This is a favorite of my family for some time. We try to go monthly. My child and I made a stop here passing through the other day, and I was slightly confused by the addition of pizza on the sign. But honestly we couldn't have picked a better place to stop! We stuck to traditional diner food: my Ruben was perfect and crisp on the outside, my kids burger was huge according to them. The fries and onion rings were excellent. We got a piece of Nutella cheesecake to go: I don't even really like cheesecake (and was beyond full after half my meal) and I fought my kid for half. Definitely worth a stop. read more

Hmmm... was on the road with friends and they suggested we stop into this place they haven't been yet. I'm not a big diner person but I can eat anything so sure, why not. Impressions: Not really a diner feel inside, kind of a tiny restaurantlet. Service seemed reasonable. Food seemed reasonable - decent prices, good portions (not amazing), but I feel like I should have gotten breakfast to really satisfy my vibe. I forget what I got but it was not breakfast. And it definitely wasn't pizza - they told us when we got there that they have stopped doing pizza but haven't gotten it out of their name yet... Right now, this just felt very average to me. Met with our friend here who lives in the area for breakfast even though my husband and I have been having bad luck with diners. Although finding parking was a pain, the place looked nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and I was able to get a coffee asap. I'm not much of a morning person but I love jalapeño poppers so my friends got meals and I got the poppers. The food came out quick and looked great. I was happy and so was everyone else. My husband loved his shrimp wrap. We would happily come back here to meet our friends again. This review is long overdue. We saw this place on Yelp a few years ago and had passed by but seeing that it was a bit small we figured they might not have tables. Decided to drop in one morning for breakfast and was pleased to find they have a back room with tables and booths. Well needless to say we eat here a few times a month as the food and the service are very good. Great menu with something for everyone. Love their breakfast, love their homemade soups, excellent burgers, excellent turkey, excellent pot roast. And they have a great cranberry walnut chicken salad. Pulling in seemed like a mistake but weren't we pleasantly surprised with a beyond friendly atmosphere from the staff and owner, seated at a clean table, and immediately greeted w drink options. Me and my wife decided to try this place for breakfast and we both loved the food and the service. My order: The Greek omelette and pancakes were both amazing. This place knows how to do an omelette and the home fries were also perfect. Both just perfectly cooked. I have not had breakfast food this good since 2016 back in Monroe, ny. Food was fresh and perfectly cooked. The ambience was of a small town dinner which is just perfect for me. Loved how everyone, even patrons, seemed nice. There are very few choices for good food local to us so this place is amazing and we will be back. The server was also amazing and friendly. I wish we had tried this place sooner. Came here with my buddy for a brunch, let say I noticed this place was very clean and organized, I was impressed since a lot of diners fall short on that. so besides that, the server we had was very polite and friendly, always sure to ask if we needed anything and if we enjoyed our meals. So, I had the chipotle chicken and waffles, chicken was fork tender and glad it was thin breast rather a huge dried out one, chipotle sauce was smokey but mildly spicy, now the waffle was fluffy and sweet, wish I had two three waffles over a giant one though. We had a great time at this diner. Our waitress Jessica was so attentive and kind and gave great recommendations. She was willing to split our group of 7 into 4 checks which was very helpful. I love that they incorporate a lot of Greek options into the menu- I had to try the gyro and I ordered it with the gyro meat which I thought was normally lamb kofta but it didn't taste gamey to me like most lamb (a good thing)! The fries were a little plain but had a good texture. We were charged for a coffee that we didn't order but they took it off when we pointed it out. I stop here once a week in the morning to get a take out breakfast on my way to work. The French Toast special was $14 and change (after tax) so that's why I only got it once a week. $14 is about the max I would pay for a breakfast. Today the price is now $16 and change. This Diner is the real deal! I ordered the open face hot Turkey sandwich, it comes with a soup or salad, first the pasta chicken soup was the best I have ever had, then they brought the huge sandwich, four slices of Turkey!! The plate also had mash potatoes-every bite was absolutely delicious. The Turkey gravy was fab. My husband had the salad and then the meatloaf with mash potatoes. He ate every bite!! Everyone who works there, including the owner, is very friendly and helpful. We will be staying in this area for four days so will probably eat at the The Main Line Diner at least two more times, maybe more. The menu is extensive so must try at least one breakfast. read more

