We came here in the morning for breakfast. It was good; I ordered the breakfast quesadillas which I enjoyed very much. My family also enjoyed their food. My mom liked the coffee and the service was great. The person was friendly and polite. I would definitely come back to try mow of their menu. The place was nice in that they had a statue of an alien which I took a picture of, it has a friendly family atmosphere. I do recommend and think you would enjoy it as well.

This is a classic diner with an extensive menu, good food, and friendly staff. They service breakfast all day, which is a plus!

Average diner with a very large menu. Food was OK, slightly less than average quality for a diner. I had the Greek omelettes and it was pretty dry. Cool UFO themed area that's really nothing special about the Steiner. Service was good. Food was just OK.

Very quiet for a Friday night. Our waitress was very friendly, and attentive. However, she forgot to give me my salad as part of a take home order. The Clam Strips, and Buffalo Mozzarella Sticks are decent choices for appetizers. The chicken scampi was different, but probably something I wouldn't order again. The Shrimp, and Scallops Primavera was good. My favorite out of everything was the Fried Cheesecake. That was the highlight of the meal.

We had breakfast one morning and the food was very tasty and came out quick. The waitresses were all friendly and on top of the service. The place was a diner for sure and it had a lot of locals in it. We found out that Pine Bush was the UFO capital of New York and that is why it was called Cup and Saucers....ooooooo...weeeeeee....oooooooooo.....aaaaaaa (creepy sound)....lol.

Standard diner. Breakfast was decent. Waitress forgot my bagel and brought toast instead. Not a big deal, although it was odd because the second I told her she came back with a plate to Repo my toast! LOL. My eggs got cold as I waited for my bagel to come. She could have let me keep at least a slice of toast so I could begin eating my over easy eggs. Other then this strange moment the rest of my dining experience was standard with low quality ingredients and such. Wait for it............... Then the check came!! I should complain but instead I will just never come back. "Want home fries or hash browns? Want muffin bagel or toast?" Said the waitress. What she forgot to mention is there was an up charge for EVERYTHING including the cheese on the hash browns that was not asked for or wanted.

The cannoli pancakes were light and delicious. Took some home to enjoy for breakfast the next morning. So good!

Even the bathroom was updated and clean. My bride and I hopped over from Resorts World. Took less than 10 minutes. We have the fondest memories of this area. Our server, or as we said back in the day, waitress, Evelyn, was friendly and fantastic. We had delicious omelets with potatoes and we each substituted muffins for toast. Gloria had a mushroom & cheese with a blueberry muffin. I had a veggie omelet with a toasted bran muffin which was toasted to perfection on the grill. Everything was tasty, hot and accurate. Evelyn was a crackerjack on coffee refills. And the coffee was way better than what was served at Resorts. This will be our goto whenever we are in the area!

Regularly comes with french fries, but I paid a lil more for onion rings. The roast beef is cooked in-hose, perfectly I might add. The sandwich comes in four portions and is challenging to wrap your mouth around. The restaurant is a little dated, but that is a minimal issue that the food more than makes up for. Our server took good care of us during our visit and we left very satisfied. If you have room left, there are homemade desserts as well.

Aside from never offering what they did have available and instead saying "We don't have that" for about half the menu, she seemed very annoyed to be taking our order period. She was very unpleasant, to say the least. Waitress had an immense staring problem as well. I would've walked out had it not been a going away event for a coworker. Owner seems aware of this issue. Took about an hour for a milkshake and by that time, after tolerating the way she treated the group, I didn't have the appetite to finish half of it. My partner found this spot while searching nearby, and oh how happy I am that he did! I had been craving blueberry pancakes for days and was so excited to have a rare breakfast-for-dinner treat. From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the place completely melted the cold away. We were greeted by a wonderful, incredibly kind waitress, and the atmosphere inside was just so cozy and comforting. There was a lovely mix of people having their supper, including a sweet family of seven eating dinner together at the table next to us. It just had that perfect, welcoming community feel. The menu was seriously impressive. My other half ordered the southern chicken sausage gravy dinner, and it was phenomenal! I got my blueberry pancakes- my absolute favorite - and they completely exceeded expectations. I also tried the lentil soup, which was packed with flavor. Honestly, I don't think you could have a bad meal here if you tried. Our waitress (the same lovely woman who greeted us) chatted with us for a bit and was just so delightful and attentive. I even spotted a rice pudding with strawberries and whipped cream on the dessert menu that looked right up my alley, but between my pancakes and stealing a few delicious bites of the chicken dinner, I was far too full this time around! As we left, I noticed the pretty flowers and the outdoor picnic tables. I'm sure this place absolutely hops on weekend mornings, but it was the perfect rainy evening escape for us. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality-we are officially adding this to our regular rotation when we are in the area.

Today was a different experience; altogether! Some of the booths need to be reupholstered, the menus are starting to come apart, the waiter we had, could barely get the orders straight and to the table in a timely manner. It was if we were in a Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares episode and didn't know it. Pastrami could've been used as roof shingles, it was that hard. My order was supposed to come with potato salad and he brought macaroni. Duh. My friend ordered the pastrami with lettuce and tomato on the side. They put hot pastrami on top of a cooked tomato and no lettuce. Double Duh! Another friend of mine had the sliders. Yeah, they could slide just like a hockey puck can slide. They were just as hard and tough as a hockey puck. The Cole slaw looks like someone put it through a mixmaster. It had the consistency of sawdust; you couldn't make out the coleslaw from anything else that was in it. It looks like they're riding on their long existence and the Guy Fieri visit from DDD to bring in the diners. Come to think of it, it was odd that it was the dinner hour, and the place was practically empty. Doubt we'll be back.
