DON"T SPEND ON DELIVERY. I would not recommend delivery. We sent (3) cupcakes for $40 to a loved one, who just had surgery. The gift was dropped at the doorstep across the street, and 2 days later, the person who accidentally received it, called the company. We received an email two days later on a Sunday telling us to call them. Thinking that they would rectify, they told us that they would resend and give us 10% off. The address was off by 3 numbers. it was accross the street. Mistakes happen, it could of been lost. They also said that we should of know bc of a tracking number. I was given the wrong address, so it was not my fault. That is what insurance is for. I am just saying that if you are going to ask for phone numbers, it would of helped to give us a text or call, me or the individual to let them know it was delivered. we could of called emailed and gone and picked up the package across the street. read more

The customer service from the two young gentlemen that were there was outstanding . My daughter said the cake was so good . Cupcake Me! was at the first night of the Bronx Night Market and I've been on a red velvet kick lately so we stopped by to try their cupcakes!! (2/$6) Overall the cupcake was amazing. The cake part of the cupcake was extremely moist, you can even see how moist it is from the picture. The only downside was the frosting. IMO it was very dense for the light cake. I feel like it would have been perfect if the frosting was lighter or there was a little less frosting. read more

I have been a customer of Brit since she started. I mean her banana pudding cannot be beat, her cookies and cream flavor cake bomb and NOW COOKIES. I love the strawberry shortcake cookie!!! One thing about her sweets it's not heavy and super sweet, it's light airy with the flavors being the center of attention. And I am not a chocolate lover very few people make things chocolate that I actually enjoy and she's one of them. read more

5 stars is not enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I made an order for a special occasion from the UK that was disrupted by a public holiday in the US. Knowing that it was a special occasion and that the cakes wouldn't arrive in time, the owner then went an hour each way out of her way to hand deliver these cakes on time! This is totally going above and beyond expectations. I cannot thank Britney enough for this. Also arguably more importantly, the cakes themselves were excellent! I am told by my girlfriend who I sent them to that cakes shouldn't be able to taste THAT good! If you are looking to order cakes, this is the exact business and people that you should be ordering from and supporting. read more

Great Cupcakes! Great Service! Great Price! I was super excited when Brittany arrived with our cupcakes. I hosted a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom and we wanted to use the cupcakes our party favors. The guest almost lost their minds and the cupcakes quickly vanished. Each cupcake was individually boxed and made an excellent table display. She made them to my exact specifications: gold rim, edible toppers, vanilla whipped cream, half vanilla and half red velvet. Due to the hectic nature of the party, I was unable to enjoy my cupcakes until the next day. They were just as soft, moist and delicious as though they were freshly baked. I would use her for future events from cupcakes to cakes. I can't wait until I am in Bay Plaza Mall so I can visit her kiosk. read more

Horrible customer service, but the cakes is ok, even though it tastes different on some days. Made a purchase and the cupcakes didn't taste as good as it always did, ask for a refund or exchange or even an discount. The owner brittney was very stern with not assisting me. I wasted my money.
