Well long to short story. I have been faithful going to Curaleaf on central in south mountain 2019 to 2024. Their service was over the top champ till I bought a home and found Curaleaf I try on 91st and olive. In person ordering was the worst experience so I started to ordered online to avoid any misunderstandings then I pay extra $3.50 fee till last past January they have a new program pay online and go just picked up but no it has happening three straight visits eventually workers knew I always pay but their depression was back off can't do anything that piss me off. I'm considering to fund new place for me to be regular as I'm tired of this situation with 91st Ave and Olive. I'm sorry you need to improve your services in some ways. I definitely recommend you checking your package before leaving. 2x this week I've been sold something completely wrong. I ask for budder I get home it was liquid wax. I think nothing of then again we go we ask for shatter. We get home the shatter was completely sugared up. Like it was stored properly. Yess I went down the store an they said there was nothing they can do for me. First time in a dispensary, so perhaps this is due to being naive. Product selection accomplished, I paid with a credit/debit card at what I THOUGHT was a generic point-of-sale card reader. I didn't even look at the printed receipt until much later, and noticed a $3.50 service charge 'Terminal Fee'. And a couple days later, I was looking at my bank acct info, and noticed an out of system ATM charge. So, not POS, but it was apparently considered an ATM transaction. I tried so hard to like this place.... It's right by my house. Iv ordered online and walked in and it always takes forever if there's 2 people or 10 it does not matter. This place moves at a snails pace. I'm currently in the online order line and Iv been here for 40 minutes. One person is working online and there are seven other employees here with absolutely no one in the walk-in line but no one offering help the other line. Four employees that have just been walking around not doing anything have not helped or offered help to the one employee and there are nine people in the online order line. This has to be absolutely the worst dispensary I've ever been to out of pure incompetence laziness and complete disregard for customers. I won't be going back. This is the worst Curaleaf location by far. Customer service is a solid 0. Employees are unhelpful. Only location that daily has an issue with online orders. I've had 3 issues with this location in the course of a week and a half. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere until cureleaf fires this entire staff including the cocky "rent-a-cops" here. I've been a medical patient at this location for over 10 years, back when it was still Bloom, long before Curaleaf swallowed it up and turned it into a soulless corporate profit mill. Ten loyal years, thousands of dollars spent, and this is the "thanks" a disabled veteran gets. I went in asking about medical priority because of my chronic pain and mobility issues. Their response? "Black Friday is considered a holiday," so medical patients get zero priority, no express lane, nothing, just thrown in with the recreational crowd like we're an afterthought. While I was trying to explain, the staff started smirking and straight-up laughing at me. A couple of rec customers even joined in. I asked for the manager; he came out, barely listened, shrugged and said "corporate policy, Black Friday is a holiday, sorry." No apology, no effort, just indifference. Pure corporate greed. They love slapping "veteran-friendly" on their marketing and taking our money for a decade, but the second an actual disabled vet needs the medical priority we're supposed to have, they laugh in our faces and blame "Black Friday." Veterans, stay far away. After more than 10 years coming here, I'm never walking through their doors again. Curaleaf doesn't care about medical patients and they sure as hell don't care about veterans. Done forever. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! my husband bought 5 joints yesterday afternoon, we were having a party and he decides he's ready to smoke so he opens up the bag and there's only 2 joints in the bag. I tell him not to worry and to just go in and tell them what happened (they have cameras so it shouldn't be a big deal) nope! They refuse to give him the other 3 joints that were missing (and we paid for!) They stated that all 5 joints were labeled and put into the bag after looking at the cameras themselves and give him a number to just call corporate. Very poor customer service, especially when it's a mistake that they made and could have easily be fixed. I used to shop here often but I won't return. read more

Don't bother with online ordering. They prioritize walk-ins. Did you receive a notification of a sale? Don't trust it! They do not always honor advertised sales. And they will call you a liar until you show them their own ad. Other than that, I like some of the products. I also like the loyalty points system. read more

This place is cash only & the ATMs were not in service today. You don't get to see any displays unless you order in the center room. It is very difficult to hear. Staff wear masks and are behind a like plexiglass divider. The front or center rooms take your order and the final room handles payment. read more

When I first walked in I was greeted by a security guard. She told me I would be a walk-in. I go in that lane and as I'm walking she starts talking crazy to me. My only response was "ok" as I was walking towards the line. I asked if they sold cookies. I was told they don't sell cookies, and gave me other options. Stepped out and made my phone call. Letting someone know they don't sell cookies but told them the other options. The security guard started yelling even though my phone was in my pocket. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. They switched up my order something about prepackaged or separate so I was basically forced to buy something I didn't necessary want. or pay the 15.00 difference cause of the packing well that's not how I ordered it. Hands down the worst location I've ever been to and Curaleaf is my favorite dispo. The facility is so small, not very clear directions on where to go, who to talk to. I've come in 3x now and every time I wait forever to be greeted(even while the shop is empty). The employees are always so out of it and appear high lol. Not judging, but if u can't function while you're high you just shouldn't be working. Today was the icing on the cake with their debit card system down and they of course didn't have any notice like most locations or tell me as I was picking up. Just would've been a nice courtesy. The online system is not managing the current volume well and the result is more frustration and waiting. I finally got it done, got a text confirming my order was ready and went to pick-up my choices. Got to the store, no order. Staff told me three times that I had made the mistake by not confirming the correct location. According to my emails, the error was on Bloom. I got my merchandise after some humiliation from a condescending employee. I understand that people are waiting in line to hand you cash right now but if you piss them off in the process it does not bode well for long-term financial success. I made my order online. While I was in the parking lot. The on duty security asked me to not smoke 10 feet from the door. So I put it out my cigarette immediately. The same duty security guard gave me all types of hassle and attitude afterwards. I go inside and I speak to a cashier named Miles who was excellent, but Clay -the on duty manager decided to but in and tell me that I needed to shut up about my desertification because I was making her security guard angry because I told her security guard to not badger me or to talk to me in a low tone disrespectful manner. She/they threatened not to serve me and asked me to leave when I was only making a complaint about customer service, customer service for me includes every employee whether or not they are a security guards I'm a decent person a veteran, and I was being extremely kind and respectful to their rules. read more

Go somewhere else! I saw curaleaf was having their big bogo event on all their jeeter products, and with my birthday being tomorrow I thought I would grab my normal for the sale. I ordered, pulled out the same cash as always and went to pick up. When I got there they greeted me politely enough, but my order somehow rang up over $10 more expensive than normal, more cash than I had with me. I took off my entire balance of loyalty points and still was just $3 away from my cash total. I asked why the price was more expensive this time than every other time and they had no good answer besides, "I just do what the tablet says". I hate paying the crazy $3.50 fee they charge to use my card, as well as you have to pull out $5 increments leaving cash I didn't want left over in my pocket (I usually tip my change, not this time), and when I checked my account the $8.50 fee was charged at $11 for some reason.
