I was so torn between the Bangkok bowl or mediterranean. I asked the server and she recommended the Bangkok and it was so yummy! Not overly sauced, generous portion and everything was flavorful and fresh. I didn't catch her name but I want to say the lady that helped me was maybe Viet or Filipino and SO SWEET to our whole group! Everyone was talking about how great her service was. I've been waiting to try this place out for a long time and I must say the food was as delicious as I anticipated. Every thing was extremely fresh and they had a lot of different dressing options. The lobby area was also nice and clean. My only feedback is that I wish they provided more direction when I arrived. I was very confused about which way to go to place my order. In addition, it was weird that I had to pay before going down the line to choose my toppings. Lastly, while I appreciate that they were willing to give me as many dressings as I wanted, I wish they would've just gave me a sample to help me choose. Everyone gave me a blank stare while I stumbled my way through ordering a bowl for the first time. We love the food at Fresh Kitchen, about a mile or two down the road. But Currito nocks it up and a notch. My cousin, who lives in Ohio, posted a picture of his dish from Currito on line, and I said, "G, I wish we had one of those near me!" Was scrolling Yelp and saw the words Bangkok Burrito together and my brain twisted. Whaaaa!!!! so took a look see then had to order. Drove from Deltona. I got the Bangkok Wrap my partner had the Mediterranean Bowl. We both had the steak and chicken combo. The steak was tender, beautifully pink and not dead. The chicken was moist which is rare from restaurants, normally they kill it. The flavors of both were superb. The ingredients of both were well balanced, nothing overpowered and nothing was a lot more than the less. My partner was beyond impressed that the lid of her bowl locked on and was from recycled ingredients. My only "complaint" is mine said it has a spicy peanut sauce but I detected no spice, granted I also eat habanero off the vine so it's hard to impress me. Pro Tip ... I dined here for lunch before a work conference. It was a Tuesday around 11:15 & there was no line. I ordered the Bangkok grain bowl with tofu. I made it a combo with chips, salsa & a drink. The chips were warm and the salsa tasted like fire roasted tomatoes. Very tasty. The bowl was absolutely delicious- so flavorful and the portion was plenty. First time at Currioto and I'm definitely impressed. We went on a rainy Sunday afternoon and we were the only customers. The single employee was patient since we had never been there before and even offered suggestions. We decided to share a Bangkok bowl. It has a ton a fresh veggies and was packed with flavor. The peanut sauce was spicer than I expected but still delicious. We got a side order of tortilla chips which were crispy and fresh. Taking off one star because the price is a bit high. The bowls start around $10 and then it's another $3 to add protein. The portion of chicken was pretty sad for that. With the chips and tip it was over $19 just for a single bowl with chips and no drink. They obviously use quality and fresh ingredients but it did feel a bit pricey for a quick lunch and if we hadn't shared, we could have been looking at double that amount. Overall, a great and healthy option but the prices may keep me from becoming a regular. read more

This new restaurant is set up like a chipotle. You step into a line look at what you want order your food and move down the aisle and pick whatever condiments you would like the salads are amazing. The staff was great at explaining how the process went and their chocolate chip cookie for dessert was out of this world, I so love there is now a healthy food choice in my area to go to. I've been wanting to come in and try something at Currito for awhile and finally I had a chance to stop by. This is located in a newly developed plaza in Lake Mary with other great food options. This place, in particular, is another type of customizable eatery similar to Chipotle, but aiming towards a healthier route I guess. The menu wasn't too extensive where it leaves you standing there staring at it blankly, so I was able to quickly make a choice. The "Tikka" option was calling my name. I was craving something spicy, savory and of a different cuisine so I thought this would be perfect. I chose a bed of romaine lettuce for my greens. They topped it with curried chickpeas, cucumbers, tikka masala sauce and cucumber tahini sauce. All in all it was pretty tasty and had a nice kick. I bet it would've been better had I ordered the cilantro rice instead of the lettuce. I plan on coming back to try one of their smoothies. As it is a new place, clean, no issues with ordering and a pretty decent meal...I give it a 4/5. read more

