Ohhhhhhhhh my gawdddddd!! This is a get your ass to Breakfast Republic review ! We were not expecting this place to be so mindblowingly delicious . I'm going to dream about the vegan tres leches pancakes for eternity . Melt in your mouth & hands down the best I've EVER HAD! The veggie frittata was also noteworthy and totally plant based . They have a great vegan menu & even served on separate "vegan " logo'd dishes . Loved that ! Hubby chose a Portuguese breakfast and said it was phenomenally great as well. They fried up some jalapeños for some heat for him ,no problem. Place was packed and now I know why . Everything is a humorous vibe , you'll see a selfie station that says " run cock run" on it and every napkin wrapper has a funny quote , servers were all wonderful and we will go out of our way for breakfast here again. My vote for best vegan pancakes !

First time visiting. Place was packed. Got seated quickly, though. Hostess was not friendly and not responsive to a repeated question about the menu. Had to wait to get seated to get service to help with questions. Food had an off-taste and color to staple items. Eggs were a weird yellow-orange color, bacon looked and tasted off. Only item we were able to stomach was the English muffin. They sell funny shirts. That was an interesting tidbit.

This place was a hit. Their breakfast is awesome and decent sized portions. They also offer offer cafe de olla which is awesome. I definitely partook in that. I had the BR Sammie which was delicious. My cousin also offered to let me try her breakfast burrito and it had a lot of flavor. You can even share it with another person due to its size. I'm glad to know there is a location on closer to me and will be going back. The service was also good. Our waitress was nice and attended to our table of 6 very well despite it being packed on a holiday.

Jalapeño bacon omelet...pretty good but could use some avocado...that would make it chef's kiss

Such an adorable little spot!!! The vibe was great and the food did NOT disappoint! Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quick. Only minus was how long it took to be acknowledged when we walked in...everything else was great!

Excellent. Extensive menu with so many breakfast and lunch favorites. Super service and the hostess was 6* Local chain. Clean bathrooms thanks for that. Big fans. See you soon!

This place never fails to put a smile on my face! From Flora (the hostess with the mostest) to our server Thilia the service is always top notch and friendly. Alex and the kitchen staff make sure my food is always delicious, and even the bussers are kind (while dealing with having to speed clean tables). It gets really busy as the morning progresses but the vibe is still great and the music is upbeat. My favorite breakfast is the shrimp and crab cake Benedict and my husband really likes the protein bowl. Come for the café de olla, stay for the hospitality!

Came in for Sunday brunch. The wait was about 15-20 minutes and the restaurant is usually full. Staff was very friendly and we had very fast service as well. The restaurant itself is very cute they had cute salt and pepper egg shakers and the seating was nice. The patio is also nice, we sat inside. We ordered the jambalaya and yogurt bowl. The food was great and it came in 5 minutes after ordering. I'd definitely come back

Flora the hostess was so kind. She welcomed us with fun and silly energy. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The pancakes, chilaquiles, and egg scrambles are amazing. They truly take their time and make a great meal

Another wonderful experience at this awesome brunch spot.I'm a vegetarian,so I'm always delighted to see a list of vegan and vegetarian options.Naturally I ordered the vegan Jammie Bennie, and it's was hardy and delicious! The atmosphere is very eccentric in every best way possible.Thank you very much to Christina and Tony for the incredible service!

Super rare that I would ever give a 5 star. But here I am. Floored. (And likely slightly drunk from the amazing Spicy Bloody Mary) When you walk in and see the sign "No reservations, Walken only" with photo of Christopher Walken, you know the sense of humour you are stepping into. That sense of humour spreads throughout. The menu, the place settings, the mugs, glassware.... Heck, even the sticker that wraps around the silverware!! The service is impeccable. Loved how just amazing lovely and attentive our waitress is. She helped make us feel at home and helped us pick out the best of the best. The food is amazingly delish. The portion size are awesome. It was so big, my 13 year old needed a walk to come back and finish his flight of pancakes We are now rooting for them to open a location near us!!

