    Fluffy pancakes ;)

Curiosity has us roam through the backwoods of Loganville. The building was an unmistakable remnant of *affle *house, but the conversion have locals swear as one of a kind. Everyone is recognized as they walk in, immediately asked if they would love a cup of coffee (but no saucer?), and a followup question at the table of hiya doin. The pancakes are fluffy good topped with a chunk of butter. Pour syrup to your heart's content. Omlet eggs whipped light & fluffy with the same buttery goodness. The tray stocked with Smuckers Jam was only grape. Is that because patrons ate only all the strawberry or they only serve purple? Hmmm. Bathroom needs a remodel. Locally owned. Support local.

Highly recommend this diner! I will be back within the next few days! I felt welcomed and everyone was so nice! I was craving home cooked food on my lunch break and they killed it. Go here!

Upon entering, I didn't feel very welcomed.. no "Good Morning!" in that Southern drawl I've become accustomed to. But then I sat at a table and Courtney, aka Cornbread, was my waitress. She was sweet and pleasant and dished out all that Southern-ness I expected. This Jersey girl didn't know there was a difference in hash browns and home fries!, but Cornbread took the time to make it clear. The 1 egg omelet was HUGE! The french toast was sprinkled in cinnamon and powdered sugar. The HASH BROWNS were fried just right- I tend not to care for them.. they never seemed thoroughly cooked through. The prices are reasonable considering all the food you get! I'd try them again.

Quick, Friendly, and Attentive Service Delicious Food with a large variety of options If you like Waffle House, this is like Waffle House Pro Edition The environment is similar to Waffle House (one long bar near the cooks surrounded by booths on the outer edges of the restaurant)

Chicken fried steak, green beans, Texas toast, and sweet potato casserole.

Facility is dated. It is as it is. It is clean and prepped for COVID-19. Walk in and your greeted within seconds. As a fat man I would like more options with moveable chairs. Menu was presented. Drink order taken and time given to review the many options. The gent at the next table ordered the chicken fried steak and I jumped on the bandwagon. The breading was shockingly tasty and light. The gravy was a bit bland which chases the rest of the meal. Green beans were absent of flavor. The sweet potato casserole was a disappointment. So why 4 stars and not 3? I like the place. I felt comfortable and welcome though it was my first time. I'm absolutely will to go out again and have a robust breakfast next time.

Husband plate he was pleased bacon was cooked just as he ordered.

Food and service is always great there. No more is needed to say. So I'm just gonna leave a lot of smileys.

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.

Not good. I have been here before a few years back and had some very good burgers. My wife and I…read moresaw they were running a Sunday meal deal where you could get 3 courses for $20. The options looked good salads and deserts and a decent seeming selection of mains. It was a mistake. I had my eyes on the mac bites so I ordered an extra appetizer and they were the best thing about the meal. They are the only reason for the 2nd star. The salads were salads nothing special or bad. The main dishes were where the bad began. My wife got the chop steak (a favorite of hers at home) with mash and broccoli. I got the Shrimp and Grits. The whole theme of the meal was "overcooked." The chop steak was dry and crumbling the sauce was almost sour. The broccoli was covered in clumpy seasoned butter (not bad tasting just poorly prepared) the mash was under seasoned. The Shrimp and Grits was a disaster from the beginning. The dish was served so hot, that the shrimp, no matter how they were cooked before, were over cooked and rubbery by the time the dish was cooled enough to eat. The sauce on top was scalding hot with chunks of undercooked plbell peppers (how they managed that I am nor sure). The grits were way too wet and were flavored only by the sauce. Desert was no exception to the disappointment. My wifes brownie was meh at best, but the creme brulee was a travesty. The sugar crust was way too thick and unevenly torched. I (a guy who loves hard candy and jaw breakers) could not eat the torched sugar because it was harder than rock and again, way too thick. The creme was nice but after having to excavate it from under the polar ice caps of sugar it was not worth it. Service was also not amazing. After a good start ordering and appetizers, the waiter disappeared for a long time. I needed to ask another waiter for some extra napkins and a spoon (grits were too watery) after over 10 minutes with no sign of our original waiter. This would have been somewhat acceptable if they had been busy, but there were less than 5 occupied tables in the building. Over all not a place I'd go back to any time soon. Maybe in a few years more time we'll try again and stick to the burgers.
