A girl told me "we cant do anything about it because its a $3 fee on the cards" ok but all the other time im given my $1-$3 change so which it is ?? Round up to the nearest but keep the rest for their selfs makes me not was to tip at all because 9/10 customer service from the one that says "we cant do anything about the change" their customer service deserves no tip because i wasnt assisted helped or greeted in a nicely manner.