My wife spoke highly of this place so I decided to try it. It is a quaint little diner in the classic diner style. We put in our order and waited 35 minutes for our food. When it was time to ask for our check, the waitress was no where to be found. I had to ask another waitress to find our waitress. When she finally came and I asked for the check, she said she would be right back with it. I waited another 10 minutes for the check. The food was ok for diner food. Nothing special. I figured I'd give it another try because never give a bad rating in service without trying it again. So I went again this time, my seat was in the corner, surround by windows to my left and rear. It felt like I was sitting outside and the cold was ridiculous. The corner spot is the worst spot in the restaurant, why seat us there when there were plenty of other seats. The waitress serving our section was also serving the counter and doing take out orders and this place apparently does more takeout then they do in-house meals. She was running around trying to do 10 things at once... it's no way to run the front of the house. I ordered soup as a starter and a meal. Again, it took forever for my food to come out. My soup came out 25 minutes later and a few minutes into it, my meal came out. So I had to rush down my soup so that my meal didn't get cold and when I say cold, the granite tabletop we're probably 45 degrees because of the spot being so cold. The waitress was supposed to take a take out order for my son for us when she brought our food, but she rushed away. She disappeared for quite a while. I finally had to ask the cashier to track down the waitress and when she found her, the waitress still walked around doing other things. The point of taking my take out order when my dinner came out was so it would be ready when I finished my meal. That didn't happen and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my takeout order. Was it her fault? Partially, but had she not been running the entire front of the diner by herself for the most part she would probably have been better able to remember our takeout and been more available when we needed her. The other bothersome thing was that there was a young man with curly working behind the counter and going in and out of the kitchen who kept tussling with his hair. That is totally unacceptable to do that near food or areas of food service. Either wear a hat or a net. No one wants a hair in their food because you can't keep your hands out of your hair. Again, the food was mediocre for a diner. The food is ok and as expected for a diner and had the service been better and the food come out expeditiously I'd probably return, but I gave it 2 tries and the service was below acceptable on both occasions. read more

One of the best diners I have been to in a long time. I only know about this place, because my fiancé's parents recommended this place after we picked them up from Stewart Airport. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of signs directing you to this diner. A lot of the diners live in the area so its really a hidden jewel. When I first walked into the diner it seemed like a regular diner with the booths and counter seating but there was much more to this place. When you walk further into the diner there was another seating section with additional booths and tables. It was decorated really nicely, plus you notice right away that this place was really clean. They offer an extensive menu, which include breakfast, appetizers, lunch, dinner, everything a diner would offer including lunch and dinner specials plus they have a large pizza selection. There is so much to select from and everything really looked good. I ended up ordering their onion soup and it was delicious. Everyone else I was with ordered different sandwiches. Their sandwiches were so fresh and they really enjoyed their food. I tasted everyone's food and it was very good. There was so much food. The waitress was fantastic, she was really attentive She kept coming over to see if we needed anything, plus she kept refilling our glasses. Literally, we never had to look around to get our glasses filled. Their deserts were amazingly delicious and they bake everything on premises. I stopped here for lunch yesterday with coworkers. They have a good selection of items, but burgers were recommended by one of my colleagues. We all had burgers. The burgers are good and they are big. Really one of the biggest burgers I ever had. I did not see if they were 1/2 pound burgers but they all seemed bigger. I had a bacon cheeseburger. It came with lettuce tomatoes, sliced pickles, fries and coleslaw. If you want mayo you have to ask for it. It was quite tasty and very juicy. It was so big I could barely take a bite. The buns were big but soft enough that I could squish them down to take a bite. They appeared to be lightly toasted as well. They had Pepsi products. I ended up getting unsweetened tea which tasted pretty good. Not bitter at all. A burger, fries and a drink will set you back just under $20. With tip our bill was $85. That's for four healthy sized dudes all eating burgers. read more

