I would highly recommend Bully Pest control to all my friends in family! I inquired about them on yelp and they were able to message me back right away about exactly what I was looking for. I decided to give them a call to explain that I had an attic clean out by an insulation company recently to remove a previous rat infestation but after they cleaned it out I noticed a few spots of rat poop scattered. It seemed old but I wanted to be sure before we had the insulation put back in. I spoke with Teresa who was very friendly and kind and said she could get a tech to come out as quickly as the next day. The cost was very reasonable for an inspection and weekly follow-ups. I had no idea what to expect but wanted an honest company to do business with. We scheduled the appointment that week at a time that worked for me, she gave me a window and the technicians name. Joaquin was on time, ready to work, asked me questions, respected my home by wearing shoe booties and even gave me some tips and tricks to consider to prevent rodent activity. He was honest, I wasn't rushed and he reassured me that he did not find any evidence that there were rats up there. Turns out the insulation company missed a few spots because it was older rat feces. Joaquin ended up not charging me for the services although I wanted to at least give him a tip for his time and honesty he did not take it. To find an honest company who values customer service, friendly demeanor and thorough is very hard to find. If I ever need their services again, I am definitely calling them and will be telling my friends and family. Please give them a call because the reviews are accurate 5/5 stars! Contacted Bully Pest Control and the service was top notch!! Joaquin was busy with other existing appointments, but he was able to fit me in to do an inspection and give me a quote the same day. He followed up each time on time. His price included 4-follow ups but rat activity didn't occur until the 3rd visit. We've been using Joaquin's service for almost a full year now and he has been the best! He's very friendly, easy to work with, and communicative. He's quick to respond on phone/text and can quickly schedule an appointment. As for the pest control, it's been very effective! We used to have an annoying earwig problem and some spiders, and we now don't see them at all. When we do, they're always already dead so it's clear that the product works. We usually have Joaquin come once every few months for upkeep and it's been working like a charm. We also have a labrador and can attest that the product is definitely safe for pets. So impressed with Joaquin & Bully Pest Control!! I found a few baby roaches in a fridge I received and called a few places not sure if it was a bigger problem or something I could handle on my own and was being paranoid about. I called Bully Pest Control at 8am and Joaquin was at my place before 10!!! He did a free consultation, pulled out any fridge and even killed a roach that crawled out for me free of cost (thanks ). He quickly identified I had a big problem than I thought and explained what kind of service I needed. He was very honest in explaining the service in a way I could understand and was not pushy. I have a dog and was worried- he explained that the service would not be harmful to my dog- he has a dog of his own that serves as his logo! He placed a roach trap thing for me and was able to schedule a next day service around my work schedule. He told us exactly what to do as far as prepping our apartment. The next morning he came back and showed us like 20 roaches in that thing alone!!!! I had no idea it was even possible that many were in or around there. He assured us he would be back after the spray to place more bait and again to make sure they're all gone. We felt he cared about getting the job done right and we're very grateful he was able to handle it so quickly before even more roaches hatched and spread!! VERY GLAD I went with Joaquin rather than some of these bigger companies who tried to sell me a maintenance plan right of the bat without even a consultation.
