This is an $7 chicken slider sandwhich. They forgot the sandwhich part.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had - and the first time in my life I've tried to get a refund on a meal. The order was from the Bird-N-Bun kitchen, but Allied Food To Go made it worse. We ordered a $30+ meal: A Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, coleslaw, and a chicken slider sandwich. What we received was entirely incorrect and inedible. I want to emphasise that it's not just that the items were wrong, they were made with such neglect they should not be sold. It seemed like the Bird-N-Bun was surprised to receive an order, and someone threw together something from whatever was around. The 'Spicy Chicken Sandwhich's' chicken seemed old and had no spice (not just "this isn't spicy enough", I mean no attempt was made to spice or season the chicken), no sauce, no pickles. It was bread and chicken - not remotely matching the written description or images of their item. Worse, the slider was not a sandwich at all - literally just chicken sitting next to a roll. The waffle fries and coleslaw were missing entirely. They did include some regular non-waffle fries, so there was at least some aknowledgement that fries were included in the order. 4 items, 1 missing, 1 incorrect, 2 prepared so poorly it feels criminal to have been charged for it. Bird-N-Bun is 0/10. Afterwards, Allied Food To Go was extremely disappointing. When I contacted them about the order, they deflected, suggested I must have picked up the wrong order. They did not seem to understand that the issue was not just wrong or missing items. They initially refused to consider a refund, even after showing them in-person the order vs what we recieved. Customer service issued a $10 credit before I got a chance to explain the problem, and never responded to my messages. I followed up again days later and still received no reply. I would not order from Bird-N-Bun or Allied Food To Go again.

Where is the extra chicken that I paid additional $3 for??

This is for sol mexican bowls. Came here around 12, images from the kiosk showcased that this place looks fairly promising. Ordered their shrimp burrito with black beans, habanero salsa and added chicken which was additional $3. Didn't receive what I ordered, no black beans nor the cilantro and onions were inside.. if there wasn't chicken at least add additional shrimp or refund the money.. mediocre at best for the burrito... not coming back

I had ordered food to go on Postmates for pickup here at the Allied Food To Go location here in Pasadena. I didn't really know what to expect other than knowing this was a ghost kitchen and my sister had ordered food from here for delivery not too long ago. This time around I picked up my order since I was passing through town. I feel like parking was a little bit hard to find but people were parking over at rite aid to then pick up food and leaving immediately. Since it was my first time here I wasn't really sure how the food would get unlocked there's a row of lockers. What is really cool is that you show your pickup screen regardless of platform to the camera and it will unlock a window for you and that is where you pick up your food At first I was thinking there should be a barcode of some sore that they would scan but what an ingenious platform that could recognize the order page and the number and screen and I left thinking very impressed of the system they have here. I had to step back first to see how all the many food delivery people were doing it but it all worked out. It was a cool experience and I can't wait to try some of the different places out here.

My usual order is the birria tacos with rice, beans and a small container of consumme to dip my meaty tacos into and to dribble onto my rice and beans. Super flavorful, great quantity and presentment and usually a quick order turnaround on Postmates/ Uber Eats. No problem delivering to bars. Reasonable prices too.

    No Hawaiian bbq steak

gave me a wrong order after I paid extra for the upgrade on my meal. From big daddy's Hawaiian food, I paid like 27$... waste of money and scammed

A conglomeration of food kitchens in one spot. Go online and order your food. Pickup so easy. Clean and efficient place. Cute robots deliver bags of food for front counter. Scan or enter your order number and door opens with your food all ready to go. There's a lot of delivery drivers coming to pick up orders. Limited parking on street.

The birria place offers a buy 1 get 1 on their tacos but raised the price by 40% after it got popular on food ordering apps.

Not for those looking to lower their cholesterol, though thats for sure. Its quite hearty but the flavors are delicious. If you like tonkatsu, this resembles it a bit due to the thick broth. - Kai don: this was also good. Portion was good but will say not all item are good. Stick to their top 3 on the menu. - cluck2go: one of my family's favorite hainan chicken spot. We usually get it from the Pasadena location though. - aqua fresca and vitacane juice bars are also very refreshing! - Filipino owned bake shop is also delicious, usually buy to take home as a sweet treat later. - Beignets: cooked hot to order...oh the powdery goodness!! - Georgies Mediterranean: Fastest service as I have never been to a fast Mediterranean spot. When i got the chicken shawarma i was skeptical from the looks of it. Didn't too too appetizing but when i took a bite, oh the flavors were there. Different regions have their own twist. This had loads of flavors and spice and more curry to it. If you like curry, you will enjoy this. Seats: Place is huge and plenty of spaces. Outdoor is relaxing where the kids can roam Cost/Variety: A bit more costly then a typical restaurant but most food halls do cost more. However, compared to other food halls i had been to, this is a bit on lower end of cost then a few others plus do have more options on food choices which i like. Ambience: Generally good but compared to others I have been to, i would like a small kid play area. Like arcade games or even bag toss, a climbing mall gym like corner or giant connect four etc. that would make it complete.