I was sad they ran out of cookies and no tries of the superfood smoothie flavors. The food tasted good. I ordered the bangkok beef bowl. I liked the almonds and spicy cashew vinaigrette sauce. The presentation was on point but I could not justify the $9.50 price if I had to pay. The chips, salsa and drink were an extra $3. I wish they didn't charge extra for chicken, beef, and organic tofu. If I come back to the Lake Mary area, I would love to try the build your own, roasted sweet potatoes, arugula, etc. This place is a mix of chipotle and fresh kitchen. I really liked the cheese, hummus, and rice in my chicken bowl especially. I do feel it's a bit pricy for the create your own bowl. I always build my own bowl and the amount of food they give you is a little ridiculous. Not complaining, but I always have enough leftover food for a second meal. My go to is half rice and half greens, chickpeas, tofu and so many toppings. Finished off with their cashew sauce on the side. YUM! It's probably the best smoothie I've had in my life!!!! I really wanted to like this place, since it gives more options than chipotle. The ingredients look unique and there are enough options for different meals each time. But the good part really ends there. The servers are SO STINGY with the portions of everything important that a filled bowl doesn't make you feel full. I want to stress that their meat serving is at least 1/3 of what chipotle serves. If meat and proteins are important for you, this isn't the place. Parking is plenty and the queue moves quick. I liked the seating and the fact that hot sauce is available at all tables. Absolutely scrumptiously delicious to the last bite!! First time for me here, hubby knows i love grain salads plus being a Vegan it was a perfect stop after quite a drive from finishing some work. My som had surprised his dad to this place a couple of weeks ago and since then they have been raving about it. The fact that its 10 times better than Chipotle and on and on... i was getting curious and jealous lol. Well....Lucky me i had a chance to taste the delicious toppings and bottomings. I chose all 4 grains a bit of each and arugula, lettuce, onions, so many other veggies, white and yellow corn, curried chick peas, lentils, slivered almonds and golden raisins on top plus cashew butter. A few sauces to taste on the side and i was in heaven! The veggies were so fresh and clean and the flavors of other toppings were tasty and delicious. The restaurant was super clean and the wooden no-back stools gave the atmosphere more of an open concept. Ambience was just perfect and the staff were courteous, friendly and polite. The portion size was huge and both our bowls cost about $20. Very cost effective for what you get. You can get pretty full on half the portion and then carry out the other half for later or lunch next day. Definitely worth the trip and only wish we had one closer to Windermere or DP area. There are many healthy menu options (vegan as well!) for the health conscious foodie. The Mediterranean bowl and Superfood salad are two of my favorites, both offer a variety of delicious flavors without the guilt of eating processed food. Currito is refreshing and rejuvenating! Its location is in a new Lake Mary plaza, where office workers probably need a healthy meal or smoothie to re-energize their 9 to 5 souls. I wish I had this place at the office plaza where I work, because all I smell is hamburgers and onion rings. Greasy food is great, but sometimes I need to clear out my intestines and blood vessels to make them feel alive again. I'll stop there. I enjoyed the invigorating smoothie "orange glo" (natural orange juice, lime, mango, strawberry, ginger, carrot, agave nectar). Currito is a healthy alternative to Chipotle (still love you Chipotle!), including a "Build Your Own" bowl option. This option invites customers to explore and make healthier dine-out choices. The fun part is choosing from Currito's bold colorful mosaic of hearty grains, greens, nuts, dried fruit, and fresh fruit slices. Have yet to try their salads and grains bowls, which I saw had generous servings for the price. Bowls were less than $8, but I forget what were the salad prices. I'll definitely try them next time. Currito puts the "cure" to your unhealthy cravings! A cashier said a customer thought the "C" was for creativity. Whatever the interpretation is, I think the concept is a great addition to the healthy bowl trend that I am seeing (i.e. smoothie bowls) in Central Florida. I cannot recall many savory grains bowls out there, so Currito has the potential to grow. Again, this Lake Mary location is in a new plaza mainly where offices are. Thus, weekends are probably the least busy at Currito and maybe other restaurants. Hopefully as Lake Mary develops in the future, Currito and all other establishments in this plaza will have more customers come in during the weekends. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of my smoothie, but just go here if you are in the area. It's a great place to re-charge. I ordered from Currito via Foodsby. It was my first time trying thier food. I had the Tikka bowl with grilled steak and chips & salsa with pisco de gallo. This meal was delish! The portion was very filling and I had enough to share with my co-worker who also enjoyed all the wonderful flavors in this tasty dish. The steak was cooked to perfection, it was soft and full of flavor. The chick peas and cucumbers added a nice Greek flare to this already amazing bowl. I had never ordered currito through the app, but saw that you could get $5 off on your first order, so I downloaded and ordered for pick up. I ordered my regular bowl, with the exact same things I order in the store when I come in. When I picked up my order, I notice there were only about 4-5 tiny pieces of the sweet potatoes, so I asked if they could add a bit more (I don't really get other veggies- so my bowl consists on mostly meat, rice and the sweet potatoes). I didn't get her name, but this short brunette girl was rude. She made a face when I asked for more sweet potatoes and said it with am attitude "Next time order extra sweet potatoes ". Excuse me?
