The service is awesome. Each time I've spoken to them over the phone or in person, it's been a great experience so I can't complain. The only thing I would say is that if you need to contact them for anything, your best bet to get a quick response is by calling them. You may not get a quick response if you try to email them or contact them via social media... so call them. The other thing too is I was a little surprised at the size of the cupcake I got. I ordered the 'big cupcake' which essentially should be bigger than the regular but it just felt like it was a regular size cupcake with extra layers of icing to make it a 'big cupcake' Overall though, great experience

To my wonderful surprise, they offered many delicious sweets (yes, my fave!) like cupcakes, cookies, cakes and more! Everything we tried was delicious. My faves from the 12 things I ordered includes the red velvet cupcake, ginger cookie and cake pop. Selection-wise, they also offer some vegan, gluten friendly and dairy free options. If you're looking for custom cakes, you can get that from here too. The store itself is not huge and may be easy to miss while driving around in the complex. You can find them next to Original Joe's at the former Fido location. They have a few tables for seating so you can easily enjoy a sweet treat right away when you visit. BTW, make sure to check out their Instagram to see what other goodies they can make you. Everything is so pretty. On another note, their staff is super friendly too. The cupcakes are moist & tasty with not too sweet icing. There's a filling inside. It's my favourite. They're baked fresh. Cupcakes are perfect for any occasion especially if everyone has different taste preferences.

When I got the cake, the motorcycle was a photo on fondant, which is okay I guess, but then it had a huge "Indian Motorcycles" across the top. It looked like an advert for Indian motorcycles. So I had to take that off. The decoration was minimal and boring, but what really got me was the taste. Oh I'm sorry, WHAT taste? The cake was dry and so was the buttercream filling. I didn't realize it was possible to have dry icing. I was soooo disappointed. Plus I couldn't believe this cake cost me $235. Never again.

The Guildford location is really great because it's not crowded and I was able to get the pastry while it was still warm. This time, the sale item was a cheese wiener bun which was fairly solid but could've used a bit more cheese in my opinion. I'm excited to see what other items they will put as part of this promotion since I'm able to try new buns that I wouldn't normally get (I usually stick to their Curry Beef Bun since it's the best one I've had). I've also tried their cakes in the past and I would rank them fairly high amongst other Chinese bakeries in the area though their cakes are a bit more pricy. Overall a very convenient location especially when on the way to Walmart for errands, a very solid Chinese bakery with lots of pastries that aren't too sweet
