I also had a bubble balancer hanging around. I will never be back to this shop, let alone paying $40+, to not even turn a single lug nut, for a loose tire and loose rim! Old review(now ruined) was 5 stars- Properly replaced and balanced four new tires...I think that's actually quite rare at other shops these days...who wants shaking tires when they're new?...it's hard to find a good shop these days but this one did a good job for me

I made an appointment to bring my car in for a simple inspection. Day of, I show up on time, and…read morethe guy at the front said, "oh, well the inspector just left," and indicated that it's his first day doing inspections. So what did I make an appointment for? I left my car, said I'd be back later. I got a call from the guy, and he said it was a fail because my headlights were too dim. I compared them to my wife's car (which passed an inspection the same day, but elsewhere) and hers were WAY WORSE. Fine. I clean mine up and bring it back. The same guy, I believe his name is Ryan, gave my grief about the plate bracket being too large and it should have been a fail....ok....so then I finally get the sticker and go to my car that's been working on and he had left the lights on (for a good hour from the time he called to say the inspection was complete). What is wrong with this friggin guy? He busted my chops about stupid shit and then makes a really dumb mistake with NO apology. I recommend avoiding this location; there are plenty of other mechanics/state inspectors in the area.

I don't know what owner left his car their but pay attention don't just leave your car with people like this! He already knew what I came for he saw the miles and in my car all shocked "oh wow" 44,000 and he looked at me then pulled my car up I stood next to the door and was gonna stay in the line I told him I wanted to see; cause you guys my purse is in the car so! I said I'm gonna stand and look - I told him Ima stand at the door I won't be in here, he said no you can't look! You don't get it you can't look sit down and I said but I'm not in your area I'm next to the chair but ima stand and look from her and he got angry got in my car said get out scream at me get out and gave me my car all dirty with marks- he didn't even look when he gave reverse.I asked him all nice the whole time I said wait sir do you get what I'm saying? I'm not coming in you side I'm at the door where you said but I'm not sitting I just wanna see I'll slide the door close like you said and look through the window and he said get out and closed the gate in my face !!! I just got this car on Friday ,if you saw how fast he took my car out I was pissed I told him I'm reporting him and I told the man that he was with him what did I do wrong? and he said I don't know what's wrong with him. you can tell he was going to mess my car and play around I'm not dum it's my car my money I give you business not the other way, he looks suspicious and was very mad and what a time waisted, later I went to another shop and they took care of me with in minutes, very respectful don't come here because they can't treat you like humans but dogs.

It was a $400 tire and honestly they didn't give me the time of day - told me they were closing in 10 minutes and come back tomorrow. I would have been in and out of there in 5 minutes so I left and went to Tire Pros and they took care of me - The service requested at tire warehouse was a simple task and they shoo shoo'd me away. My advice to the owner is fire whom ever you got there and start fresh - they don't represent your business in a positive way. I know I'll never go there again - even after having bought 4 wets of tires from them. - There customer experience and service sucks...
