Car has a really bad gas leak, both the driver and passenger seats did NOT work! So you couldn't drive the car. The side rear view mirrors did not work either!! When I called Noel the store manager would not pick up my calls!! George the sales person was very RUDE and hung up on my face when I was explaining the situation, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Ryan really came through with working with me after every other dealer I spoke to just ignored me completely. I emailed and even test drove quite a few Mercs and the sales ppl didn't give a sh*t about anything I had to say. Most of their responses after i asked if the price was flexible,"well if you could afford this car a few grand wouldn't matter"... really??? Ryan, was the complete opposite. He was determined to make a deal and he was so nice and cool about everything. They treated me like my friends do, but in a professional and courteous way. After test driving the vehicle I decided to go ahead with it and we had already come to an agreement on the numbers prior so that was that. Got my whip two days later since the bank was closed over the weekend and i can safely say in the future when I'm looking at a Ferrari, I'll be coming here.

This is a review of the service department. If I could give negative stars I would. Leased a new RR…read moreSport about 11 months ago. I have been trying to get my front license plate installed for months. The first time I went in to get a damaged tire replaced and have the front license plate installed. They finished the tire in about 2 hours. Waited 4 hours for them to put on the license plate. After the forgot about me I was told that they didn't have a bracket and couldn't install. The next time went back for the 12k mile service and to have the front license plate installed. It took a month to get the appointment and it took them another 4 days to get my car back from routine maintenance. Guess what they didn't do, install the front license plate. I was in a rush and needed to leave so the service rep promised that he would send someone to my office the following day to install the license plate. I followed up daily. We are now approaching 2 weeks. After welching on his promise to send someone to me the service rep told me to come in to have my license plate replaced. I let him know that I'd just take my car to the Howard Orloff dealership by my house and have them install the license and replace the Bill Jacobs frame with an Orloff frame. The rep could have cared less. Seriously pathetic. By the way, living in Chicago I get ticketed for not having a front license plate all the time. This is the only reason I pressed the issue. This was explained to the rep. They simply don't care. Don't care about their customers. Don't care about getting the sales department repeat business. Don't care about doing their job. Because of this I won't care to give Bill Jacobs my business.

He checked to see the car still available. Once he said it was I could put a down payment. And it was smooth sailing there. Beckim stayed in contact with me answering any questions I had and there were many. He took a video of the showing me it was in good condition inside and out. I was satisfied so I put a down payment and the car was removed it from internet listening. Beckim continue to provide very good service and feedback keeping me apprised of the car being cleaned and ready for my pick up which was a few days later. I flew in from Colorado to Chicago to pick up the car and Ray, the office Manage, even provide me with a free Uber ride. NICE. I think it was his day off when I arrived, but he was at the dealership and provided good service getting all the paperwork done. I then Ray. I walked the entire garage looking at a very large line of cars of different makes and models. Had quite a few Porsches Mercedes Chevrolet Corvettes. It was a blue one in there very nice. And had quite a few Teslas in here as well. I think I even saw Maserati and a couple other brands. Very nice Everything looked in really good shape. I didn't any of it was nice in there and I would definitely go back if I needed to buy another car, but I don't usually buy used cars, but this was an easy process to buy one. I got my car with a full charge and I was off to St. Louis. It appears that the previous owner took care of it and I'm quite happy. But the previous owner or someone lost one of the keys because I only got one with my car. Lucid as its own issues, which has nothing to do with the dealership that I bought the car from they still have quite software issues that they're working through, but for the price that I paid I'm quite happy. Now Lucid just needs to finish working through their software problems the car is really good fun to drive and it is really fast and comfortable too Drive. Time will Tell if u made a good decision. But I have no issues at all with HIGHLINE AUTO SALES. BillyT

SCAM ALERT: DO NOT BUY FROM CASTLE MOTORS…read more They pulled a predatory "Yo-Yo" financing scam on my little sister's first car purchase. One week ago, they finalized paperwork with my sister and her co-signer, who was 100% upfront about having no driver's license but having good credit. The salesman, Michael, lied to their faces saying it was fine and proceeded with the credit check and down payment. They let my sister drive the car home, but called 4 days later saying they "changed their mind" on the co-signer's license, canceled the contract, and demanded the car back. My sister fully complied and returned the car, but they are now ILLEGALLY stealing her $500 down payment, claiming it covers "added mileage" over those 4 days. This is a direct, flat-out violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act (815 ILCS 505/2C), which explicitly bans motor vehicle dealers from withholding deposits, fees, or mileage deductions when a transaction falls through. UPDATE ON THEIR GENERIC GOOGLE REPLY: Castle Motors posted a fake, polite reply online pretending they want to "work toward a solution," but their actions in person tell the real story. My mom and sister just went back to the dealership for a second time to get their money. Not only did salesman Michael double down on refusing to refund the $500, but he also ILLEGALLY refused to provide copies of the signed, canceled paperwork from the car return! To make it worse, instead of returning our cash, they tried to aggressively manipulate my stressed-out mother by saying, "Well, how about this different car instead for a lower price?" Pure predatory, shady behavior. My mom told them exactly where to go. We are not deleting this review, and we are not falling for your scam. A formal consumer fraud complaint has been filed with Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul's Office, and a dealer fraud file has been submitted to the Illinois Secretary of State Police Dealer Licensing Unit. Refund the $500 to her Zelle account immediately or deal with the state investigators. Avoid this predatory lot at all costs!
