When Greg came to inspect the house, he spent 45 minutes walking around and inside the house to look for possible termite infections. Let me just say, that Pacwest has been simply AMAZING. Our tenants had just recently moved into our rental property when they started reporting hearing lots of noises on the attic and rooftop. We called Pacwest and Greg came out and confirmed that, unfortunately, we had a rat infestation. Greg assessed the situation and got us started on a monthly program of bait stations. Then, we had to call again and had a round of rat-traps done to get rid of the rats in the attic, with Greg also refilling the stations and continuing to help. He also carefully explained how the bait stations worked, and that the bait used would allow the rats to die in their burrows and that if any other animals happened to hunt and eat them, that the animals would not be harmed by the poison. As a pet owner myself, I was very impressed and got great peace of mind to hear that Greg wasn't only concerned with the problem at hand but also the potential consequences of our actions. Touching base with us and giving us great customer service on the phones was Sheila, who was always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. She dealt with my multiple phone calls and barrage of questions with great professionalism and friendliness.
