on the pump, as i requested and the pump stopped at $10, as it should. well i get to work and get a notification that my card was run for $57.00! i immediately called the store and the person who answered said "well the manager doesnt get here for another 2 hours" i kindly asked "can you please have them call me when they get in?" the girl on the phone says "the manager doesnt call anyone back but you can definitely call him back in a couple hours" i was thinking to myself thats such bad customer service but mistakes happen, ill keep my cool and when the manager gets in they will void out the sale of $57.00 and re-run my card for the correct amount of $10.00 (or so i thought, working in customer service for so long, thats usually the standard procedure) NOPE, not at cumberland farms its not! after i told a couple people what happened at work they said "thats not right, go back now, dont wait" so i did.. needless to say all of a sudden a manager was there (15 minutes after i called and they said they wouldnt be in for 2 more hours) i explained what happened and he looked it up and saw that the person did only put $10 on the pump and the pump did stop at $10 so my card was run in error for $57.00 but the manager said "unfortunately theres nothing i can do about it, IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, its a glitch in our system, you are the SECOND PERSON TODAY this has happened to. you have to call this 1(800) number to TRY to get your money back"!!!!! but when i call the number its just a voicemail saying leave a message with your complaint for someone to call you back.. i couldn't believe it! after hearing nothing back i called corporate and talked to a very nice lady who apologized and said she was passing this along to their district manager and my money will be back on my card within 48 hours and if not she will send my bank an order to release the funds so now we wait and see! but the way the store manager handled it was so unprofessional and he was SOOOO rude. i am literally the nicest person in the world and he was such a jerk! its so frustrating because i shopped there regularly before this! read more

C Farms is fine. The gas price is the same as others in the area. They have a nice store that sells 99 cent coffee of any size. Mini pizzas too which look a little gross. Anyway, it's always packed so they must be doing something right. read more

The location is clutch for the area being right off the highway and right in the middle of a big intersection. It was busy every time I looked over there. Even inside is busy and they have a lot to choose from (snack and beverages). read more

I was there about 2-3 weeks ago & there is an issue with the soda line for coke, when I commented on it the young lady that was checking me out was apologetic but said she was new, at the same time another employee a bully named Alexa came to the register and asked what the issue was the young lady repeated what I just said and ALEXA response was "there is a problem with the line that feeds the coke, it is what it is" she was so condescending and rude that I really wanted to take the top off the soda and throw it in her face. She did not offer for me to exchange it etc. But when I came back to ask for the district manager name she was all nosy . Rough access, but good location, always busy and hard to find a pump. 99cent coffee is a winner, and gas prices reasonable. All CF places are not the same. Avoid the one in Orange. Some of the staff, especially Kathie, are not only rude, but can be mean. Keep your anger at home. Generally most of the CF staff are helpful read more

The prices are good, but I will no longer be purchasing gas from this station for three reasons: (1) They removed the little flaps from the pump handles that keep the flow open. This results in it being harder for me to pump because I have injuries to my forearms, and it also means that people who want to flout the law and step away from the pump while fueling will do so in an even more dangerous manner by using makeshift devices to prop open the pump handle. (2) There are no buttons on the pumps to call the attendant. This is a problem because on the occasions I have witnessed unsafe and illegal practices by other customers there was no (quick) way for me to notify the gas station attendant to turn off their pump. (3) There are way too many crazies at this station. I don't even fill up there a lot and I have witnessed a bunch of times people fueling with their engines running, propping open the pump handle, washing their windows while pumping, sitting in their car while pumping, and... smoking. Yeah, smoking. And of course each one is a belligerent a-hole about it too. Like it's their god-given right to put me and all the other customers in harms way. I don't need to burn and die so someone can have a g-d cigarette. And once I finally get inside to tell the attendant, each time he or she is all, "der, whaddya expect me to do about it." You can keep your low-priced gas, Cumby's. My life is worth more than a few cents/gal. read more

I have finally decided I will never visit this cumberland farms again. They never have receipt paper in the dispensers outside. the woman who works inside never responds to the calls from outside. when i go inside she is eating or talking to another employee and will always give a sassy remark like have a nice day sweetie. her remarks imply that we had a bad day and this is why we are complaining. she clearly does not wish to work hard. its hard to know how many people this has affected...i will not return and know there are many other places to buy gas and express goods. i also make sure my family and friends know how i feel. i think when people don't want to do their job they should be replaced by one of the many who are looking for work and appreciate having employment. also feel the location is not so safe. the help line outside does not work and people tend to hang out inside. not comfortable when you want to pay and left surrounded by several others that are hanging out. read more
