Good food. Service could be better-- but I will return and give it another shot! The Lox and Bagels was on point and so was the specialty coffees!

Great breakfast spot in palm desert close to the 10! We've visited two different years during Coachella weekends and both times were great. They know caffeine! Their cold brew and cappuccinos are fabulous and I ordered the brewed ice tea which was fresh and much needed. For breakfast we order the French Toast, side of scrambled eggs, avocado and fruit cup. Everything was really yummy! French toast was great but a little thick and wish it was slightly thinner so all the bread in the middle was touched by custard. Fruit was fresh and avocado was perfect. Lots of butter in the eggs but I wasn't upset! Service is fast and friendly. They have indoor seating that is super cute and the outdoor for when it's nice out.

Mexican inspired breakfast, brunch, lunch spot. I was told the most popular item was the Chilaquiles so I ordered that. It was fine, but nothing amazing. It had more tortilla chips than anything else. My husband got the huevos rancheros that was better than the Chilaquiles. We also shared the zucchini pancakes. They were good but a little undercooked. It would've been nice if they served it with real maple syrup, but I could tell it was a cheap syrup. The cappuccino was just OK. The coffee quality was not great. Overall, it was an average experience.

I am sooooo thankful i went to cups cafe!!!!! Best place ever!!!!! To start off the restaurant is adorable, they have an outdoor seating area as well. Our servers were FANTASTIC! They were so nice and very attentive. The food was out of this world!!!!!! We decided to get a breakfast sandwich, ahi poke tostadas and the chile relleno special wow wow wow!!!!! For drinks we got some green juice and rusa! What an amazing place! Can't wait to go back!

The food was so gooooooood! I don't usually like conchas but it was bomb with the cream filling, not too sweet. The chilaquiles was one of the best I've had in a while. The crab Benedict was super soft and wasn't too wet or moist. The yolk wasn't too runny. Service 10/10 very friendly & kind! We were greeted by all the staff walking in. Ambiance was comforting, and we liked the nice touches of cups all around the restaurant. I will definitely be returning here for breakfast!

Delicious breakfast, fast service, and a cozy, always-busy vibe. Crispy bacon every time. Best breakfast spot around! Coffees are also delicious

Food here is delightful! The chilaquiles are full of flavor but most importantly- authentic! I feel like I was eating chilaquiles that my mom makes! They also have Pan Dulce available that is made fresh daily- highly recommend trying the Guava Empanadas (so delicious!) Service is great- it feels like one big family! The place does get busy , but how can it not? The food is great!

Cups is a friendly, nearby neighborhood restaurant with a nice interior and pleasant patio. We were greeted enthusiastically and walked to our table. Service was quick and efficient. Our food was great, my Shrimp Frittata was superb. My wife enjoyed her scramble. We'll be back .

Carmel Latte (had to stir but was yummy without stirring too).

Have to come a little early or it starts getting packed fast, the place felt nice and cozy, and the food was a bit expensive but worth it and the food was big and very delicious and filling.

We found this place by doing a ChatGPT search for a locally owned breakfast place and this place popped up. What a find! The food was amazing! They have a nice variety of coffee drinks and the cold brew comes with lots of coffee ice cubes so your coffee doesn't dilute! . We had French toast, blueberry lemon pancakes with bacon and eggs and everything including the service was great. We will be back!

Tried this place for the first time & coffee was amazing as well as the food. Service is excellent & ambience is on point. Food is so fresh & delicious

A pleasant find with an outside patio to enjoy the beautiful morning while sipping coffee or enjoying a Bloody Mary. The wait staff are friendly. Of special note however is their Crème Brulee French Toast! Literally the best breakfast/brunch offering I have experienced dining out in years!

Wall decor with cups, freaking cute!

Great brunch spot! We were visiting from out of town and were looking for somewhere to grab brunch…read more I checked Yelp and found Wilma & Frieda's and liked the reviews I read. The location was easy to find, ample parking too. The restaurant itself is kind of small (it's kind of more like a coffeehouse with a decent-sized table-service area), but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table on our second visit. (Yep, we liked it enough that we went twice during our trip!) The servers and staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was hot and delicious, and the portions were generous. And there were a good variety of savory and sweet brunch items to choose from. They also serve lunch and have a bakery counter, but I didn't look too hard at those parts of the menu because I knew I wanted the short-rib scramble as soon as I saw it on the online menu, haha! And the biscuits--oh my goodness, they are so good. They taste perfectly homemade and are pillow soft yet just the right amount of crumbly without being a dried, cracking mess. Across my 2 visits, I had the short-rib scramble (yum) and the Meany (basically eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a biscuit--yum), and my daughter had the biscuits and gravy, which she said was great. I highly recommend Wilma & Frieda's and will definitely go back on future Palm Springs trips.

After being seated, we waited quite a while before someone finally came over to take our food and drink order. After placing our order, we sat there for well over 30 minutes waiting. Our drinks, which were just an orange juice and a coffee, never arrived, and no one ever came back to check on us or give us an update. We were simply left sitting there with nothing. At that point, we decided to get up, cancel our order, and leave. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but there was little communication and we felt completely forgotten. It is really unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite brunch spots. I hope this was just an off day, but today's service was unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. I truly hope they can turn things around because I would love to enjoy this place again. However, until then I don't think I will be coming back.

The food in the restaurant was delicious our server Luis was so friendly and really made our stay nice. We have stayed out in this area so many times and this is our first time here and we will definitely be back the room and the bathrooms are huge. They have a secret window where you can go and get quick food. There is no reason to leave this area in a car the entire time you're here my only recommendation to the hotel is make the pools cooler. They were very warm even early in the morning, but I understand with it being this hot you may not be able to keep them as cool as most people would like. our kids would've loved the kids pool with the fun slides. It would…read morehave made more sense to book a standard room and pay the $90 per night upgrade that my friends were offered. In practical terms, it felt like a very inefficient use of points. The resort fee also felt hard to justify. The included amenities did not seem to match the extra charge. The two complimentary drinks were limited to Truly canned drinks or a small pour of hard lemonade or iced tea, which felt underwhelming for a resort of this caliber. We did enjoy the range balls, but as early risers, I would have appreciated access to the spa or pool earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The bed sheets had what looked like an oil or grease stain, the closet door was broken, and the overall furnishings and finishes felt worn and dated rather than well maintained. This is very much a family resort, so that is worth keeping in mind if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Even at the adults-only Paloma Pool, children were jumping into the water and splashing guests' drinks while parents appeared unconcerned. That made it difficult to relax in what was supposed to be a peaceful setting. On a positive note, the entrance walkway, lobby, and open-air courtyard are beautiful and make for a strong first impression. Unfortunately, that charm does not extend to the guest rooms, which are clearly in need of a refresh.

I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and it was really good. The eggs were perfectly poached, the salmon was generous, and the hollandaise was creamy without feeling too heavy. I also liked that it came with fresh berries on the side, which made the whole plate feel a little lighter. We also shared the bread and cheese board, and surprisingly, the pear with the date spread was probably one of my favorite bites. The pear was crisp and fresh, and that sweet, rich date spread was seriously addictive. I kept going back for more. The bread, nuts, cheese, and other little bites on the board made it really fun to share. The drinks were refreshing too, and the presentation was beautiful without trying too hard. Definitely one of those places where I'd come back with friends for a slow weekend brunch. The food was good, but the charming patio and overall vibe were probably my favorite part.
