It took her almost 4 hours in total to do a highlight and wash/blow dry. Didn't have time to cut it because it took her so long. She made her hair extremely streaky. You can even tell the size of her brush that she used for bleach. When I spoke to the manager Paige she said "something went wrong and Blair is a good stylist" our experience says differently. Have given this place many chances and there is always issues. Done wasting almost 400 on shitty supercut results. Did get a full refund because of how bad it was. Please be cautious when going to CHEZ ANN SALON!! They don't care about their clients, just money! That's why they have a revolving door of new inexperienced stylists.

Because Sam keeps this gray covered! And let me tell you, it is STUBBORN. Like an overtired two year old stubborn. But Sam is more stubborn because she gets that ugly old mule color turned lovely shades of blond and brown for me. She is an expert at what she does, she is really good at taking hair that is downright hateful and turning it into something pretty. I'm what most people would politely describe as "fussy" and would otherwise call difficult because I like to get highlights and lo-lights and it can be a lot of work. But Sam never ever complains if I ask for both. She's always sweet as sugar no matter what I'm asking for. Just one of the nicest people you can meet! You can tell she is someone who really tries to give her clients what they are asking for and she is very skilled at what she does. She works in the My Salon Suites on Main Street, which is really great with this year with covid happening. Because when you see her it's just yourself and her in her little salon suite room. That building has a nice, huge parking lot too. But when I go see her there is a little buzzer for each Salon Suite and when her last client leaves and she cleans up the room, she buzzes me in for my appointment. With covid around this set up makes me feel much safer than if I was going to a larger salon. We both wear our masks, I feel like it's a fairly low risk way for me to make sure my gray is staying covered right now. Her prices are more than reasonable for the level of service she is giving. She takes cash or any major credit card, she makes payment super easy. I think one of things I appreciate the most aside from her excellent service and top notch color service (the cuts are awesome too!) is that she tends to run a timely ship. She very rarely runs late at all. I very much appreciate people who value other people's time too. We all know things come up sometimes and everyone understands that but like I said, she's very considerate of others schedules and making things work. Sam is just a very sweet and considerate person, she's very good at her job and I'm glad she keeps my hair from looking like a bird nest of shame :)

When we moved to the Southtowns a few years ago, there was no question that we'd continue to see Sam. The drive is absolutely worth it. Every friend that I've referred to Sam has also stayed with her, and they all make the drive too! Beyond the marvelous skill she has, she really is the kindest and sweetest person you'll ever meet. She is a joy to talk to and get to know, and I love when it's time to see her again. She's patient and kind, and just a lovely person. She runs on time...I can't remember ever having to wait. Elle Salon is amazing for two reasons: 1) they cut my hair well (after a lifetime of bad haircuts) and 2) they do an excellent job with color. Until coming to Elle Salon, I've never had my hair colored. And it is jet black. I went in with the criteria "I want it to be a brownish red", not knowing anything about coloring, that dark hair is harder to dye, or which colors go well with which skin tones, etc. But Stacy helped me through the whole process. She told me what to expect, showed me a whole bunch of color swatches that matched my incredibly vague description, explained how certain colors fade and might look funny against my skin tone 6 months down the road...in short, she was amazing. We settled on a subtle allover brown that I was very happy with. So happy, in fact, that when I decided I wanted highlights, I went back to her. I've never had a hair salon experience as good as this, where the stylist really listens to what I want and adds her expertise to create a look that I love. I basically trust her enough to go in and say "do whatever you think will look good". In addition to doing a great job with my hair, their prices are very reasonable. Last time I went for a color touch up, highlights, and a trim, and it was $110. Appointments can be made online at their website, where you select the date, service, and stylist you want. And they even send you a nice reminder email to let you know your appointment is coming up! I live in Elmwood Village and this place is in Depew, but it is 100% worth the drive! Although I've only gone to Stacy, the other clients here all seem really happy when they leave, and the business seems to have a pretty steady clientele.
