I placed an online order for pickup today. The online ordering was very easy. We did have to search a little too figure out the sauce levels and what they meant but that's ok. I'm so glad I was able to order without noodles since I'm not a fan. The order was done the moment I got there and omg it was delicious. I ordered the b bop with light cabbage and rice only and potstickers on the side. My husband ordered the combo bop with Snow chicken (limited time) and crunch chicken with level 4 sauce. The meat and rice was so flavorful. My husband did say next time he'll do extra sauce as the fried chicken was a little dry. The service was super fast and friendly and the place was clean. I've only had cupbop one time before and that's how I knew I didn't like the noodles, back when they were in Taylorsville, I miss them being so close. I've been a Cupbopper since it was a food truck only, and I'm a big fan! My personal favorite is the Kko kko Bop. The barbecue chicken is so tender and the sauces are amazing! I especially love the spicy mayo. I also really like the beef and fried chicken, and of course the mandoo! This location is closest to my house, so I come here all the time. The service is always quick and the dining area is always clean. My biggest complaint is that sometimes they don't offer the drizzle of sauce on the mansions--gotta have that sauce! read more

I've never had a Cupbop before and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was, and filling. Huge portion size, I wasn't able to finish it. Rice, glass noodles, cabbage, beef and sesame seeds with #6 sauce. The number 6 is slight spicy. I describe it as a mild hot sauce. Lots of rice, noodles and beef. I would have preferred more cabbage and less noodles, but that's my preference. Location is close to WinCo, Top Golf, Trax, and the 72nd freeway entrance/Exit. I got the Rock Pop and an order of Mandoo. The Mandoo was really good. The tangy sauce on the Rock Pop chicken had good flavor but the chicken was dried out and the noodles tasted like they had been cooked for the entire day. Cabbage wasn't terrible and the rice was plentiful. I got mine with a heat level 6 and i should have gone 7 or 8. 6 wasn't that spicy. Overall it was a little disappointing. read more

The staff is great! The food is wonderful. This time I had the Katsu chicken and my husband had piggybop. I got just the Katsu chicken not the bowl and they gave me alot! and it was delicious! I got the number 4 sauce, but then tasted my husband's number 8 sauce and liked that even better, and so I got a little side of the #8 sauce to dip my chicken in. I had the Mandoo too, so delicious, kind of like an egg roll. My husband loved the piggybop, and I loved tasting his piggybop too. My family loves Cupbop and I finally had a chance to try it. I had a b bop and a KKO KKO STICK. I opted for a level 4 as I don't mind a bit spicy and wanted to take it slow but still have a little kick. The b bop had a good flavor however the level 4 at times was spicer than I'd expect. It's solid 3 stars for me- The pork BBQ was delicious but the fried chicken was too much of soggy batter and not much meat, and Japjae could have more flavors. They never closed the rice lid so it's dried up, and they drown it all with the sauce to cover it all up. The bad - The Uglybop chicken was obviously old and dry. - The portions were small. It seems like this always happens when they open a new location.
