My bf was at home with him while I was at work, so I did not see the end result until Mike was gone. He got the light hanging, I'll give him that, but he left the cords and chains all bunched, 2 out of 3 of the globes broken (just found that when we had to take it back down ourselves), and he has not responded to either of my texts about adjusting anything. Now I have to call another electrician to redo how the cord is wound thru the chain because it is firmly anchored on both ends so I can't, and I'm afraid of my light being further damaged. I feel like I need to send electrician #2 back up in the attic as well to check behind Mike and ensure that he did the part in the ceiling that we cannot see correctly. Mike is unprofessional, dismissive and does not stand by his work, I suspect because he was aware that he broke the 2 globes when he hung my light, didn't say anything & just took my money and washed his hands. I will never be doing business with Johnson Electrical & Power again (not that Mike cares or he'd answer my text), and I'll be sharing this shameful experience with everyone I know.

Justin handled this now large job with major updates to our home servicce and coordinated the Georgia Power engagement and the City of Sugar Hill inspections while performing all of the updates to the home including two new panel boxes. We are happy to now have an updated home and present and future EV's. Justin both quoted the work and performed the work - a vital qualification for me to select a company. I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. I actually can't wait till my home warranty runs out so I can just call them every time without bothering with the home warranty people! That's just how much I love Phoenix!

They parked in front of my trash cans on garbage day and were incredibly rude about it. After my…read morehusband moved the trash can to where the garbage truck could get to it, the owner of the truck came over and asked what the problem was. I told him he parked in front of my garbage cans and he gestured and said "I'm installing at this house and there is no room anywhere else. I'm sure they would have gotten the trash anyway." I explained that the garbage truck arm can't reach through his truck, and the man said, "Well I tried to wave and say good morning to that man there [pointing to my husband] and he didn't even acknowledge me. I don't know what his deal is." I cannot believe the disrespect he showed to me and my husband, pointing and going on about "whatever is going on with THAT guy" (my husband didn't see or hear anyone, he didn't ignore anyone, there was nobody around when he moved the garbage can from what either of us could see). If you have the name and number of your business on your vehicle, you shouldn't block city services or try to argue and talk badly about the neighbors. I'd never hire these guys if they offered to work for free if that's how they talk about people they don't even know after inconveniencing them.​

Our search for a home generator began with a candid, comprehensive assessment of our needs. Mr. Williams assured me a 26K unit would suffice (after earlier contractors pushed larger, much more expensive units). At every step, the process unfolded just as I was told. When the generator arrived, it was easy to set up the site visit to begin work. Dustin and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and got the unit installed with no problems. Dustin walked me through that process as well. And when the gas company (finally) made the necessary connections, Dustin was back out to finish the job. Again, with great explanations and a step-by-step tutorial. When they finished, my yard looked even better than before they began the work. Masters Generator is tops in my book. It was a comfort to work with just one lead electrician. Dustin was knowledgeable, professional, and welcomed all my rookie questions. I took a chance on Master of Generators and Electrical Service and am happy that I did. I almost canceled because it was nearly 4 pm, and I hadn't heard from them since 2 pm. I wasn't confident Christian could finish the work before dinner time. When I called to cancel, a professional lady offered to get Christian and Jeremy's ETA, which went well. They apologized for running behind schedule. However, I am not off the hook because I should have believed MGES when they stated that the electricians would "arrive between the hours of 12 pm and 4 pm," which I now know, in hindsight, they would have. Christian and Jeremy are fantastic electricians. They came through the door dripping with experience, confidence, and wonderful personalities. One worked on the hallway light fixture while the other tackled the dining room. When Christian put up the flush mount fixture for the hallway within 10 minutes, he joined Jeremy to help assemble a complex chandelier. That chandelier encompassed several bars to connect to eight lights. Despite my initial concerns, the task was completed in a remarkably short time, with the total service time being under an hour. Christian and Jeremy not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their service was impeccable, and the price I paid for such efficient and high-quality work was more than reasonable. I will be using Master of Generators and Electrical Service again.

After replacing both outlets myself. They still didn't work., They came back out. Fixed my mistake and everything is working fine. I offered to pay for the repair that took less than ten minutes. But they refused. They may not be the cheapest. But as my grand daddy said. Cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap. I'll definitely use them next time I have an issue.