Oustanding food and homemade soups! My friend dropped $500 and called to see if it was on the floor, no one found it. The diner called back an hour later and a regular customer found it in the parking lot and turned it in. He came back 2 days later and gave the diner and the man $100 for there honesty and kindness. we wanted to ear there again, but it was packed, not a parking spot around. GREAT BREAKFAST and GREAT BURGERS!!!!! I moved to the area over a year ago and finally made my way to this establishment a couple of weeks ago! My wife and I have gotten take out from here a few times over the last 2 weeks or so and have not been disappointed! Their burgers are charbroiled and delicious! The hard burger bun enhances the good flavor as well. As for breakfast: OMG! The wife and I did breakfast this morning (takeout as well) and got a few things to sample. I had an omelet which was fantastic and she got the corned beef hash breakfast! We ordered a side of biscuits and gravy and pancakes to split...WOW! The biscuits and the hash were from scratch and no shortcuts were detected! Let me not forget the warm and friendly staff who have been phenomenal every time we ordered and picked up! What to say, I stupidly drove by this place for years as I didn't think they had tables. I prefer tables over booths as I'm a big dude. What a mistake on my part. This place is great it's like someone scooped up a really good NJ diner and dropped it here in the hudson valley. The burger was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten you could tell it was freshly ground instead of being a frozen hockey puk. The waffle fries with gravy were fantastic as well as was the ultimate sample we got with a bottle but if this and of that. Not the same anymore. Been going here for almost 10 years and up till recently been treated very poorly (multiple times). One time including when I was 8 months pregnant, they got my entire order wrong and the pancakes I can rip in half and refused to give me my money back. The main woman working here was very sweet for the last 8 years until the past few months. Bottom line, food and service isn't the same. And disrespecting a pregnant woman is even worse. Watch their prices!! Their own website may say 10.99 ( as was my case) , I get my food and when he has me sign the receipt it was for 15.12. I asked why and he huffs and slaps open the menu and shows my the sandwich was listed at 11.99 and just points to it. I told him there is not 3$ tax on a sandwich. He rings up the same sandwich and its listed in their POS as 13.99, so turns out their menu in the DINER don't match the prices on their own POS system. So for people watching their spending this place has over 3$ difference on their website, menu and register. read more

Charged us $40 for 2 wraps with fries that were made incorrectly. Fries are a side that comes with the wrap but when we asked for bbq fries with it we were told it would just be an "upcharge" for bbq fries with the wrap. That's expected, except $10 is NOT an upcharge! They put in that I didn't want fries with my wrap and charged me the full price for a full order instead. That was just one of a few issues with my order. I give this place another try every few months and the food has been beyond disappointing every single time and pricing is outrageous. Honestly the food is pretty good, and I'm not one to write reviews but as a pregnant woman with cravings I wanted chicken fingers and EXTRA honey mustard because they have the best honey mustard ever not something I've ever got from the store. Once I got home with my food I open the bag to no honey mustard, which caused me to not even want to eat. So someone was clearly being lazy because the place was practically empty. ALSO, I said no French fries (French fries are currently a food aversion of mine due to my pregnancy and make me sick) and they put the chicken right on top of fries. I did call them back to let them know. I'm definitely not one to ask for a refund I'm too nice to do that, but I was clearly upset over the phone, I was hoping they would offer a refund since I physically cannot eat it because of the smell of the French fries, but no, just a sorry. Was not expecting a refund just thought it could've been nice. Please take orders better and listen to your customers so stuff like this doesn't happen. This place is a local hometown diner. I love the small town feel and the Greek salad/gyro is our go to. The breakfasts are always delish.
