Everything was so delicious! We ordered the jalapeno sausage scramble, omelettes cinammon roll pancake, steak and eggs and it all lived up to its reputation. Very good, fast and friendly service as well. The strawberry lemonade tasted sweet and the orange juice tasted like fresh squeezed oranges. Definitely recommend this place. This is probably one of the best breakfast experiences I've had in a long time! Flora the hostess was awesome greeting me as soon as I walked in. She got me seated right away and then I decided to sit at the bar, which was no problem. Nada and Olga were at the bar and promptly asked for a drink order which was also awesome. I had the strawberry screwdriver. For breakfast, I ordered the chicken asiago fennel omelette and it came with house potatoes . I also ordered a side of Jurassic pork bacon. All of the food was exceptional! On the way out I bought some swag and chatted with the general manager Tony and Flora. I'm going to dream about the vegan tres leches pancakes for eternity . Melt in your mouth & hands down the best I've EVER HAD! The veggie frittata was also noteworthy and totally plant based . They have a great vegan menu & even served on separate "vegan " logo'd dishes . Loved that ! Hubby chose a Portuguese breakfast and said it was phenomenally great as well. They fried up some jalapeños for some heat for him ,no problem. Place was packed and now I know why . We had only visited this establishment under the old name. Today we had to get a set of new tires across the street, so we sauntered over. We were seated immediately and looked over the menu while discussing other things. I ordered the Portuguese Linguiça Omelet that came with potatoes and my option of English Muffin. My wife requested the Chilaquiles, which were accompanied by Black Beans & Mexican Rice. The plates were MONSTROUS, yes there were to go boxes needed. My dish was amazing and I could not finish the potatoes. My wife finished most of the Chilaquiles, but she does prefer refried beans. My cousin also offered to let me try her breakfast burrito and it had a lot of flavor. You can even share it with another person due to its size. I'm glad to know there is a location on closer to me and will be going back. The service was also good. This place never fails to put a smile on my face! From Flora (the hostess with the mostest) to our server Thilia the service is always top notch and friendly. Alex and the kitchen staff make sure my food is always delicious, and even the bussers are kind (while dealing with having to speed clean tables). I cannot say this enough - I love the food here. My favorite is the Elvis Presley peanut butter French toast with bacon crumbles - it is to die for. The breakfast tostadas are also bomb. You get two large tostadas with eggs your way, black beans,salsa, cheese, avocado and fried potatoes. The staff super friendly and there is plenty of tables. (And likely slightly drunk from the amazing Spicy Bloody Mary) When you walk in and see the sign "No reservations, Walken only" with photo of Christopher Walken, you know the sense of humour you are stepping into. It was busy like mad in there but our amazing waitress Christina really made our day with her outstanding service & fantastic personality. Everything about this place is nice. The interior and exterior is very cute! The menu is expansive and everything sounds delicious. When the food is put down in front of you.... You think perfect. However when you take a bite it's just missing what makes is delicious. The bacon was floppy... this is candied bacon that wasn't cooked enough for the sugars to caramelize at all. The avocado toast was fine but not special, the French toast lacked any sign of being dipped in an egg batter. The carb and crawfish patties on the Benedict were not good. The coffee was delicious, the eggs were poached perfectly and the server was very attentive and friendly. Maybe it was an off morning but for the price my expectations were higher. read more

The hostess Flora and server Eder were fantastic. Good people who value their customers and community; It's clear based on how they greet and treat everyone. Doesn't matter if your group is big or small, you will be treated like a regular and treated to delicious food which is priced fairly. I'm not a fan of big chain restaurants nor "high class" spots where the staff essentially force you to earn their respect lol. Just one. Not sure if there was a bread shortage or a philosophical stance against carbs. * Potatoes? Deep-fried cubes with zero seasoning. No onions, no love, no personality. * Bacon: asked for crispy, got pancaked into submission. RIP texture. * Coffee: present, but emotionally absent. And then there's the "ketchup-style sauce." I don't know what journey it's on, but it's not ketchup. It's like ketchup went to a wellness retreat and came back with a new identity. Slightly spicy, slightly confusing, and unanimously rejected by our table of four. The weirdest part? Portions look huge when you see them going by... and then you get one slice of toast. I'm still trying to solve that math. Also, I expected something a bit healthier based on the vibe--lighter, fresher. But then the potatoes show up deep-fried like they've got something to prove.