Came here with family for breakfast on my last day in Palm Springs. It was busy like mad in there but our amazing waitress Christina really made our day with her outstanding service & fantastic personality. My aunt & uncle each got an omelette breakfast while I had the Chilequiles. Soooooo good!!! This place really gives you your money's worth & large portions, so very worth their value. Everything was delicious & totally worth the money. The ambiance was busy but doable. Highly recommended by me. I'll definitely return!

Food is DELICIOUS. Service is wonderful! We loved this restaurant--plenty of seating, cute decorations--the perfect place for breakfast. My husband had the Cluck Burger and said it was really good. Patties were good, egg cooked perfectly, bun was soft! We ordered the yogurt bowl for our daughter--tons of berries and the yogurt was creamy and probably the best yogurt I've ever had. The shrimp and crab cake benedict was tasty...recommend! Also ordered the Ube latte and I will be dreaming about that drink for a while. Highly recommend and will come back!

It clearly caters to a sophisticated crowd--very similar in vibe to their Calabasas location. While parking is accessible in the rear, it can get congested during peak season. The menu is extensive with plenty of excellent selections, though the pricing is definitely premium. For instance, a Cobb salad topped with fish can easily exceed $45; while the quality is high, that's a significant jump over nearby staples like Daily Grill. Service was friendly but lacked consistency; our server disappeared mid-meal without a hand-off, requiring us to flag down other staff. Overall, it's a bright, airy, and stylish spot well worth a visit, provided you're prepared for the 'luxury' price point.

FOOD PREP: Very well done, like professional in just how it looks. FOOD QUALITY: Professional in how it also tastes... Watermelon Gazpacho was perfect with drinks prior to main. LIBATIONS: drinks and bartender were excellent, fun, and the photo print was very cool. WAITSTAFF: just so nice, and fun making the experience all that much better. We have been enjoying The Plaza Theater so spending a little more time in Palm Springs and this will be one of our favorites places to relax prior to an event. OVERALL VALUE: Good, but it is Palm Springs, outdoors, great locations, classy.. no, not inexpensive but well worth it. TIP: I'd say be nice, be patient, and you will get a table. Our original seafood plan fell through (fully booked, of course, because that's how these things go), so we pivoted last minute. Expectations were...moderate. What we got? A full-on flavor win. First things first: the coconut shrimp. Order it. Don't discuss it. Just do it. Crispy, sweet, a little tropical magic--gone way too fast. Then came the blackened mahi mahi tacos...wow. The kind of "close your eyes mid-bite" good. And the crab cakes? I actually felt a little emotional taking that last bite. No shame. The real plot twist, though? The kids. Our notoriously picky eaters didn't just tolerate the food--they enjoyed it. Like, voluntarily ate it. Parents, you know how rare that is. The vibe struck that sweet spot too--dimly lit and relaxed, with a breezy island feel that somehow still worked for a family night out. I was half expecting to feel out of place with kids in tow, but it couldn't have been more welcoming. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience easy. So yeah, what started as a backup plan turned into one of those unexpectedly great nights. Safe to say we'll be back--this time on purpose.

Been coming here even before I moved to the desert. Back in 2019, things were fun, friendly, and delicious. Fast forward to now: hostesses who couldn't care if you lived or died, bartenders that are annoyed that you asked for a drink, and food fresh out of the freezer from Ralphs. This isn't one time bad experience, this is a culmination of the past several times we've been. The last straw: 43 dollars for lobster cappalini. Pasta was good (but not homemade or fresh: could buy from store and make yourself), but the lobster was an absolute TRAVESTY! Gummy, frozen, overcooked. When I flagged down a waitress to take it back she already knew what I was going to say lol. And the second one they reheated, although less smelly, was gummy, dry, the worst piece of lobster I've ever had. When I asked for a manager after they gladly took our money with no comp, no attempt at placating us whatsoever, I was greeted by a girl no older than 21 imo with a guy standing in the background crossing his arms.. no sorry or knowledge of the situation whatsoever, just a placeholder person to pacify. If I didn't say anything they would have gladly taken my money. This is a super long and verbose review but I'll be posting it wherever I can because this place is a freakin RIP. there are SO many better options so seriously do NOT waste your time. Especially if you're visiting. Trash.
